Prefect place to stay with your family

We loved this location. We’ve never stayed in this area before. It was prefect!!! Our condo was clean and spacious for our family, prefect view of the beach. Across the street was caddy’s. Prefect for lunch, dinner or just a drink!! Check in was awesome! My son was sick and we had no where to go we go in 2 hours early. Everyone was accommodating. We’ll be back

Great condo, beautiful beach and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to Indian Shores. The condo was perfect. Beds were all comfortable. Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Everyone had enough space to feel at home and relax for the week. Elevator was quick. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Perfect location on the beach for morning walks or in the evening to a few restaurants. Directly across the street from trolley stop if you want to use public transportation. We loved it and would go back. Staff was very friendly when we picked up our keys.

Vacation by waterfront

Property was as advertised. Enjoyable location.Responsive manager.TV's in all rooms were non functional;blinds in master bed rm gallery door not functioning; dinner sets & silverware not enough for 8 guests. All these were taken care of promptly.Light switches at bed room entry wall would be helpful. Light in guest bed room closet needed.Balcony furniture very nice.I reccommend this property to vacationers.

Best Beach Condo

We have been vacationing in the area for many years and would rate this unit the best so far for many reasons. The unit is spacious and extremely well equipped- from the kitchen to the beach toys. The view and proximity to the beach and pool are amazing. The area is very walkable and has every kind or dining option that you could imagine. Perfect for our family of 5!

Sand Castle III Unit 404

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in this condo was excellent The weather cooperated as well. The condo was exactly what we had seen online and was very clean upon our arrival. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The location is excellent as well. Owners Kim and Tom were great. At one point the internet was spotty and I needed it for some work calls. The day I mentioned it Kim went to Spectrum, got a new modem and replaced it and had us up and running the very day I mentioned it to her even though I told her there was no hurry.We would definitely stay here again in the future.Great condo, great location, and great service from the owners

Sun and Fun

We had a great experience with this condo. We were delayed in arriving and there wasn’t any problems getting entry to the property. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. It was clean and was stocked well enough for a family of 6 with plates and such. The only complaint is I would prefer if there was screen doors on the balcony sliding doors. I love to listen to the waves when I sleep. The property manager was quick to respond to any concerns we had and was very helpful with our delayed arrival. Thank you for the great memories. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful stay on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Sand Castle buildings (there are 3) for 3 years in a row, and we couldn't be happier. The units (especially 404 in bldg III) are clean, comfortable, and best of all, right on the beach. First I'll say that these buildings are from the 80s-90s era, so expect the design and amenities to reflect that period (popcorn ceiling, etc.). But, the building is well maintained, the unit is cozy and is perfect for a week's stay. Best part about this place is its location. Yes, its situated right on the beach, but its located in Indian Shores beach where the beach is private and not packed with millions of tourists. Its also on the main strip (Gulf Blvd) and accessible to so many places. If you're looking for a place on the beach, give Sand Castle a look, you wont be disappointed!

Unbeatable view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though it rained/stormed every day and red tide was with us the entire time, the sunsets were phenomenal. The location of the rental was vey good, although parking was a challenge with roof replacement going on. The building management people were quick to assist with that snafu, and it was much appreciated with very limited parking.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying right on yhe beach. Would stay again. But we had a issue when we first arrived the place was filthy. Diryy floors, fridge, sluding door, toliets. We called first thing Monday morning and Sandy was suppose to get back to us but we never heard from her we told her we cleaned we just expected her to call us back. So we asked for a later check out which they gave us an hour.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the place was nice. Who ever cleans the condo needs to do a better job. The mattresses on all of the beds are absolutely horrible. For what they charge the owners should buy some better mattresses!!! OWNERS...try sleeping on them sometime. The sliding glass door in the living room came off the tracks and we couldn’t get it back on and had to use the one in the master bedroom. Would stay again if they replaced the current mattresses! At check in the ladies were a little “not so nice”, maybe they were having a bad day (I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt).

Our condo was well equipped, location was perfect, and plenty of pool toys provided. I have no complaints! The property was very well-maintained as was the whole building.

Great Stay at Sandcastle Condominiums III

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 3 bed 2 bath condo on the ocean. The condo furnishings are nice. The condo was clean. No odors or smells. The view was gorgeous. Near restaurants. In facet Caddy’s is right across the street and the food is excellent. The washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. Florida Lifestyles handled the reservations. Their staff was friendly and professional. The only negative is the sliding glass doors that proved to be a challenge in closing and locking them.

True Beach front

The pool area was right by the beach. We loved it; it opens to a great wide beach. The condo furniture could improve. Pillows were flat. We requested new ones. We got them but the new ones were not comfortable either. The dinning chairs were wobbly (could not use two out of 6). Big patio over looking the ocean. The patio furniture were old and plastic table was stained. The patio doors were hard to open. There were a lot of beach toys and chairs stored in the patio storage room. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Great place to stay

This property has it all, blender, lots of pots and pans, dishes. Even a crock pot. It was very nice and would definitely stay there again. The ice maker in the fridge even worked. Also lots of beach chairs, and things for kids to play at the beach.

Like a hometown to our family!

My cousins and I have gathered at Indian Shores/Indian Rocks every summer for 45 years! This condo was superb. All furnishings were in great condition and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was so well-appointed and complete; all dishes, cookware, and utensils were far more than adequate! Even the ice maker worked, and that was a first! The balcony even had stacking chairs to ensure we all (7) had seating beyond the usual 4 chairs. Beds could have been softer, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite nice. We would stay here SC-III #404 again! The one negative was a large group from Plant City who were loud, mostly drunk, and took over the pool area in the evenings. It was impossible to ignore their noise and foul language even inside our condo, much less on the balcony!
