This home is fully renovated and everything inside in brand new. Including all the mattresses and bedding.

There are 3 large bedrooms plus a spacious living room area where you can use an air mattress in addition to the sofa bed that is currently there.

Also, 3 large spacious full bathrooms designed very upscale.

2 Large Samsung Smart TVs in the house.

Fast eero Wi-Fi 6 latest models and highest speed Wi-Fi set up through out the house.

Private terrace located off the top floor.

Large kitchen stocked with anything you may need. Also lots of different types of glassware and dinnerware all picked out with a lot of thought and care.

The entire house was designed with a lot of attention to detail.

Everything is immaculate and sparkling clean!

Clean, beautifully decorated, central location

We brought two kids to see a show and stayed for two nights. It is a gorgeous remodel that is convenient to the subway. The owner is just lovely, providing us an early check-in and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely Lovely Home

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is gorgeous and so nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the neighborhood - so many nice stores within walking distance. Will absolutely book again.

A fine spot for our short stay in NYC

We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss.

Great stay for family from LA.

The home looked great and the owner was easy to work with. The home was close to the train station which made it easy to visit all of NY. I would definitely stay at this home on my next NY visit. Definitely recommend.

Other than construction on the street (which is no one’s fault) this home was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The owner was very friendly and great at communicating.

This place was perfect for our party of 8. The neighborhood is a little rough, but the trains stations are a short walk away so that was very nice. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible for this place.

My NYFW stay!!!!!

The place looks just like the photos. They have everything you need plates, glasses, pots, towels, etc…Just be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. The neighborhood is very lively. The only complaint I have is the bugs we keep encountering.

Not our last stay - great / fast communication with owner - easy check in - late check out possible - supermarkets around the corner and Lidl / Aldi within 15-20 min - subway station to local train (5-10 min) to express station 10-15 min - travel time to manhattan 30-40 min - nice kitchen with all the basics - clean / spacious apartment - very comfortable beds - perfect for up to 6 people - 2 big TV’s (one in master bedroom, one in living area) We would book this apartment anytime again for ur stay in NY This apartment is one of my favorites regarding apartments we rented in the US so far.

This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!

Great Place To Stay!!

Everything about this experience was A+ except the parking. We parked on the street. Did not know that while I was in the shower, the NYPD was towing my truck. Fortunately my wife got out there while the tow truck was leaving and convinced him to take my truck off and she moved it to a gas station and stayed with it until I was able to leave the apartment. Besides the parking, this place was PERFECT.

the apartment was great, nicely decorated and very clean. the neighbourhood a bit sketchy. within walking distance of the subway. There were 5 adults and we had lots of room to hang out. the coffee pot was a 3 mug size but we made do. Close to Yankee Stadium and not difficult to get to Times Square.

Great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this property. The host made sure we had clear instructions on access and checked in on us several times. We had plenty of room for 4 teens and parents and the property was remodeled with all of the needed amenities. This is in the heart of the Bronx and we felt like we were a part of a community and not stuck in tourist land. We live in the suburbs down south so this was a different experience for our teens to be in a truly melting pot urban oasis and they loved it. I think walking to the bodega on the corner was their favorite part of the location. The only downside was there wasn’t a public transportation line close by and we spent quite a bit on Uber, but we wanted to be convenient to LGA and Yankees stadium so we were prepared for that expense. We would definitely stay here again.

super pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment

The apartment met our expectations exactly, which were created by the pictures presented. Everything was very clean, tidy and pleasantly bright. The communication with our landlord was absolutely uncomplicated and questions were responded to quickly. There were also no real problems that needed to be clarified. There are various shopping and dining options within walking distance. It is only a few minutes' walk to the subway, which means you are quickly in Manhattan and close to all the sights. Fun stay in South Bronx

Overall our stay exceeded expectations. Our decision to stay here was mostly an economic one as getting hotel rooms in Manhattan for our group would have cost us about 25-40 percent more than a VRBO in NJ, Queens, Brooklyn, or the Bronx. The comfort, cleanliness, and functionality of the property definitely lived up to its billing. There was a helpful review from an earlier stay about the neighborhood and its diversity. That helped set our expectations to a realistic level. We loved its proximity to the subway, were able to find free parking nearby, and loved the energy and vibe of the neighborhood. It felt like I was walking on the set of Sesame Street. It was a terrific experience for our teenage kids. We felt safe walking to and from the property day or night. Therefore the location exceeded our expectations. The host was very communicative once we got close to our scheduled dates. All communication was via text messaging and efficient. The host was also willing to work with us when we realized we needed an early check-in.

Don't Judge the Book by the Cover!

Get past the neighborhood. Yes, the street and area are a bit rough. But when you walk into this clean, spacious, and modern apartment, you will forget all of that. The place is extremely clean and well-appointed! The kitchen is basically brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms totally clean. And the owner is great with details and communication. As far as the street and immediate neighborhood go, nobody bothered us despite us standing out like (a very white family of) sore thumbs. You're close to markets and the subway also. I'd go back and rent this place in a minute.

Great, Once we got in.

This reservation started with some frustration. We had originally booked a 5 night stay, but needed to add another 6 days at the beginning of our trip. Host originally said we could do 5 extra days. I delayed extending, due to wanting our group to stay in one location the duration of their stay. Host then said okay, no problem, we can absolutely do the 6th day (6/29). Went ahead and booked the trip. Leading up to the trip, host called and had maintenance on the first day of the trip, and now we wouldn't be able to get in until 6/30. The extra reason I didn't feel comfortable booking until it matched what we had verbally agreed to. So last minute, had to find a hotel for the first night, of the stay. Host offered to help find a hotel, but otherwise, nothing for the inconvinience. I felt tricked into extending our stay, while host knew that the 6/29 would never be available but didn't want to miss out on the other 5 extra days. Otherwise, place was great. Had no other issues.
