Vores villa ligger i en eksklusiv BEACHFRONT-tilflugt for privatejede villaer inden for grunden til Rio Mar Beach & Golf Club, et Wyndham Grand Resort (tidligere Westin Rio Mar Resort). Villaerne har en privat pool, boblebad og havepavillon / grill til kun beboere. Eller gå over til de vigtigste hotel-restauranter, butikker, casino, udflugtsskranke, barer, musik - kun få skridt væk.

Vores villa er omkring 800 kvadratmeter og er smagfuldt møbleret. Det har 2 soveværelser (det ene med kingsize-seng og det andet med 2 senge i fuld størrelse) separat opholdsstue og spisestue, to komplette badeværelser, et fuldt udstyret køkken og møbleret balkon med en betagende udsigt over stranden.

Feriestedet er blevet anerkendt af Connoisseurs guide til feriesteder og store hoteller som et af verdens bedste, og billedet af Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort-lobbyen var på forsiden af 15-års jubilæumsudgaven af guiden i år 2002. Hotellet har to mesterskabsgolfbaner, Ocean Golf Course og River Golf Course, den ene designet af Greg Norman og den anden af Tom og John Facio. Clay og hard court tennis faciliteter, og tilbyder også aktiviteter såsom jetski, kitesurfing, windsurfing og snorkling. Også ridning og fire-spor ridning aktiviteter kun 5 minutter væk.
Bask i herlig havudsigt fra alle punkter i denne villa. Slap af med morgenmad på en af de to balkoner med en betagende udsigt. Nyd solskin på en uberørt kilometer lang strand eller et valg af puljer. Great place!

Perfect beach location, with comfort!

The condo location was amazing. We enjoyed the comfort of the seating area very much. Our only disappointment was the casino is closed, so we missed the vibe of Rio Mar very much, and unfortunately it will not be reopened for some time. Even so, the beach, the ocean air is the draw for sure, and there is certainly plenty there to take in. Margaritaville has amazing Puerto Rican jazzy entertainment and Luquillo and their new casino is just minutes away. Enjoy.

Fantastic beach condo

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location is perfect if you want to lounge on the beach. The only things separating you from the beach are a series of pools reserved for owners and guests of the villas. The host is excellent and quick with communication and the staff at the property are very helpful and friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen is small so I wouldn't plan on doing much cooking. Otherwise this was exactly what we were looking for!

Lovely location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was even bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The location/view were lovely! Benefit of the amenities of the resort next door, but 2 large, quiet pools for condo guests, plus a large hot tub, dedicated beach area, chairs, play areas. We enjoyed local visits to Loquillo Beach, the rain forest, restaurants. Easy drive to the airport and San Juan too. And the owner responded immediately when we had questions. Thanks so much!

Best host ever

We stayed here during the week that the storm Ernesto came and affected the electricity of the island. Our host was prompt to respond and very understanding of the unusual circumstances. As for the apartment it is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. It has a long beach for walking and two pools. The grounds of Rio Mar are very nice.

Perfect location for perfect family vacay

Ideal combination of adventure and relaxation with older teens. Check in was super easy, host was very responsive and provided great recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation spot!

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Puerto Rico. The Ocean Villas is wonderfully maintained with easy access to the pools and a beautiful swimmable beach. The condo was well stocked with beach toys which was great for our little one. There were not any beach chairs, but rather camping chairs. The condo is not as updated as other properties. We had family stay throughout the Ocean Villas and our condo was the least updated, but for the price it was perfect!

Perfect Location for Perfect PR Stay!

Can't say enough about this location for our family. We spent some time at the Wyndam Resort next door at the poolside restaurant, Iguana feedings and gift shop, but overall we were very happy with our quieter, more private location when we were the only ones at the pool or walking the beach. Super comfortable 2 bedroom for our family of 4. We enjoyed many local activities and the easy trip to Old San Juan. Would stay here again next week if we could!!

The perfect place!

My family of four had an amazing time here. The condo itself is beautiful and the view is spectacular. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were soft. Parking was easy and the resort is a very short walk away. The AC units worked great. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Wonderful spot for a family vacation. Convenient location to San Juan/airport, En Yunque, and the coast for a day trip to Culebra Island. Our children (9 and 7) loved the pools and direct access to the beach. The Villa includes sand toys/boogie boards, which were also a hit. While there is no guest pass access to the neighboring Wyndham hotel amenities, our children were able to utilize the pools there while we dined at the restaurants. The condo was outdated but clean and suited the needs of our family well.

Little Slice of Heaven

Felt blissful every single day. The view alone is worth the money. The grounds are peaceful, clean and very accommodating. Want a little noise, go to the Wyndham next door. The unit could use a little updating and minor repairs but it’s comfortable, you’ll sleep amazingly well and be very very pleased with your choice.

Family vacation

First the positive feedback: the condo is in a great location which is perfect for a family vacation. The pools, grounds and beach are all well maintained and we enjoyed those amenities. Regarding the condo itself, it could use some TLC. Joan, the Host, was helpful but not in Puerto Rico, so there was no local contact when we had a couple issues. There needs to be an inside lock on the double bedroom door to the outside (we found it open one morning, with our two granddaughters asleep). In the Master bedroom, there was what appeared to be a sheetrock repair made to an outside wall that needed to be caulked or something, because it was falling in and letting in outside air (hot). We crammed some towels in the gap. There was some sort of grate (AC perhaps) just lying on the double bedroom porch. Overall, it wouldn't take much to upgrade this condo, but it just seemed like nobody had checked it out recently.

Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better property to call home for our stay. The view was wonderful, and the beach, the pools, and the resort were literally steps from the condo. The owner was super responsive with all questions. The condo also is a short drive to many outside activities such as the rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, and old San Juan. If we ever return to Puerto Rico, I would definitely stay here again.

Don't miss this!

This property is spectacular. The ocean views are exquisite. We enjoyed the casino next door at the resort. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well each night. Don't miss the views from the 5th floor. They are spectacular as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Overall a great place to stay on your visit to Puerto Rico. We couldn't have asked for more. Would love to stay again in the future.

The most beautiful place!!!

This is probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed at, and I’ve visited a lot. The reason is the incomparable view from the balconies and the extremely close proximity to the most beautiful beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We didn’t want to leave!! The ocean villas are the best situated ones in Rio Mar. The host was also great with communication. 11 out of 10!

Very pleasant and easy stay

The property is on the most beautiful beach and with a great view. Lots of towels and beach gear in the unit. Some strangeness with the lights, as about half of them didn't work and one of the ceiling fans was broken. I couldn't get the master bedroom AC to work and it was fixed with about 8 hours after contacting the owner. Otherwise there was no contact with the owner at all except to get a pdf of the gate codes for the door and parking area. No additional tasks had to be done. We just left on time with the ACs off and no worries. The resort next door was very useful for scheduling trips and getting very good meals. For most of our stay we saw no one else. It was like having a private beach all to yourself. So very nice. Just remember not to hang a towel on the balcony or they come and yell at you early in the morning. I used the kitchen for most breakfasts and lunches and it had all I needed. Fully stocked with a great stove, fridge and blender. The toaster was a little finicky but useable too. The beds were all comfy and the showers were nice and warm. No real complaints and I would love to come back again.

Beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views of the ocean/grounds/pool from the Villa were amazing! Angela was a wonderful host and promptly responded any time I had questions. Our kids loved the pools right out front and being able to explore the hotel next door. The Villa has everything you need and more! I do think it could use some updating on the bedding/microwave and more thorough cleaning but nothing too terrible. Having our own parking spot was also super nice!! Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous

Perfect Perfect location, great view, private beach, three pools. Very few people maybe because we went in June. Easy 2 min walk to resort, boogie boarding and relaxing, lunch every day at the Tiki hut, really, really good food and drinks. Had dinner twice at resort restaurants, also GREAT food at Loquillo kiosks, also exceptional food

Perfect Location on the Beach!

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. Everything was exactly as described except that the photos really don’t do justice to the perfect location and proximity to the beautiful beach and pool. There is a perfect view of the sunrise, beach and ocean from the patio. As a morning beach person, I was disappointed to find that the beach chairs are locked until someone comes around who can unlock them but the pool is so close to the beach that I couldn’t complain about the view from there. The only other issue was that the remote to the master bedroom TV doesn’t work (even after we tried buying batteries for it) but that was only an issue for my husband 😉. The building and pool needs a little updating but that seems to be “in the works.” The property was very quiet and private. We definitely hope to return!

We have lived in Puerto Rico for more than 50 years. Our children and grandchildren love to vacation here in PR. So we purchased this villa so that our children and grandchildren would always have an ocean front vacation home to enjoy.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The ocean view from our villa is beautiful-- we love relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the ocean breeze. We love taking long walks on the beach and around the resort. Our villa is a 3 to 4 minute walk to the main hotel --restaurants, shops, casino, tour desk, bars, music. 2 renowned Golf courses and 24 tennis courts available for nominal fee.
Our private parking in garage in our building and 2nd outdoor one.
We have free wifi ,3 t/v's,3 a/c's, fully equipped kitchen, boogie boards, sand toys and more!
