Questo splendido 2 camere da letto al piano di sotto è la seconda unità a casa del proprietario ed è appena stato splendidamente decorate e professionalmente. Vernice fresca in tutto, tutti i nuovi pavimenti in legno, nuova cucina con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, e arredi di design nuovo di zecca fanno di questa una casa lontano da casa. Un ampio cortile posteriore con un ponte di legno solarium e barbecue all'aperto è perfetto per intrattenere. Situato nel cuore della città vecchia di Key West, Truman allegato è una gated community di abitazioni private e condomini. Vi è una invitante piscina riscaldata sul posto.

Tutti i ristoranti, negozi e vita notturna sono a pochi passi dalla vostra porta. Uno del parco e spiaggia nazionale di zona più quotati in America si trova a pochi passi di distanza. La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen size. 2 ^ camera con 2 letti singoli. C'è un divano monolocale nel soggiorno. Questa unità è completamente attrezzato per lunghi soggiorni, piacevoli. Tutto ciò che serve è il vostro abbigliamento e spazzolino da denti. La vita è buona in le chiavi!

Great visit to Key West

The weather was perfect and the condo was perfectly located and satisfied all of our needs while we were there. We especially enjoyed the outside area to relax in after enjoying a day touring Key West. We appreciated the fact that the kitchen was very well equipped.Best of all, the owner provided us with all of the information that we could possibly need making it a very relaxing trip. Thank you!

Ideal Location

This property was in the heart of Key West. Convenient to the waterfront, Duvall Street, Fort Zachary and many more wonderful locations. The outdoor patio was a plus from having coffee in the morning to having dinner, reading a book or just relaxing. The owner was extremely attentive making everything from check-in to check-out very smooth.

Great condo in a fantastic location

Fun and well appointed condo in the heart of Key West. Walkable to all the main sights and restaurants. Perfect for a small family without being on top of one another. Excellent communication by owner.

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I stayed here and loved everything about the condo. The owners are kind, responsive and have equipped with condo with everything you need. The condo is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, short walk to Duval and all of the nightlife. The deck is an amazing space where you can relax. Will definitely stay there again! Location Location

It was a pleasure staying at Jim and Colleen's condo in Truman Annex. A great condo with wonderful amenities provided by Jim and Colleen: grill, bikes, beach chair, towels, parking spot etc. The condo was lovely, clean, neat and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location, convenient and quiet. Jim was proactive in chatting with me and flexible per my arrival to Key West, allowing me to drop my bag at the condo early. Thank you.

All the 10's for this property are well-deserved

The condo is as pictured and is clean and well-stocked. We loved spending time on the patio and at the pool. Jim is the perfect host, personable and responsive, and he provided many suggestions and recommendations that enhanced our visit. The location is great, we could walk to most things, but also rode the free Duval Loop bus a few times. We would rent here again in a minute--don't pass this one up!

Perfectly balanced

The location of the unit is perfect! 3 blocks from Duvall and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Far enough away for a good nights rest. Close enough to enjoy the fun. Jim was super easy to chat with. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as stated!

A great week in Key West

The place is amazing !! The amenities were great and the bathroom brand new. AC kept us cool all week. Has a back deck to sit and relax as well. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown Duval street and the pier that we could walk to. We have made several trips over the years to KW and this was by far the nicest. Hope that it will be avilable the next time we go.

Ideal location with welcoming owners

The property owners reached our twice before our trip to answer any questions and share recommendations on their favorite restaurants, activities and attractions to help make sure we had an amazing trip. The condo is located close to Duvall street to be walking distance to most attractions but just far enough away to allow a buffer from the late night noise. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Great walkable Key West Location

Just a few blocks from Mallory Square and Duval Street, this is a great condo for seeing all that Key West has by foot. Great pool are to cool off and bike able to the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

This was our first sisters trip and we loved every minute of it. Our condo was above expectations!!! Perfect location, so quaint and our hosts were fabulous!!! They offered everything we needed and we were so comfortable from they cosy furniture to the utmost comfortables beds. We tried as many recommendations they gave us and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!!!!

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything. The unit is smaller than it appears on line. But very clean and well maintained. Full size appliances. Kitchen well appointed with everything we needed. Pool on property was fantastic. It has a cooling unit which was AMAZING in the July heat. Highly recommend.

Graduation Getaway

My daughter and I stayed for a girl's getaway before she left for college. The owners were very communicative and hospitable. They provided so much insight for places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed the use of their bicycles to get around and see the sites. The iguanas off the back patio were a treat to watch every morning in the bushes! The rental was very close to the things we enjoyed every evening. We made so many memeories, and would definitely come back another time!

Lovely condo, great location

We spent a week in this lovely condo during an unseasonal hot spell. The AC saved us! The condo was clean and comfortable with one exception. The washer had an issue but the owner was very responsive and worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The location is great- within walking distance to everything even in the heat. Thank you Jim.

My wife and I purchased our condo after coming to Key West for nearly 20 years. This is our favorite place to escape to. You can truly get on 'island time' here. Whether you are just hanging out on the sundeck or by the pool, biking around the island, or bar hopping, Key West has something to offer everyone. There is really more to do here than most people have the time to do. Our condo has a lot of Key West character . This can be your home away from home also.

We purchased here because Shipyard Condos are located in a private community Truman Annex. We are just two blocks from Duval Street, and do not need a car when we are there. You can just hang out, or be in the heart of everything. Your choice.

This wonderful 2 bedroom downstairs unit is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a wood sundeck and outdoor grill is perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

Our home has been featured on the cover of The Key West newspaper because of the 'islandy feel'.

All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach areas in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys! Walk or bike to shopping, dining, fishing, entertainment, beaches, sunsets, Mallory Square, and Duval Street.

The large sundeck in the rear courtyard is an extension of the condo, and is lovely almost all months of the year. Nice night lighting and tropical palm trees and plants make for a lush landscape. Great for sunbathing!
