Completamente arredato, con la sua spaziosa, lanai cene private, questa unità è immacolata e tenuto in maniera impeccabile. Questa unità offre ampio spazio di vita aperto per ospitare fino a sei, ma intimamente rilassante per due.

La grande aria condizionata camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size e di un confortevole salottino all'interno della camera da letto principale per leggere o rilassarsi e un grande televisore a schermo piatto HDTV. Il grande Maestro Bath dispone di un doppio lavabo, cabina doccia e vasca da bagno separata. La seconda camera dispone di due letti twin-size (che può essere convertito in una configurazione re), ingresso, forno a microonde / mini frigo indipendente, aria condizionata, angolo pranzo (che può ospitare fino a 4 persone), grande televisore HDTV a schermo piatto, comò e armadio. The Living Room è lussuosamente arredato e spazioso, completamente climatizzato, con vista sulla flora tropicale e piscina presso il Grand Champions Resort. Inoltre è incluso un grande televisore a schermo piatto HDTV. La zona pranzo è spazioso e dotato di tavolo e sedie per ospitare fino a sei persone. Beautiful stay in Wailea

This was a fantastic place to stay in Maui. Truly a home away from home. Every detail about the condo was incredible and Karen was so welcoming. Absolutely loved staying here!

Property manager was excellent, had condo extremely well stocked from Starbucks coffee to a closet full of beach essentials, even Costco bags for that Costco run. Very enjoyable, thank you

Maui vacation

Super clean, large condo, exceptionally well stocked with house hold supplies and beach/ snorkeling gear!! Beautifully decorated and close to the pool. Great communications with the owners. . We hope to return!

Lovely Stay on Maui

Great location and well stocked with the basics. There were lots of great beach accessories. Location was close to the pool which was convenient but also was a little noisy at times. However it was very quiet after 10. Karen was quick to get back to us when we had questions and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and spacious condo

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained unit with comfortable beds and walking proximity to plenty of amazing dining and shopping. The pool and bbqs are steps away from the lanai making it easy for the kids to go for a quick dip in the pool. We also enjoyed walking to many of the delicious restaurants and farmer’s market in the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the pullout! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Great stay in Maui!

Large, very well equipped and clean condo. Nice pool which my son (age 7) loved and walk or short drive to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. Lots of beach and pool equipment. Would stay at again if come back to Wailea

Felt like home

The place felt like a true home away from home. Everything was there that you would need from daily essentials to beach toys were in the unit. If I stay in the wailea area again, I absolutely would consider staying at this condo again.

Great vacation

Every aspect of this rental was great. The proximity to the pool and the massive lanai was also wonderful. Having the laundry set up in a closet on the lanai was brilliant. Also being close to numerous amenities, and beaches was a big plus. If it was available for us next year, we would definitely go back. Christine was a great host.

Great location!

The condo is great for a family. It has a large master and two twin beds in the other room. It's right across from the pool and hot tub and has a huge lanai. Great place to stay!

Fabulous Family Unit and Location

Our traveling party of 5 had an amazing time in this spacious condominium, conveniently located within walking distance of Wailea beaches and shops. The unit was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with basics, plus appreciated extras like Starbucks coffee. The layout provided plenty of privacy with the two separate bedroom suites located on opposite sides of the unit. Location immediately adjacent to the pool was a plus for us and unit still felt private and quiet. Check-in was seamless and Karen was very responsive, responding quickly to questions. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

Beautiful condo

Our vacation at this condo was excellent. It was very comfortable, well stocked and in a great location to visit all of the beautiful beaches in Wailea/Kihei. The location right by the pool made is easy for us to grill and to enjoy the water. The owner quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. We have rented many accommodations through VRBO and this on is among the best.

Very convenient and comfortable

The condo was as advertised; comfortable, clean and close to shopping, golf and the pool and hot tub which we used every day. It was really nice not having to purchase coffee or paper goods. It is not really walking distance to the beach but is a very quick drive. We enjoyed the relative quietness of the area compared to Lahaina and, as always, the weather was wonderful. We will return to Grand Champions. Thank you.

Great family friendly location/property; close to amenities and beaches

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay @ Grand Champions. The condo unit is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, the bathrooms have an abundance of linens and toiletries, and the storage closets are stocked with beach toys, laundry supplies and more. The property itself is beautiful, and Karen's particular condo overlooks a garden and pool area. We loved having coffee early in the morning coffee on the lenai, enjoying quiet moments before the day began. We were able to walk to a shopping centre, and beaches were a close drive in both directions. Karen was super responsive before, during and after our stay; she knows alot about the area, which helped us plan all the activities we were hoping to attend during our stay. We will book with Karen again.

Perfect Location

The property is perfect for a couple or a family. Kitchen is well stocked. Furniture is comfortable. Outside space large, inviting and overlooks the pool, which can be noisy but we didn’t care. You can access the pool from the back deck. TV in the living room isn’t a smart TV so streaming would be a problem. The house is filled with posted instruction pasted to the walls. We found the postings helpful at times and humorous because there are so many. Loved our month line stay without a car because Wailea is perfect for just walking. Great food, shops, walks on beach, along ocean, and wonderful high end restaurants. Loved it!

Great condo for our first family Maui Vacation

Karen’s condo was great for our family of 6. You can tell she has pride of ownership and high standards for maintaining her condo. It was clean, well equipped (except we couldn’t find the first aid kit when my 3 year old fell at the pool but friends we made while there had one) There was no chance of running out of anything she had all paper products / soaps well stocked. Having the pool so close was perfect and my girls spent many hours swimming in the rain which we unfortunately had a lot of but it was so great to have the pool to keep them busy. It was really nice to have beach toys, towels, chairs and coolers to use for our beach days. The washer and dryer was used daily and was nice to keep on top of laundry. My only personal complaint was the requirement to wash / dry all the towels before we left. With 4 kids it was a bit hectic and we had to time an early morning final swim to have enough time to launder all the towels. Everyone with kids knows one trip to the pool is 6 pool towels and then 6 bath towels so even though there is adequate towels it’s 2 loads of laundry just in towels which takes some time. We took full advantage of the BBQ area and the condo grounds was well maintained. We really liked that you could walk to the shops. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Karen’s beautiful place again on our next trip Maui.

I am an individual owner of this vacation villa. Grand Champion Golf and Tennis Villas is zoned in the resort/hotel zoning of the Gold Coast of Wailea/Makena and is a legal vacation villa. I have been associated with VRBO for over 25 years (and was one of their first listings, as evidenced by my low VRBO listing number). My best customers are my returning guests, many of whom return annually to their "home away from home".

From the time you enter this villa, you will feel right at home, with all the comforts of your home provided. Every amenity has been provided, from fresh coffee to laundry soap, all you will need for your Maui get-away is your roll on suitcase!

This villa was totally remodeled in Spring of 2020 and includes walk in showers in both baths, double granite sinks in the master, whirlpool bath in the master; new granite counter tops in all baths, together with new bath fixtures.

All tile has been updated to high grade porcelain tile throughout the baths and kitchen, together with new cherry cabinets in the kitchen and all new stainless steel fingerprint free appliances. The new granite wraps around the entire kitchen for a exquisite finish.

New split air conditioning has been installed throughout the villa, together with air purifiers in all rooms for your comfort and health.
