Excellent Home for Vacation!

Loved everything about this house. I have stayed in many houses in the Cortez area and this one is top of the list! The location to AMI and stores is great as well as the beautiful back porch to sit and gaze at the pond and the birds! Manager was attentive to any issue immediately for our comfort. Highly recommend!

Great stay despite rain

Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Heated pool a great bonus. Close to beaches and plenty of good dining. Agent was quick to respond to my queries. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home

Perfect area! Very near great beaches and wonderful dining options. Close to groceries and retail shopping. House was very nice and very clean. All amenities were just great.

Excellent location

10 minutes from the beach. Perfect size for a family. More than enough towels. beautiful view of the pond from the lanai. super quick to respond to any issues. Fully stocked, even had a blender! I’d absolutely stay again.

Perfect location

Had a great time in Charleston. Perfect location short walk from king street. Property was clean and had everything you could ask for. Property management was available for all questions. We will be coming back here!

Beautiful house in lovely location

The house is beautifully presented and furnished with everything you could possibly need. All of the furniture is of a high standard and extremely comfortable. Really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai is lovely and we enjoyed many hours watching the turtles and birds on the lake. We were very sad to have to leave the property early due to hurricane Idalia.

Great home ans great location

The house is very clean and much like on pictures and very closed to beaches, outlets and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite calm. The communication with the management company was very fluid, we had a minor issue that has been managed during the day. The only regret is that the management company charged $100 for late check out We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home is newly decorated, and everything is just perfect. The pool overlooking the pond was a huge bonus. Location is close to so many beaches, restaurants, and activities. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and beach items. I was disappointed that the rental company only provides three rolls of toilet paper for the entire home, and there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen. That being said, I would stay at this home again and recommend it to anyone, especially families. Just be aware that you'll need to get everything at the grocery store.

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home

Heron’s watch home is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria island. The whole place made us feel at home; it looks just as pictured. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed dining poolside and watching herons, turtles and even eagles outside. Pool is beautiful and our entire family enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool. Entire home is immaculate and beautifully decorated! Parking in the garage is also a plus . Renting from Island Dreams realty is amazing - I will look for their listings next time as we’ve had a wonderful experience (this is our 2nd time renting from them). Don’t look any further and book this amazing vacation home before it’s too late!

Clean and well equipped home with great location!

We were very pleased with the availability of everything we needed during our stay. It was a beautiful clean home with a lovely pool. High chair, bouncy seat, pack n play, floats and noodles, etc. Everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

A Nice Get Away

Overall, our stay at Heron's Watch was nice. There were some things that should be adjusted/fixed for future guests: 1 - Pool: bottom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, the temperature was not 83 degrees as advertised 2 - Double bedroom: my daughter woke up EVERY morning with several bug bites from mosquitos, no see ums, spiders... and she slept under sheet and comforter. Pest control needs to be increased. 3 - Dishes: every pan, dish, bowl, glass, coffee mug, cooking and eating utensil needed to be re-washed before use. 4-Garage Door: automatic opener did not work, no batteries on site 5 - Kitchen floor: needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, we found a big piece of broken glass under pantry doors! 6 - Refrigerator: was set too low, after 2 days we realized this and had to throw away spoiled meats and produce. 7 - Single bedroom: blanket was dirty and needed to be washed 8 - Customer service: no one contacted me when I emailed my questions/concerns during our stay

Spacious home in great location!

Plenty of room for our group. Loved using the garage for our rental car. The pool and outdoor space was great. We used that everyday. We had a couple of questions at the beginning but they were addressed promptly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We drove to the beach easily.

Wonderful holiday

My family had a wonderful holiday in this house. Large cozy house with a swimming pool. Comfortable beds, good linens, lots of bath and beach towels. There are all the necessary utensils for cooking in the kitchen. There is an air mattress and chairs for the beach. We rested from 11/27/2021 - 12/7/2021, upon arrival the weather was cool but we swam in the heated pools. Warm, wonderful water. The location of the house is excellent, all the necessary grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away by car. There are many cafes and restaurants. There is a good beach nearby, clean sand, clear water. Sarasota-Bredonton Airport 15 minutes drive from this house. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. Well appointed rooms, nice pool and deck overlooking the pond. The kitchen is well stocked. 9 min from the many beaches of Anna Maria Island. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and various activities. Property manager responded promptly to answer questions and help, when needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect

The house and property is beautiful. The kids lived in our own outdoor pool and I loved sitting outside in the mornings watching the turtles and ducks and even an eagle fly over our own beautiful pond. We would definatly stay again. Just not in July.

Beautiful and clean home

Had a great time at this amazing and clean place! The best house we’ve stayed in. Had everything we needed , the welcome package was very useful! Amazing location , close to supermarkets , beautiful beaches and beach cafes. Beautiful wildlife around the house in the pond , especially frog’s songs at night. The pool is perfect size and very clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms had all utilities needed, towels and even some soaps. We’ll definitely come back for this house.
