Views of the stunning Hoopers Bay ( Turtle Bay) from the entire house. Large deck for entertaining.
We now have a large pool with a beautiful deck with incredible views over Hooper's Bay.
Open plan living space with 15 foot cathedral ceiling tastefully furnished with Asian furniture and artifacts. Large bedrooms with ensuite marble finished bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful King Size 4 Poster bed with hotel quality mattress and bedding.
We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. This location gives the stunning views and a refreshing breeze. We are minutes walking distance from beach access. Quite neighborhood off the main road. Got to be seen to be believed. Sleeps 4 adults in 2 large bedrooms. We have just installed Fiber Optic broadband.

We also have 2 beautiful units next door named Turtle Bay 2 & 3. The references for these properties are 4168681 & 4712663.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Robert's property! Our travel day started out poorly as our flight to Exuma was canceled but Robert assisted us with options to get there the next day via Nassau. The property is gorgeous and there was nothing we needed the property didn't have at the ready. Even beach chairs and umbrella with coolers for the beach were available. The view is to die for! Robert was always available and provided so much local information about beaches and restaurants. We definitely will be back!

We’ll be back!

This was our first trip to Exuma and we were so so happy that we chose this house to stay in. The views in the photo listing don’t do it justice! It’s truly stunning! You can see the gorgeous blue ocean from both bedrooms, the entire living space, and the huge deck. The house was very clean, spacious, and had every utensil/appliance we could need. The beach towels and chairs were so helpful to have there to use as well. It was windy for a couple days of our stay so we made great use of the pool. You really can’t beat the location - it’s so close to town but also feels secluded and is just a short walk down to the beach and a short drive to all the others! After all our exploring of the island we agreed it’s the perfect spot to stay. Rob is a fantastic host. He took time out of his own vacation to help us with any issues or questions. He and his family are so hospitable and kind. We had an unforgettable trip and will be back to stay here again for sure! We may even bring more family to rent the house next door too!

Amazing Views of Hoopers Bay

Turtle Bay I is a great property to enjoy the views of Hoopers Bay in Exuma! As always, Rob is an excellent host and goes above and beyond. Our last stay in Exuma was at Turtle Bay III…Will definitely be back!

Turtle Bay House 1

Turtle Bay House 1 exceeded all of our expectations. We were a party of 4 adults. Robert our host was great. He supplied a packet of information that was very helpful. The place was well keep up, clean and had all the necessary things for cooking, going to the beach and a nice pool on site. We will definitely stay at Turtle Bay 1 if visiting Exuma again. Thank you Robert for you hospitality.

Great Place to Stay with an Epic View

Very nice rental home suitable for couples, multiple couples, or small families. Beautifully finished and well furnished. Epic view. Propert manager, Gabby, was pleasant and attentive. We felt like this was a good value and checked all of our boxes. We'll be back some day for another stay!

Beautiful views!

We loved this location! Hoopers Bay is beautiful and the home is close to grocery stores which were super convenient. Everything was well kept which made for a comfortable stay. The host was fabulous, he made sure we had everything we need and provided us with all the information to make our stay truly wonderful! Looking forward to visiting again!!

Perfect stay

There are many properties for rent in Exuma but this is the choice we suggest for your holiday. The villa is amazing and the view from the patio and from the pool is stunning. the closest beach access is 200 meters far and Robert is always kind and ready to help as give advice about the island Absolutely recommended

Birthday week

The house was perfect and super convenient to everything you need. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. Super private and never saw anyone in the surrounding properties the entire week. Such a perfect place to destress from everyday life and most definitely my favorite place on the planet. We will be back!

Peaceful

A nice house, clean, quiet and with a lot of space. The pool is very pleasant and we enjoy it because the way to the Beach isn’t very easy. The view on Hoopers Bay is amazing but it’sn’t the best view as you write in the tittle : on arrival we were so surprised to discover the 4 electric cables and pole just in front of the house, on the view ! And you have to check the beach seats : they are damaged, we couldn’t use them. But even these details our stay was very pleasant.

FABULOUS!

What a great property! Better than the photos depict. Our family had an amazing time here. Close to the turtles (our daughters favorite) and the central location to beaches, groceries, restaurants and Georgetown just can’t be beat. Above all the owners and property manager here are top notch. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and we rate this one 10/10! We will be back!!!!

Great first trip to Exuma!

My husband, myself, and two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and we loved the view! The house was clean and very comfortable. There were some handyman jobs that needed to be fixed while we were there but the owner communicated those clearly. The only small mishap was that all of the listing information had check out at 11:00, however cleaning personnel showed up at 10:00– this was very minor and they still accommodated us as we were getting our last minute things together. We loved the location and would stay again/

Perfect location on Grand Exuma

This is our second stay with this property manager. The homes are beautifully decorated and have everything you need for a luxurious stay. The pool is an added bonus. Beds are super comfortable and we could not have asked for more. We will be back next year. If your need a car to rent, contact Sure to Shore. There is a grocery store and liquor store close by as well. Lots of extras in the house suck as snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, etc.

Great Place

Would definitely stay there again. House has everything you need except water dispenser. Exuma is expensive but worth it. The house is located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Only complaint is the high bed. Even with a stool I had a hard time getting up in it. As I said I would come back to this house.

exuma bliss

This house was perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It was clean, new, and well appointed. Better in person then in the pictures! Very spacious and well maintained. The bathrooms were huge, washer and dry functioned well, all appliances were great. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. The views of the bluest water are amazing!!!. The pool was great and sharing it was not a problem. The owners were so attentive and helpful. They even came and helped us with a flat tire. They allowed us to use their kayak and paddle board down at the beach to see the sea turtles in the bay. Great location you can walk to hoppers bay or we beach hopped by car. Rent the car and live the island life this way! You will not regret it. We will definately book this home again!

Paradise found!

Turtle Bay House 1 was perfect! The views of Hooper’s Bay are amazing. There is a pool right off the back deck with spectacular views. The place is perfectly appointed with all top of the line amenities. You are one minute from the meat market, two minutes from the grocery and liquor stores and about seven minutes to downtown Georgetown. I cannot say enough about the property owners, Robert and Karla. They met us at check in and gave us a tour of the property and great tips for dining, beaches throughout the island and excursions. Just a truly top notch experience all the way around. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this property to several friends looking to travel to Exuma.

Turtle Bay 1 "Great Property"

Turtle Bay 1 is in a great location!! Smitty's grocery and CnK Liquor store is only a couple minutes away. George town is only 10 min away. You are maybe 10 min or less away from the airport. The ocean views of Hooper's Bay are amazing from this property!! You won't mind cooking in the kitchen looking at these views. Please know that when you stay in Exuma you will end up visiting and driving to the different beaches all over the island so don't worry that you are not directly located on the beach. You are able to walk to Hooper's bay beach from this property. Our neighbors walked to that beach every day with children age toddler to probably 10 yrs old. The house was beautiful and up to date. It was great that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow and take to the various beaches. The pool was a nice addition too!! Just be aware that the pool is right beside Turtle Bay 1 house and the other properties next door have shared access to the pool so you will be sharing the pool with your neighbors if anyone is renting the units next door. The property was nicely maintained and I would highly recommend renting this property for either two couples or a family. The owner and property manager are both great people to work with. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

A nice place to stay

Our group of 3 adults and 1 child spent two weeks on Great Exuma during Dec 2017. We spent our first week at this property. The pictures accurately depict how beautiful the home is. The view was amazing. The decor is lovely, and we enjoyed the little extras such as the music/book collection. The home was also incredibly clean. It's definitely the cleanest rental home we've ever enjoyed! The location is hands-down the best on the island. It is RIGHT off the main road (but don't worry, you don't hear any traffic whatsoever as you're high up on a hill), so it's easy to get back on the road when you need to go places. It's also right across the street from the Prime Island Meats Deli! It was great having such quick access to fresh meat, and they also sell groceries there. Smitty's grocery store/liquor store are also very close by, and the main town is a quick drive away too. The property manager, Kay, was amazing. She waited for us when our plane was terribly late arriving to the island. We felt horrible for being delayed, but she was so sweet and happily led us to the home when it was pitch black outside. For the negatives...I must mention the bed in the master bedroom. I read previous reviews about it, and I have to expand upon them. The bed is beautiful, but it is like sleeping on plywood. I sleep on my back and I've never, ever had such a poor rest. The mattress is as hard as a rock, and I ended up sleeping on the couch, which is not a great way to spend a holiday. Another issue would be with the kitchen. We cook 90% of our meals when we rent a home. We noticed that the toaster didn't work and two of the stove burners were not working. In comparison to other rental homes we've rented over the years, the kitchen was not as well equipped. Little things were missing, such as a lack of a pasta strainer, kitchen scissors, proper butcher knives/steak knives, metal utensils for the BBQ, baking sheets for the oven, etc. We noticed a large box with a blender in it, but we didn't want to open a new box, so we didn't open it and just missed out on making drinks that week. If you wish to use the BBQ/grill at this home, you will need to purchase your own metal utensils or kitchen scissors/sharp knives if you want to cut open a lobster tail or cut into a steak. You will also need to purchase charcoal. We did eventually find lighter fluid for the BBQ. With the exception of the bed and the missing kitchen items, this was a great rental home.
