More than cozy!

This property was supreme, exactly as a guest room in someone's home, perfect little apartment, privacy, every detail and Hospitality Hospitality hospitality! Would absolutely stay again Danielle and Jeff were as amazing as their sweet little suite.

Wondystay in Newport

Danni and Jeff were so welcoming and hospitable; we felt right at home. Their accommodations are lovey, and their rear garden is incredible. I could have spent hours on their back deck just watching the birds.

Perfect stay

The property was very well appointed, inclding the lovely flowers throughout. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Friendly and available but also respected our privacy. We enjoyed coffee and meals in the back porch overlooking the garden.

First time in Newport

Had a wonderful stay with Jeff and Danielle. Description is very accurate. Appreciated lots of small touches including fruit and treats. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment is wonderful neighborhood

W had a wonderful three days at this apartment. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful, and their apartment is simply charming- exactly as depicted online. We will gladly stay here again in the near future

Great Newport Getaway

Great in-law suite, close to Newport downtown and mansions - just a short drive with car. Spacious kitchen, bedroom/family room and bathroom. Nicely decorated. Danniella and Jeff were so welcoming and nice, they even drove us to the Cliff Walk. I highly recommend.

The Best!

We had such a wonderful stay! Jeff & Danielle were so accommodating to make sure we didn’t need a thing. The rental was very clean, quiet and had fresh flowers in every room! Book your stay here, you won’t be sorry!

Wonderful stay!

This was a lovely place to stay in Newport! We were about a 5/10 minute drive from anything around town. Danielle was a very welcoming host and the property has everything you’d want!

Cozy oasis

Danielle and Jeff are very welcoming. Their home is clean with fresh flowers from the garden in every room. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and even supplied us we snacks too! We would definitely recommend this to everyone

Haven of peace and joy

Our stay in this cozy and quiet apartment was so relaxing we didn't want to go home! Daniele and Jeff are simply delightful, and their joyous and generous nature reflect in the amenities offered throughout. Basic breakfast necessities were covered in the fridge, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, fresh flowers everywhere. The view from the deck is really cheerful, even on a rainy day. Needless to say it is an impeccably clean, well maintained property. Many rentals get a 10/10 rating, in my experience this property is the real deal.

Great hosts, location & property

Super cute space near enough to town but far enough out that it's in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great and left some "essentials" for us (coffee & raisin bread(!?)) - which was great because we pulled in layer than expected and didn't shop before settling in. Space was cozy, but not cramped or tiny. Beautiful outdoor space too! If we come back for a festival next year, this will be where we intend to stay! Thank you D&J!

Wonderful Accommodations!

We're regular visitors to Newport and familiar with the range of accommodations available. This location, however, should be at the top of the list for those looking for an immaculate, convenient, and priced-right place to stay. Our hosts, could not have been friendlier and eager to make sure our stay was great! Thumbs way, way up!

We will DEFINITELY be back!

The place was perfect: private space, great kitchen, comfortable, sizable bedroom/living area, large bathroom, and even a back deck/patio with terrific landscaping and a hammock. As a bonus, our hosts were as friendly and helpful as you could imagine, doing anything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be back next time we are in Newport for sure!

Twice as Nice

Thank you Jeff & Danielle for another lovely experience. It was nice to be welcomed with so many treats and tea choices! Absolutely loved the hot shower following our long strolls on the beach. The flowers throughout is such a delight! Looking forward to our next encounter.

Wedding in Newport!

We came to Newport for a family wedding, and wanted to stay a few extra days. This place was PERFECT for the 2 of us! As a Salve Alum, I knew the area, so getting around was familiar. Dannielle and Jeff were WONDERFUL. If their car wasn’t there, we wouldn’t even have known they were home! Definitely a place to stay at again…Thank you for making us feel like family!

A True Gem

I loved my stay here. The owners, Dannielle and Jeff, couldn't have been more accommodating. The place was immaculate and spacious. I appreciated all of the small touches that made it seem like a home away from home. Although the place is advertised as sleeping two, there is a second queen-size bed if needed. This was my third Home Away experience and by far the best.

More Than We Expected

After reading reviews before our stay, we knew this was going to be a great place to stay for our five weeks in Newport. We just didn't realize it would be even better and so much more than we expected! This is a great place to stay. Owners Jeff and Danielle, who live in the attached home, were incredible in their thoughtfulness and generosity in providing great treats and touches when we arrived. These folks are the best at knowing what guests need and want in a home-away-from-home. They know hospitality! You will love meeting them and seeing for yourself how they genuinely care about every detail during your stay. They wowed us thoroughly and we now have special new friends in Newport!

Beyond our expectations!

We had never been to Rhode Island before and decided to get away for a weekend. We are not really into staying in hotels unless we have to so we always turn to VRBO to find what we are looking for and this cozy and quiet apartment didn't disappoint. The owner's were so amazing! They greeted us with such enthusiasm which made us instantly feel welcome. The apartment had anything and everything we could have asked for. The small-special touches were an amazing, unexpected bonus. We felt at home from the get go. It was exactly what he had hoped for when we booked the trip. The location is wonderful. It was a close drive to anything that we wanted to see while we were there. It was very clean, cozy and private and we would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the owner's for an amazing stay. Fantastic Newport Gem!

How fortunate we were to find such a fantastic gem of a property in Newport, Rhode Island on a holiday weekend! Tucked away on a side street, away from the congested traffic areas but still close to all the restaurants, beaches and tourist sites, Dannielle and Jeff's property was exactly what we were looking for during a recent east coast trip to attend a wedding in Newport. This was the cleanest Homeaway property we have ever stayed at and Dannielle and Jeff made us feel so welcome the minute we pulled into the driveway! This in-law apartment is very private and spacious. Beautiful hardwood floors and soothing colors throughout the property. The private deck overlooking the gardens was such a nice respite after all the wedding festivities. We had plenty of room to unpack our formal wedding attire and the furnishings in the apartment were comfortable and inviting. Our hosts were so kind to have beverages, breakfast items and fruit stocked in the refrigerator for us (a nice surprise and greatly appreciated). The full kitchen had everything we needed and more! The spotless bathroom was very large and there were little amenities available in case we forgot to pack something. The flowers from Dannielle's garden were such a nice touch as well! We stayed only two nights but if we ever return to Rhode Island and Newport, we will definitely return to this property for a longer stay. Stay here you will LOVE it!

This place exceeded our expectations. We arrived to be warmly greeted by Danielle. She kindly offered to give us a tour of Newport including the mansions, cliff walk and beaches, church where Jackie and JFK were married, downtown with all the best bets for eating out, bakeries and shopping. Who does that? Her lovely rental was filled with warm decor, cozy couch, AC, TV and wifi, fresh fruit and flowers from her lovely garden, fancy teas and cinnamon bread, peanut butter and all sorts of jams for a quick breakfast, bottled water and Brita water for those who are more Eco conscious and even organic milk. She has a wonderful collection of tea pots and tea cups which we used to have high tea with my daughters and mother which we thoroughly enjoyed. She will even set tea up for you if you ask in advance. The beds were super comfortable, everything from kitchen to modern, spacious bathroom were spotless and her backyard deck and beautiful garden were peaceful and surrounded by nature. Danielle is a gem and even offered to drive us downtown and pick us up after dinner:)) Who does that? The next day she even dropped us off at the beach which was 5 min away and picked us up too. Who does that? Only someone who loves what they do and prides herself in giving her guests the best possible care and attention. Can't wait to return next year!! Thanks so much Danielle you are the best. We wish you and your husband much success in your new bed and breakfast!
