Double wide large driveway, 2 car garage (second space small). Walk out from dining are on to the large back deck with a new grill and cozy patio furniture, spacious yard that is private and relaxing + outdoor fire pit and seating. This home is nestled in a nice friendly neighborhood filled with beautiful Birch Trees. Within a few miles you will find Top This Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Bear Creek Restaurant, and multiple restaurants on the water, a liquor store, pharmacy and so much more. The Birch Tree House is within minutes from Oneida Lake, Oneida Shores Park (Beach, boat launch, fishing and camping) short drive to all downtown entertainment.
