Beautiful house located in Old Carriage Estates subdivision, which is a quiet family-oriented community. This stylish place is perfect for group trips. Whether you’re in town for work, rest and relaxation with family and friends, vacation, or team sporting events. You will have access to several major interstates (a short drive from I-95 and US-64) and shopping centers. Convenient commute to Rocky Mount, Nashville, Wilson and surrounding areas. Just a short drive to Raleigh-Durham and airport. Convenient stop for events hosted at Rocky Mount's Event Center, local college activities, Mudcat games, Performing Arts centers, Red Hat Amphitheater, Rocky Mount Sports Complex, etc.. You will find this home extremely accommodating.

Guests will enter house from front door (code to the lock will be given day of check-in)
Pets are welcome (with pet fee). Recommend small dogs as doggie door will accommodate small dogs only.

The large backyard is peaceful and serene featuring a private deck where you can relax and enjoy our HOT TUB. Backyard is completely fenced and includes a smaller section of fenced yard for dogs.

Please pick up after yourself. Owner not responsible for any personal injury. Parents of small children please note** There are no outlet covers or cabinet latches. There is a brick fireplace in the living room with no bumper. There are breakables in the home (if you let us know we can remove what is easily removable).

Wow! Stunning and comfortable too

I stayed with my two dogs, just passing through town. We loved the big yard very much! The house was beautiful and enjoyable to be in. We're glad we picked this place.

Beautiful comfy weekend stay!

Great home with fantastic deck and comfortable living space in nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!! We stayed here to be close to a family wedding in Spring Hope and the amenities and location were the best. Reasonable distance to Wilson with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect house for a family getaway

This property was wonderful for our family. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Very pet friendly if we had brought pets, but we didn’t. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Host was amazing with communication. Will likely look into staying here again if we are back in this area in the future.

Amazing Stay

We stayed one night, but this might be the best stay ever! This home is so relaxing, like a home away from home. Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed sitting and playing in the backyard. Then we enjoyed dinner and a movie inside. The host thought of everything and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

The location is very convenient to everything. Ten minutes to Walmart, Rocky mount and Nashville.

Great location, amenities and Host. We're going to book again when we are in the area. Great alternative to staying in a hotel. Very reasonable price.

Wedding Getaway

Beautiful home in a quiet community. Exactly what we were looking for as we came to celebrate our friend’s son’s wedding. Host communication was prompt and helpful! Great host!!

Enchanted Forest House

What a classy house!! Upgraded appliances, large master bedroom with huge master bath with wooden panel wall, glass shower that rains softly down on you….The backyard is la sanctuary that includes a jacuzzi. Best Vrbo home ever!!

Not enough time

We stayed as a waypoint en route to SC beaches. The house is beautiful, welcoming and incredibly restful. Vicky is a thoughtful and hospitable host. Our only regret is that we time our travel to get there late in the day and leave in the morning. If I had to do it again we’d plan to stay longer, this place deserves to be enjoyed.

Family Reunion

I came down for a 60th year family Reunion. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount, have done so for years. I decided to do something new instead of renting two hotel rooms we rented Vickys home. Needless to say, this stay in her home was a game changer for my family and I. I will never stay in a hotel in North Carolina when my family has an event. it just makes sense to split the rental with other paying adults and indulge in the comforts of Vicky's home. I'm hooked. Beautiful functional property you can vacation there and not leave the property and have a ball, grill, hot tub, dog area. Quiet neighborhood.

Homey home

Visited the area for a family wedding. My adult son lives in Florida and I see him 2 times a year. This house was perfect because we could spend time as a family just like we were home. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and host has thought of everything you would need to feel like you aren’t traveling. You definitely don’t feel like you are renting space in someone’s home. It feels like it’s yours at least for the weekend. Simple thing that was best part of rental: My son’s flight was delayed multiple times. We spent most of the afternoon in RDU waiting. Needless to say by the time we reached the house, we were all tired and borderline grumpy. We pulled up to lights on porch and dim lights in the house. It was so welcoming it changed the mood immediately. Would definitely rent this home again.
