AHHHHH .... YOUR BEACH FRONT retraite. Het weer is GEWELDIG in oktober en november! Kom en zie het zelf! Het is je welverdiende vakantie dus waarom niet genieten van de beste ... Dit is niet uw typische condo verhuur. Luxe 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers toevluchtsoord met 9 voet plafonds, kroonlijsten, aangepaste raambekleding en aangepaste tegels in. De woonkamer en slaapkamer hebben een muur van ramen voor een prachtig uitzicht op het kristal blauwe groene water en het zandstrand. Open de deuren off van de slaapkamer en woonkamer naar uw privé Gulf Front balkon. Ontspannen op het balkon te luisteren naar de golven rollen in en kijken naar de zonsondergang over het water zon. De slaapkamer heeft een luxe kingsize bed, grote tv, jacuzzi en een aparte inloopdouche. Slaapkamer 2 en 3 zijn ook groot en smaakvol ingericht met lcd-tv's, dvd-spelers en privébaden in elke slaapkamer. De ruime woonkamer heeft een nieuwe 60-inch breedbeeld-tv, W / Net Flix en een lederen slaapbank. De keuken is goed uitgerust met veel werkruimte op de granieten aanrechtbladen. Geniet van het complex voorzieningen - Golf front nulwaarde zwembad, sauna, fitnessruimte met uitzicht op het strand. Verwen uzelf en kom bij ons blijven. U zult aangenaam verrast zijn. Zodra je door de voordeur loopt zult u het gevoel alsof je op een luxe vakantie.

Great family vacation

Our family of four brought along my mother and in-laws. We all liked having our own bathroom and the view from the balcony was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were close by and even walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were The Hangout and Sunliner Diner. Both of them had great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The condo was super clean except for the potato chip we found in the pull out sofa. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the staff was friendly. I would recommend staying on this property. We enjoyed our stay. I only wish it would have been longer.

Best beach vacation yet

The condo was perfect for what we wanted and the beach was great. We had 5 adults ranging from 18 to 70. We had quick access to the beach and a nice patio to sit on and listen to the waves. The condo was comfortable and fully functional. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. I recommend you read the materials sent to you before you arrive so you will know to bring certain things with you such as paper towels and toilet paper, but this is pretty standard with VRBOs. The beach was never crowded and extremely family friendly. The sand was nice and soft and the water was great. There were enough people to talk to satisfy the extroverts without overwhelming the introverts. We never went to the pool but it was also never overcrowded. I have a tendency to somehow sit right next to the most obnoxious drunk in the area, but we did not even see an obnoxious drunk. We brought our own chairs and umbrella, which I recommend. We were able to go set them up in the morning, go cook breakfast and nobody messed with our stuff. We went the week of July 4th and the fireworks shows were great! We will be back and will look for this same condo again.

Needs some TLC

The facility was very nice and well kept. This is a VERY busy area with lots of people. The Condo itself needs some upkeep. We contacted the owner shortly after arrival and several time afterwards about a door that wouldnt open to the balcony, clogged drains, a broken garbage disposal and a number of other issues. In spite of sevral promised fixes, nothing was done whatsoever. In spite of the issues, we made the best of it.

Four days on the beach at the San Carlos Condo Unit 610

The listing is very accurate. Located directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach from the wide balcony. We enjoyed the balcony very much with many chairs and a table and grill. The grill is electric and had to try 3-4 outlets to find one that worked for the grill. The listing photos were completely accurate and reflected exactly the appearance and amenities. We didn't think the condo was cleaned especially well. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were clean but we felt the carpets and floors were not vacuumed. You could see dirt and food crumbs under the ottoman and furniture. The tile floor was gritty with sand/dirt. We also wondered if the sheets had been changed as they didn't have that fresh laundered smell. Someone came into the condo while we were there to check the washer and dryer to see if there was anything in them. Also, on another day, someone dropped off a bag of sheets. We left the bag in the hallway. Also, the ceiling fans are dusty I think the owner/manager should have a talk with the people hired to clean as we didn't think they are getting their money's worth. Also, they may want to have the clothes dryer checked out as it takes a long time to dry the laundry. Other than that, we did enjoy the condo. It was perfect for our group. We got groceries at a nearby Walmart and cooked all of our meals at the condo using the grill everyday. There is a TV in every room so everyone got to watch their own favorite programs at night. I highly recommend this property. The Alabama State Park Pier is just down the road, be sure to get there at least once. Watch out for jellyfish. They are plentiful in the water there.

Delightful Spot

This is a well decorated space with a late eighties/early nineties vibe. Everything including beds was clean and comfortable. Access can’t be beat. Owner is super responsive and everything with which we needed help was provided including minor maintenance issue. We felt like honored guests! Property location can’t be beat for ocean view and for access to nearby restaurants. A trip to Foley was great fun too for a short excursion into a different part of the area.

We had a great time on our vacation. Listing description and pictures are very accurate. Joanne responded to inquiries quickly and sent a very helpful note with places to shop and eat. Kitchen was well stocked . Beds were very comfortable. Really loved the zero entry pool for our grandson! May seem silly, but having the shopping carts in the garage to load and unload everything was very convenient.

Very Nice

Could not be happier finally a place where the pictures are spot on Very clean close to everything. The only complaint we would have is the beach chairs are very uncomfortable and the people renting them were very rude. I realize the condo is not responsible for this just our experience. This will not keep us from coming back absolutely loved our stay already planning next year's stay at the same place!!!!!!
