1940 boutique byggnaden är en fantastisk Beachy Chic erfarenhet.
Pensionatet är nyrenoverad, från topp till botten med high end finish. Detta mycket privat miljö är separerad från huvudbyggnaden och har en egen privat ingång plus en utsedd parkeringsplats, som ligger i direkt anslutning till din dörr.
Pensionatet kommer också med en utanför varm och kall dusch, och en garderob full av stolar, paraplyer, fotboll, frizbee, barn leksaker, och även några snorkel redskap att uppleva revet precis utanför dörren.
Detta rymliga, två våningar bostäder har en kock "drömkök" med full storlek rostfria vitvaror, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, full storlek kylskåp, spis och ugn, alla klockor och visselpipor för underhållande, såsom kastruller, stekpannor, fat, servering slitage , mixer etc. Du kan roa inne, eller använd det gemensamma området som är över den breda promenad, medan du grilla och kyla utanför. Denna unika miljö är direkt på Hollywood bred promenad för bästa i "titta på folk"!
Platsen kan inte vara beat. Gå till närliggande restauranger, barer och shopping. Block till bandet skalet för kvällsunderhållning, är alla slags mat du kan tänka dig och bäst av allt allt så nära! Du kan verkligen inte ens behöver en bil!
Du kan njuta av din favorit tv-show eller sport på 42 "LED-TV, utrustad med Blue Ray DVD och alla kanaler du kan tänka dig, eller koppla av på övervåningen i en av de två luftkonditionerade rum som har dedikerade TV också.

Great place to stay!

Brenda was a wonderful host! The condo was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located! Communication was great! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!!!

Great Host

Property was as advertised and in a good location. The communication after the reservation and prior to showing up, including suggested restaurants, was some of the best I've had.

Wonderful vacation.

Excellent location- right on the beach. Parking right next to the door. Safe neighborhood. I was with my two young daughters and we had a great time, swimming on the beach, biking on the Broadwalk. Everything close by. Looking forward to staying there again. Brenda was a great host- responsive, helpful and kind. Provides everything you might need. Well worth it.

If I could give Brenda 100 Stars I would! The place was 5 stars across the board but, here's where I would give 100 stars. My daughter and her friend stayed there for a concert weekend. She met a few friends at the concert and they brought her back. Brenda seen 2 guys on her camera at 2 am and text her to make sure everything was ok!!!! As a mother I can not thank her enough for that.

On the Beach!

We loved staying this close to the beach! Outdoor shower to rinse off sand was a perk as well as the outdoor closet with endless things to bring to the beach. TVs and A/C in every room. Tons of dishes, tupperware, and kitchen appliances available. You won't need to pack much! Walking distances to many restaurants and stores.

Can’t say enough good things!

Our time at this property was amazing! The location is second remarkable - making it easy to get to and from the beach, easy walk to the action, but just far enough out of the way for quiet. Working with Brenda was the cherry on top for our experience - so kind and caring. We will be back!

Best beach location ever. We loved this property as it was clean and even included an outside shower to rinse the sand off yourself before entering back into the home. Our host was lovely, helpful, and available for any questions we had. Everything you need is in the home. There are all sorts of utensils, cookware, drinkware of all sizes, and a blender. You can make a meal or walk down to the beachside restaurants. The property is right off the Broadwalk and across from it is the beach. You can people-watch and admire the beach in peace from the patio area. My teenagers loved the location and rode the bikes (included w/in the property) every day. This property is well cared for and my family and I loved it so much. It was hard to leave. We all look forward to coming back next summer.

Last minute trip turned out perfect

After the hurricane Beryl changed our plans, we booked this beautiful place last minute after reading so many glowing reviews. It was obvious from the moment we arrived that all the positive reviews were accurate. Brenda was the warmest most hospitable host you can imagine. She welcomed us with big hugs, gave us a tour, and recommended some restaurants for us to try. As a foodie, I loved the stocked kitchen. She thought of everything to make our stay perfect...the coffee pot with k cups, the shampoo and conditioner inside as well as for the outdoor shower, a lighted makeup mirror, charging ports for phones, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella...the list goes on. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Brenda was always just a text away as well. The beds were so comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The Broadwalk offered shops and a different dining location each night. The beach is clean and not crowded. We rode the bikes every morning and were so appreciative that they were available. Thank you, Brenda, for making our stay one of the best and helping us to forget that we ever heard of Hurricane Beryl. We appreciate you opening your place for us to enjoy.

Great Location and Host

The property is in a great spot right on the beach and broadwalk, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property is also in excellent condition, well cared for, and clean. The host is easy to reach for any questions, is quick to respond and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time at the beach

This is a wonderful place that could not be closer to the beach and boardwalk. The location is perfect because you are a short walk from the evening entertainment on the boardwalk but also not bothered by any noise at night. The unit is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need, with two bikes and beach gear, including towels and beach chairs. Communication was also great, as the check in process included pictures to help us know exactly how to access the unit from both doors. Overall this was perfect for access to the beach and everything offered on the boardwalk.

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

We had a great time in Hollywood beach at Brenda’s place! We stayed for 3 nights on a last minute short spring break trip. The location could not be better- steps from the beach, easy walk to food and shops, and easy parking right at the unit. Everything was exactly as described in the photos- check in and out was a piece of cake. Both beds were very comfortable and Brenda was SO responsive. Would absolutely recommend and would book again.

Amazing Again

This property is spotless. The location is perfect-just steps from the beach. The use of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys is so convenient when traveling. Brenda is a fabulous host with great communication. This was our second stay and I am sure that there will be a third.

Get Away Weekend

We spent a wonderful long weekend on Hollywood Beach! This is a fantastic location and very cute place! It has an upstairs with beautiful bathroom and bedrooms up. Mattresses, sheets, towels were great! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved the veranda and beach! Brenda is an excellent host!
