Desert Blue 2 bedroom 2 bath condo - near strip

Desert Blue Resort is located about 1 mile the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. This is the perfect vacation condo for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Amazing place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was perfect! The pool was amazing and it was very clean and close to everthing. I loved that there was a shuttle to the strip and staff was amazing!

Perfect spot when you don't want to be on the strip

Exactly as described! Enjoyed our time at the pool and the relaxation compared to the casino hotels. Only about a 10 min tax away from the action. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice change of pace

Nice break from the hustle bustle of the strip. Good for family and longer stays. Very nice pool/bar/restaurant/play area. Served the purpose of this visit very well. Property very spacious and accommodating with great views of strip and mountains. Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we wanted.

Clean, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the shuttle was very convenient, the kitchen met our needs, and the dining area was nice and we were all able to play games together. We will definitely stay here again.

Out of the Hustle & Bustle

Property was very nice. check in was quick and easy, location of the property was nice, close but not too close to the noise and action of Vegas. Loved the little vending area, lots of options for snacks and drinks. Loved the wristbands, comfortable and very handy, better than keeping up with a key card, barely noticed I had it on. Weather didn't allow use of all the amenities but they looked great. Gym was a little small, but did the trick. Overall, nice property & stay.

Recommend

Overall a great stay. Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and hospital. Pool bar knows how to pour a good drink. Only dislike was lack of restaurants/cafes/coffee shops directly near the property. The strip is only a mile away which of course provides a plethora of options, it we had to get an uber for morning coffee.

Great Condo!!

Really nice and clean big condo loved it. Plenty of space for my family. Good service from the workers. The location is away from the busy Las Vegas Strip .The property was very nice. I would recommend it. I will stay there again!!

Family from all over meets Las Vegas

It was wonderful. More than we expected. Spacious, large enough for our party, plus family came for pizza. Only feedback I could give was we had to call about the refrigerator not cooling, the ice maker didn’t work & the dishwasher wasn’t running properly. We only used the dishwasher when we were leaving and had to run it twice. If we have another vacation in Vegas we will definitely use this propert!
