Flat screen TV, Free cable & Netflix. Mini Frig, Microwave, Iron/ Ironing Board, hair dryer. Dining table with chairs, small sofa. Free Breakfast items with Hot & Cold Drinks, Free Large Parking. Must climb stairs on 2nd floor. Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approved. This Historic Home has large stones in the ground before the porch and is not wheel chair, walker or cane friendly. Located Just 1.2 miles away from the TN Walking Horse Celebration. Only 3 blocks from shopping, restaurants and movie theater on the historical Shelbyville square. The Duck River is less than 1 mile with a public boat ramp. 7 miles to Nearest Green Distillery has the worlds longest bar with restaurant. Jack Daniel's Distillery Visitor Center 16 miles, 1 hour south of Nashville.
