Great location for family and friends to enjoy time together. Beautiful lake view from the dining table with fantastic sunsets. Enjoy the peacefulness away from the city hustle and bustle. So much to see and do in County, if you have never been, it's worth the visit.

Family gathering

We had a wonderful gathering with family coming from Ottawa and London for a long weekend. Consecon provided the perfect neet-up point. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well appointed and the lake view beautful and serene.

Perfect!

This little cottage is perfectly located - a few minutes away from some of the best wineries, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to really enjoy some peacefulness. Beautiful view and sunsets from the back deck, a cozy woodstove inside and a couple of chairs by the water to read a book on the very quiet Consecon lake.

We'd rent that house again, the location was nice, it had a little private beach, nothing luxurious but we had all the amenities we needed and they were very responsive to all our questions

Awesome cottage!

Very clean, well appointed and superbly located above a large lake in Prince Edward County, only minutes from Picton, Sandbanks, Wellington and dozens of wineries. Our hosts (Lynn and father Bill) were super friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year.

Amazing Getaway

This cottage was AMAZING!!!! Everything you want in a cottage and more. The incredible sunrises, sunsets, and the view from the decks over looking the lake are a must see. The cottage was very clean with everything you needed it wanted for a comfortable getaway. Thank you Lynn and Bill for an amazing weekend. Looking forward to a full week next year.

We really had a great week !

It was our first visit to the county. Unfortunately we only had 6 days and missed a few vineyards and micro-breweries. The house is well located, but access to the lake with our kayaks was difficult. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Gorgeous sunsets!

We stayed at this property for a week at the end of June. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The stairs down to the lake were quite steep (careful if you have small children), but the view was beautiful once you get there. It was a great base for exploring Prince Edward County.

The perfect cozy spot!

My two friends and I spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. There's a lot of comfortable outdoor space to enjoy (including adirondack chairs right on the water!) and a perfect angle to watch a gorgeous sunset develop. The cabin itself is so charming and has every modern convenience you need to cook a meal and enjoy it on the deck. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom that kept us cool, and the table inside is the perfect size to do a puzzle at. The location is a short drive to everything worth seeing and doing in PEC and I would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for an escape from the city. I'm looking forward to going back!

Charming cottage with spectacular view!

The cottage is small but the windows, vaulted ceiling and spacious front and back decks make it feel so much bigger. It was bright and spotlessly cleaned. Hoping to go back again next year.

Beautiful & perfect!

The place is gorgeous, make sure you bring insect spray because it is very much in nature. The steps are really easy to use, and my friends and I had a beautiful time. We were also able to get my friend's dog. I would appreciate basic cooking equipment like cooking oil, and more towels, but apart from that, the stay was fantastic.

Quiet and Cosy with an Amazing View of the Lake

This place was perfect for us, two adults and one child, as it was close to North Beach. The cottage was cosy and nice to look at on the inside, with an amazing view of the lake from the back glass doors/deck. It was private and quiet. Beds were comfy too. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again.

Très bien , belle emplacement Tout ce qu'il faut tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur même deux Kayak et veste de flotaison. Seul petit bémole est que la pompe à eau fait beaucoup de bruit et de vibration quand on utilise l'eau. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Perfect getaway to the County

Our family of 5, including 3 boys 10 and under, absolutely loved this cottage. Perfectly located in close proximity to so many activities, water access for fishing, breathtaking sunsets, and a great size property, this cottage was all we needed. Lynn was prompt with her responses and had very clear communication. We will definitely be staying again. Our legs got a workout with those stairs to the water, but it’s worth it! Thanks, Lynn!

Family sized cottage for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage, fully air conditioned. Large living room and eat in dining room or enjoy your meals out on the deck overlooking the lake. If you like wildlife this is the place for you! Owner has thought of everything you need for a vacation. Secluded with picturesque view. Multiple decks for viewing the lake. Lake is accessible whether you want to fish, swim or kayak. ( kayaks are included ) Lakeshore is rocky so bring your water shoes! Fishing was great. 20 mins away from Sandbanks. Owner was extremely friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

I did not want to leave this beautiful place.

I just love Prince Edward County. Our cottage was so beautiful and peaceful and private and clean. The lake was absolutely gorgeous. With a stunning sunset view. Very comfortable place to stay on vacation Our Host Lynn was very easy to connect with. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Perfect Getaway

Lynn and Bill did an amazing job with this cabin, which is perfectly located in 'The County' surrounded by wineries a few minutes drive away in all directions. Perfect to just relax and put your feet up while looking out on the water. The only issue which is a quick fix was kitchen cleanliness, fridge and counter could have been checked, food waste removed and cleaned more thoroughly - just as means to provide an ease of mind as well. Me and my wife are particularly sensitive to general cleanliness right now, so that would be my only complaint.

Amazing weather in PEC.

Cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We needed to clean the refrigerator and dispose of the food which had been left inside. Enjoyed North Beach and Sandbanks. Great to see loons and pileated woodpecker from the back deck.

Fall break in the county.

We loved our experience at the cottage. It was the perfect location for our family to explore the county, and have a lovely cozy and clean and warm space to enjoy afterwards. Dog friendly which was perfect🥰 We cannot wait to return!

I have been spending summers at this property for more than 30 yrs. I love the peacefulness of the property and being away from the city. The view of the lake and the sunsets off the back deck are incredible.

Why they chose this property

Prince Edward County is a unique place in itself. There is lots to see and do here, beaches, winery's, unique shops, quaint towns, parks, drive in, biking, hiking etc. If you have never been to 'The County', it's well worth the visit.

What makes this property unique

This is a my personal property, I don't own multiple properties. It's a well maintained large one acre private property with waterfront access and gorgeous views of the lake. I have been told by many previous renters that the pictures do not do it justice.
