We've been very fortunate and have had no damage from recent hurricane's! Love walking to restaurants and the beach, this place is for you. 1.5 blocks from Fisherman's Village where you can shop, eat, sit on a patio with a cocktail and watch the sunset or even take a sunset cruise. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gives plenty of room for a family getaway. The updated kitchen / open concept layout makes for the perfect entertaining space or private oasis.
Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the fish jump on the Lanai while enjoying beautiful views of the quiet canal. Bring your boat if you wish because this unit comes with a private dock and lift. Minutes from open water, enjoy a day exploring the many close beaches and waterfront restaurants.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is not only walking distance from Fisherman's Village, where there are a plethora of restaurants (even a Tiki bar by the beach with live music!) and sunset views, but it is right on a quiet canal only minutes from open water. We love the pool, going for walks, exploring Punta Gorda, and renting a boat that we can easily park right on our private dock/ lift.
