Carillon Beach is on the edge of 30A. It's a small beach community with a lot of heart! Close to all the best things that 30A and Panama City Beach have to offer but private and less busy than the surrounding areas.

Kids can freely/safely ride bikes in the neighborhood and enjoy access to all the pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball court!

Great stay!

The shower curtain is missing several hooks, which makes water leak in the floor, & the toilet paper holder needs to be attached to the wall. Other than that all was very good!

Great for a Young Couple

Let me preface this review by saying that I enjoyed my stay here and it was perfect for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. However, there were some small issues with the property that bothered us because of how easily they could be fixed, but the manager has not done so. First of all, it was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were mystery hairs (including in the coffee maker, not that any coffee was provided) and some gunk all around. Second, there were small broken things that could easily (and cheaply) be fixed to make the property look much more presentable. The bedroom door does not fit and can't be shut. The toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall. There is only a shower liner and not a curtain on the shower. The duvet on the bed was sandy and had an old guest's hair all over it. The ice machine in the freezer does not work. There is no drain plug in the bathtub and one of the sinks did not have a drain plug either. A command hook for towels on the bathroom door was broken off and left to rot. The remote for the TV in the bedroom did not work. And none of the pillows on the bed matched. I am not a stuck up person who needs a 5 star hotel to be satisfied. But the minor issues in the property just gave off an impression that the owner/management don't care too much about the presentability of the property. Had these little things been fixed, I would really have no complaints. But, on the bright side, this property has an amazing location, and it worked
