Questa unità è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2013 con bellissimi armadietti in bambù carbonizzato (completamente rinnovabile, sostenibile e semplicemente stupendo), soffitti in cedro giallo, pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito, sanitari speciali (pensate alla pioggia) e in cima alla linea elettrodomestici. Sistemi a corrente alternata split-canale sono stati installati in tutto il condominio per il comfort individuale. Il nostro design moderno rimodellare personalizzato dotato di un sistema home theater Blu-ray per il vostro divertimento e USB caricabatterie sopra ogni comodino in modo che i gadget non vanno mai morto. Due delle tre camere da letto sono dotate di vista sul mare infinito e aprire fino allo spazioso patio coperto. La cucina è completamente aperta in modo da poter godere della vista mare mentre si fondono i tuoi margaritas e prep tuo pupus nella nostra cucina attrezzata con tutti i comfort di casa.
Il condominio è meravigliosamente vicino a negozi, l'aeroporto, la spiaggia di Makena, Iao Needle e mercato del contadino (incredibile lattuga burro e lilikoi stagionale). La cosa che preferivo è sempre stato il senso di pace quando si è seduti sul lanai, ascoltando l'oceano, avvistare le balene, i bambini che giocano nella antica stagno di pesce hawaiano proprio davanti, e guardare il cambiamento del tempo sulle montagne di Maui occidentale.

E poi ci sono i tramonti ...

Menehune Shores è una splendida proprietà di fronte all'oceano di sei piani situato nel Nord Kihei e offre stupende vedute del blu chiaro del Pacifico. La struttura dispone di un'area ben tenuto prato, un campo da hockey da tavolo, un ristorante in loco (Monsoon India), di una piscina e due aree per il barbecue. Si trova accanto alla storica 16 ° secolo stagno di pesci reale di Kalepolepo. La proprietà è una posizione eccellente per tramonti mozzafiato, nuoto, romantica passeggiata sulla spiaggia e whale watching stagionali. Great place for a family vacation.

The property is great and our unit was excellent. We stayed in a three bedroom unit which was perfect for our family of four adults three kids and a teenager. The property is right on the beach and has a very nice pool. The Kehei area has lots to do and has many great places to eat. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Great place

I messaged the management company when we landed and a staffmember met us at the condo early. It was very nice that they gifted my mom candy for her birthday. The view is amazing and i recommend keeping the front door open for a good cross breeze. There aee plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and the cooler was perfect for the beach. The old fish pond, now a protected place to swim, was so amazing. The bathrooms are very up to date. The beds were comfortable, not sure about the sofa bed since we didnt use it. The staff were always friendly. Loved it.

My wife and I,along with my Daughters and their spouse's had a wonderful time at your condo.We found the location was perfect for all of our daily adventures. Great Condo!

My husband & our 3 kids (all in their early 20's) stayed very comfortably in this condo over Thanksgiving week. The condo was very clean & well appointed. Check-in was all done via text message & was very easy.

Condo was somewhat smaller than appeared in pictures, but was still great. The view was amazing, space was clean and comfortable and the management was easy to work with.

Lovely adult family stay

The condo was on the 5th floor with a lovely beach, island and sunset view. Three bedroom, two bath, with well equipped kitchen. West facing balcony with beach, bay and mountain view. The condo was located near enough to shopping without the traffic related to shopping centers. About 30 minutes from the airport. We were quite pleased with this property.

4 generations had an amazing time!

We brought my 89 yr grandma so she could see her 50th state. We had an amazing time. Plenty of room for us and the views were fabulous! The icing on the cake was seeing the sea turtles every morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Exactly as described

Excellent location on a Beach that has a 400 year old royal fish pond where turtles come to rest daily. We took our family of 7 (adults) to celebrate a milestone birthday and were all comfortable in the condo. Great central location enabling us to do day trips to all parts of island including Haleakala. Excellent communication with owners. Highly recommend.

Best Views in Kihei!

We struck gold with this amazing property! Our lanai overlooked the water and the sea pond. The sea turtle sanctuary shared this water with us too, so huge bonus! It was quiet, yet close to Lahaina so you can easily partake in charters. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay In Maui

The property was a little older looking in real life than on line, but it turned out to be very clean ,a good location, beautiful view and a very nice pool. We were so impressed with how well the grounds were maintained as well. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Unit 510 was excellent!

This updated condo was perfect for the 6 of us! The kitchen had everything that you have at home - we made most breakfasts and lunches at the condo. The dining area and living room are excellent sizes. The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean and the bay. We used the laundry quite a bit also. A great place to stay

Great location. The unit was very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything but a flat spatula, which we purchased and left for our contribution to the kitchen utensils.

The property for the most part was decent. The fact that the management decided to close the pool for the first half of our stay was very poorly managed. They closed the pool for maintenance, but did not notify us until 2 weeks before our trip. Not nearly enough time for us to take any action to avoid being at a place in Maui without a pool. Nothing was offered as compensation for the inconvenience. We won't be returning.

Beautiful child-friendly property

We had a wonderful week here! The beach is perfect for small children. It has shallow, clear water with gentle waves in the morning where you can see sea turtles sleeping. It is magical. The view from the balcony is gorgeous too. The condo itself is set up in a way that makes it easy to stay there with a toddler. We went with our daughter and my mother-in-law and we all felt like we were together, while still having our own personal space. The condo is nicely decorated--the bathrooms especially feel newly redone. It is very clean. Overall: I was SO PLEASED. I can imagine trying to come back to this unit in the future.

This unit was completely remodeled in 2013 with beautiful cabinets of carbonized bamboo (completely renewable, sustainable and simply gorgeous), yellow cedar ceilings, planking tile flooring, granite counter-tops, specialty bathroom fixtures (think rain-head) and top of the line appliances. Split-duct AC systems have been installed throughout the condo for individual comfort. Our modern custom remodel design features a Blu-ray home theater system for your enjoyment and USB chargers above every nightstand so your gadgets never go dead. Two of the three bedrooms feature endless ocean views and open up to the spacious lanai. The kitchen is completely open so you can enjoy the ocean view while you blend your margaritas and prep your pupus in our kitchen stocked with all the comforts of home.
The condo is wonderfully close to shopping, the airport, Makena beach, Iao Needle and the farmer's market (amazing butter lettuce and seasonal lilikoi). My favorite thing about it has always been the peaceful feeling when sitting on the lanai, listening to the ocean, spotting whales, the kids playing in the ancient Hawaiian fish pond right out front, and watching the weather change over the West Maui mountains.

And then there are the sunsets ...
