Spaziosa casa per le vacanze recentemente rinnovata a Bradenton Beach - proprio di fronte alla sabbia bianca e alle acque blu della premiata spiaggia di Coquina!

Al's Dream è l'unità al piano inferiore di un complesso di due unità che costituisce Cottages By the Sea. Questa bella casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con il fascino del vecchio sud e i comfort moderni che i viaggiatori vogliono avere la vacanza perfetta! Comodi posti a sedere, eleganti dispositivi e nuovi elettrodomestici renderanno Al's Dream, IL TUO sogno! Goditi HGTV e Internet wireless per tutte le tue esigenze di intrattenimento.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata per fare di tutto, da quella tazza di caffè mattutino da gustare sul grande portico meridionale, fino a una cena in famiglia preparata dal pescato del giorno e scoperte del mercato degli agricoltori. Ci sono molti posti a sedere al coperto e all'aperto per riunirsi in famiglia o un gruppo di amici per celebrare il sole e il mare!

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, con un bagno principale. Approfitta di uscire dalla porta posteriore sul ponte e nell'area della piscina dove puoi goderti un bicchierino o entrare in un altro capitolo della tua spiaggia! La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, e proprio accanto al soggiorno c'è la terza camera con due letti singoli.

La bellezza di questa casa si estende al rigoglioso cortile con una piscina (condivisa), posti a sedere all'aperto e grill a gas. La posizione in prossimità della spiaggia è eccezionale! Proprio dall'altra parte della strada, a 2 minuti a piedi ... e hai trovato il paradiso! L'ampio portico anteriore è privato solo per uso personale! Dai il via alle tue infradito, prendi un tè dolce e goditi l'abbondanza di brezze del Golfo.

Mentre ci sono un sacco di lenzuola, asciugamani da spiaggia e teli da bagno, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice per salvare la valigia dalla sabbia sulla strada di casa!

L'unità al piano superiore, chiamata Angie's Place, è dolce come può essere, con la stessa personalità di Al's Dream. L'unità 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni ha un balcone privato al largo della cucina con vista sul Golfo e un balcone al largo della camera da letto con vista sulla piscina. Affitta entrambe le unità e dormi comodamente 10 dei tuoi amici o della tua famiglia.

Wonderful Oceanside Stay

Was a great place for friends and family to come together and make memories! Had everything we needed to clean, cook, and have fun. Especially the heated pool! A one of a kind. Also loved security alarms to the pool, as I have small child who gets into everything so made trip feel much safer. Would definitely stay again!

AL'S Dream is a great place.

Home was clean and well supplied... we appreciated being able to stay with flexible date scheduling and not having tonstay a full week.. Location was nice to access the Pier street shops and food. The only downfall for us was the proximity to to public beech and how busy that area was... however, that is a prefernce to dor us.

Location was great! Right next to bus and beach. Kids loved the pool! Steps away from the beach! House was very clean. I would stay there again. My only complaint was the front bedroom was near the air conditioner which was very loud.

Great location with both gulf and sound just steps away, quiet neighborhood. The listing did not specify that another unit was attached upstairs with the pool/backyard being a shared space, but this was fine as it was only occupied for a few days during our stay.

A Perfect Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our little family’s spring break. The place was clean and cozy, the temperature controls worked well so it was always very comfortable, the semi-private backyard pool (that we shared only with the family upstairs) was also very comfortable, the kitchen was very usable, the in-unit washer/dryer was wonderful, and the location was incredibly convenient to the beach and the “main street” restaurants. This was my family’s first time to Anna Maria Island, and we plan to come back and hope to stay at this house again!

Spring Break ‘24

Wanted to enjoy AMI for Spring Break and found this little gem of a property. Loved the proximity to the beach (beach access directly across Gulf Dr…literally like a 1 minute walk) and the fact that it had a cute pool to enjoy when the rest of the crew wasn’t quite ready to head out. We had 2 teen girls and me and my husband. Plenty of room for us all and great to have the 2 baths for the group. The kitchen was fully appointed, there were 2 outdoor propane grills for meals in. And for dining out, there were plenty of great restaurants within comfortable walking distance (5 min). Loved our stay!

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Es hat alles soweit gepasst, nur die Betten könnten neue Matratzen vertragen. Aktuell wird hinter dem Haus gebaut und es gab einigen Baulärm. Der Rohbau ist aber schon fast abgeschloßen sollte also in absehbarer Zeit kein Problem mehr sein.

Great cottage for our family. We rented the lower level . Loved the area and easy beach access. People renting the upstairs unit were not with us, but there were 4 adults with no kids so no issues. But I can see where others say you can hear every thing upstairs .. flushing toilets, washing machine. One recommendation…Time to upgrade the mattresses. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. Looking forward to renting again. Ohhh and our daughter got engaged on this trip! Lovey photos of the newly engaged couple using the cottage and the backyard as the backdrop. 😊

Perfect location for us

We like the location of this to the beach and also to Bridge street. We had family upstairs too. A couple things the back deck isn’t good for young children with no rail, we love the buzzer on the back door, but the front door isn’t good for small kids, they can open the front door very easily. More bathroom towels would have been nice. However we were very pleased and had a great stay

Fantastic place!

My family and I truly enjoyed our vacation. The home was super cute and clean, very close to the beach. The only thing that I wish it worked was the heated pool, only one out of our 4 nights the pool was warm. Other than that we had a great time!

A great property

Loved the private pool and backyard. Lovely front porch for morning coffee. Quick walk to the dock or the beach. Close to everything you’d need- walking or trolley! Nice that family has the upstairs unit. Only slightly odd thing- owner was around a bit including using the outdoor shower once- a bit awkward. would stay here again!

This was the worst vacation stay I've ever had. Location was great (beach is across the street) but the house was awful. You can hear everything (and I mean EVERYthing) the people in the unit above do - everystep they take, walking up the stairs into thier unit, flushing the toilet day and in the middle of the night, laundry, showering, talking, fighting, kids crying, everytime the bed creaks... I could go on and on. Contrary to VRBO’s commercials that are on TV all the time that clearly state the entire home is all yours THIS IS A SHARED HOME - IT IS AN OLD HOUSE THAT HAS BEEN RENO'D. DO NOT EXPECT A QUIET NIGHT EVER unless no-one has rented the upper unit. 2 Other factors to deter you: 1. the cleaning fee is high for a 1.5 hour cleaning 2. Large NON Refundable deposit. There is nothing in this unit worth anything close to the amount - is all junk.
