Luxury Villa, private swimming pool only 300 meters to the center of town

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reason we are taking the following actions:
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
We clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
We change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use one good product to disinfect surfaces all around the property.

Placed in a quiet residential area of Alvôr, this delightful new house is on two floors.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, in suite a very large living/dining room with patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen leads into a covered terrace area which has a built-in barbeque around the corner.

The pool has shallow section for children. Pool furniture and the alfresco eating facilities on the covered terrace are in teak and fittings throughout the house are of very good quality.

On the floors is the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a further twin-bedroom with en-suite shower room bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a small veranda with partial sea view.

A car port is provided for guest's cars.

The villa is air-conditioned.

Within walking distance of centre of Alvôr (200 metres approx.) and just 1,2 Km from the beach at Alvôr, this delightful villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard.

Wonderful

Fantastic Villa 5 min walk to shops and pubs, but out of the way on a quiet one way side street. Hostess Maria Helena was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her. She even baked me a cake for my 60th birthday. Would recommend the Villa to anyone planning a visit to Alvor.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa it is close to the village via a short hill. The check in and out was easy and without a hitch. The pool area is well maintained.The pool beds are sturdy and comfortable the one suggestion that I would make is pool lights for night time. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils pots pans etc The villa would benefit with some small improvements. I know it’s self catering but a small welcome/supply pack would be very welcome to all visitors .This was our first villa holiday we enjoyed it so much but There were no cleaning products although when I asked for a lend of a vacuum cleaner it came very quickly. The toilet seat in main bedroom is all cracked underneath the seat I did not expect this, it made the villa less appealing. There was some mold around the bath and showers this could be easily fixed and make it more appealing . This villa could be so special if it had small improvements. The lady who owns it is friendly and gave my grandson a few inflatables to play with in the pool.which we greatly appreciated. The owner lives near by and is very responsive to guests.

The villa was dirty and needs updating

Location good but the pool area was filthy on arrival and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all. Floors all dirty and had not been mopped. Most of the furniture etc needs updating. Good access to Alvor on foot and supermarket close by. Plenty of outside space.

We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the villa. Everything was perfect and Maria Helena was kind enough to stay up when we didn’t arrive until midnight due to a cancelled flight. Beautiful home from home!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this amazing villa. Lena the owner has been super helpful, right from the initial enquiry, to booking our taxi from the airport, to hosting us at her lovely villa. The villa itself is a true home from home, we were a party of 6 adults and 1 child and the facilities were perfect, we all had our own bathrooms, which made our time there much more comfortable. The bedroom, kitchen, dining room, pool and bbq were all perfect, we had everything we needed! There is a massive supermarket in walking distance which meant we didn’t need a car. The town of alvor is also a few minutes walk away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance which was fantastic. Lovely Villa

We fell in love with this lovely villa when viewing it last year. It is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy for friends/family. The owner is so lovely, warm and helpful. To improve any future stay we feel this villa could do with a little make-over and update by way of furnishings, crockery, glassware etc otherwise a beautiful villa. Thank you.

Brilliant Villa and Perfect Location

The Villa could not be in a better location, a few minutes walk to the town centre and a few minutes from the supermarket. It is a very nice size and has everything you need. Fantastic family villa

We had a great family stay at this villa with our two young children. Lena is a great host and met us on arrival to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The villa is excellent with a fantastic swimming pool and shallow kids pool surrounded by a large terrace and outside seating. There is also a cupboard full of buckets, spades and pool toys which our children loved. The villa is in a great quiet friendly location but only a sort walk into town and onto the beach. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay there again.

Ideal location in a quiet residential street but only minutes from Alvor town centre and supermarket. Lena met us as soon as we arrived to give us the keys and show us around the villa. Beautiful villa in a perfect location !

We recently stayed at the villa for a family holiday, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a perfect location just 5 minutes from the town & supermarket so no car is required. The owner Lena (lovely lady) was at the villa to greet us & give us a tour of the villa, she lives over the road from the villa so is always at hand if required. The villa had all amenities for a quality self catering holiday. The pool was beautiful & also had a children’s pool which was great for our Granddaughter. We will definitely return to this villa for another family holiday in the future & will recommend it to family & friends. Thank you Lena for a fabulous holiday :-)

The villa was in a great location only a few minutes walk to the village centre . It is beautifully clean & tastefully furnished, everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided . Wonderful villa, fabulous location, 5 mins walk from both fish market and supermarket, fantastic barbecue area, very user friendly and lovely shaded area for dining alfresco.
