Villa Miranda is the perfect vacation home for up to 6 people who want to stay in the heart of Cape Coral. Not only will you benefit from quiet, idyllic surroundings. The villa is also conveniently located – letting you reach Cape Coral´s important places in no time. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In the living area, you will be greeted by beautiful deco elements, carpets and plants. Simply unwind on the couch and enjoy movies on the extra-large flat-screen TV.

Adjacent to the living area is the villa´s kitchen. Hobby-Chefs will find everything they need to cook delicious meals. Oven, stove plates and microwave are available, in addition to cutlery, dishes and a variety of utensils. You will want for nothing while on vacation! When your meal is ready, you can choose where to eat. A small and a large dining table grace the living area, and another table is located on the patio – ideal for snacks. With a view of lush palm trees in the garden, meals will taste even better! Afterwards, you can unwind in the cozy lounge area.

Relaxation is guaranteed in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a TV, darking curtains and a walk-in closet. It comes with its own bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while two twin beds make the third bedroom perfect for children. Both rooms share one bathroom with bathtub and shower combo. You want to do your laundry? No problem. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are available.

Villa Miranda amazes with its quiet, but central location in Pelican. Just 0.6 miles separate you from Walmart Neighborhood Market, so you can do your grocery shopping in no time. The next Publix is 5 minutes – the next Aldi 7 minutes away. Of course, you do not have to cook yourself. Nearby Cape Coral Parkway is lined with international restaurants. Guests looking for Surf and Turf should visit Cape Harbor, 3.7 miles to the south. There, you will find Rumrunners: one of Cape Coral´s most popular restaurants.

If you want to cool off, you are in for a treat. In 10 minutes, guests reach Cape Coral´s public beach. Or how about exciting slides? No problem. Only 6 miles separate the villa from Sun Splash Family Waterpark. Located right next door is Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park: another highlight for little guests. Here, minigolf, go-karts, playgrounds and climbing parkours will keep your children busy for hours.

This coupon can then be redeemed at our boat rental. The minimum rental period for most of our boats is 1 day, but of course, long-term rentals are no problem, either. Our pickup point is located only 5 minutes away from open waters. You want to have the boat delivered to your vacation home? This is also possible for rental periods of 2 days or more.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
