Fun in the Sun

Perfect place to enjoy the ocean. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. You can’t beat the Location.

There was a few minor issues. There was a few minor things that were not kept up with. I know I stayed in this place before I think you got a new mattress from the last time I was there . but I honestly think it was a little overpriced. I had friends that stayed in other places for the same amount of time and a bigger place and cost less money for them but overall, I was satisfied with the location.

Small but sweet

This is on the smaller size , but was ok for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Soap and shampoo samples would have been a nice touch to have been added to the bathroom.

Bed Problem

Both the Murphy bed and the pull out couch mattresses are completely worn out, the only comfortable way to get some sleep is to sleep on the couch itself.

Week at the beach

Check in process was long and the front desk staff were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Condo was as described. Great views. Communication with owner was good with quick responses.

There are really no words on how happy we are!!!

Place was amazing, clean, quiet, peaceful and, overall beautiful. Great communication with Alex and the staff at Golden Sands are amazing. From the I arrived till I left i have recommended this place to all my friends and family, definitely will return next year. wonderful

Thank you for sharing your condo. Our vacation was very enjoyable. The view was wonderful. We spent many hours on the balcony relaxing. Loved the sun rise daily. The place was clean & compact & all our needs were met.

Great location!!!

My family of 4 spent some time in this condo and loved everything about it. I can't say enough good things about this place! Location location location Besides the condo being such a great place to stay, clean and updated kitchen. Beds were comfortable, cooking and cleaning was easy, (I wouldn't mind living in this place permanently) Every thing you need is a short walk down the street food store, dollar store, restaurants, movie theater, jewelry store, liquor store, pharmacy. Not to mention the BEACH is your back yard and on your deck you have a tiki bar. (good pina coladas) a little deli along with other little shops, right on the deck!!! This condo is a one stop shop! It's like your home away from home. And besides the beach in your back yard, there is a indoor pool on the 22 floor and a outside pool, what more do you need? OMGOODNESS!!!! I can't forget about the view!!! The view is mind-blowing! You can watch the sunrise on your own balcony. And on the front balcony you can watch the sunset set. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
