Watch the Gulf of Mexico reveal itself to you as you enter this Ocean Front 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo on the 15th floor of Calypso East Tower 1. Exceptional views through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in both the Great Room and Main Bedroom are amazing from Sunrise to Sunset! You can relax in chairs on the 25’ wide private balcony and watch dolphins, sting rays or friends/family members on the beach.

Calypso Resort & Towers is the ONLY Condo complex in Panama City Beach that is right across the street from Pier Park, which offers a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment!
A short walk down the beach you will find Russell-Fields Pier with the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, shops and fishing entertainment at your leisure!
Recent updates to the condo include a new queen sleeper sofa, new 40" & 50" High Definition Samsung SmartTVs in the Great Room and Master Bedroom. The Smart TV's provide DirecTV Streaming. Updated decorations, improved WiFi service, and more!!!
Reserved Parking is included with all rentals! Reserved Parking is provided in a gated garage under Calypso Towers and Resorts and is very close to the elevator entrance. Reserved Parking is included for one small to regular sized vehicle; other-sized vehicles will be provided with a space in the North Garage which is a pedestrian bridge away from the main building.
Calypso is just 14 miles from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). It’s so easy to take a taxi. From Calypso, you can walk nearly everywhere you need to go on your vacation. If you drive, there are plenty of area attractions to keep you busy!
Calypso is near grocery stores. Feel free to make your own meals in the condo's fully furnished kitchen. All dishware, silverware, pots/pans and serving/cooking utensils are included for your use.
Next to Calypso is City Pier (4th of July fireworks are launched from this pier). Sit on the private condo balcony for a fantastic view with front row seating.

My name is Brian Fragassi. My wife Julie and I have a son and a daughter- and generally a foster dog at any given time. We have been involved in real estate on and off since the late 1990's. Julie enjoys management and oversight of many things (including me) and I enjoy all things construction and real estate. This Calypso condo is named CalypsoDirect. Allowing us the opportunity to share a little bit of heaven with everyone else!
Why they chose this property
We invest a good deal of time making sure the condo is in tip-top shape! The condo is beach front with amazing views. Located within walking distance to so many activities- Pier Park, Russel Fields Pier, Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, Shopping Galore, Swampy Jacks, TopFlight Golf (Coming Soon), Dolly Parton's Voyage & Dinner Show (Coming Soon)- truly too much to list!
What makes this property unique
Our offering includes Reserved Parking underneath Calypso for cars and small SUV's. The convenience of being close to the elevators is beyond description! Better parking means more beach time! With a fully furnished and well appointed condo, have everything you need at your finger tips!
