This haven boasts a spacious outdoor area equipped with a Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, TV, Games & Hammock Chairs ensuring endless fun and relaxation. Located near the water, you'll have easy access to Beach Outings, Boating, Kemah Boardwalk, Restaurants, Entertainment & More. Our beautifully designed space offers a seamless blend of elegance and comfort, providing an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Upon arrival, you'll step into the welcoming family/living area, adorned with a plush Queen Sleeper Sofa, creating an enticing space for relaxation and socializing. The gourmet kitchen showcases a chic island with seating for four, perfect for casual dining and mingling.
Adjacent to this is the elegant dining room, accommodating six guests comfortably, ideal for memorable meals and get-togethers.
The first bedroom upon entering the home features bunk beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing both convenience and coziness.
The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and connects to a Jack and Jill bathroom, seamlessly combining privacy with accessibility.
Guests will also discover another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination for added convenience.
Moving forward, you'll find the third bedroom boasting a King Bed with its own private entrance to the patio.
Lastly, you'll encounter the Luxurious Primary Suite, featuring a King Bed and a private entrance to the patio deck. Its ensuite bathroom epitomizes luxury with a full bath, separate shower, standalone bathtub, and double vanities.
Outside, the outdoor area features a propane grill, a Tiki bar equipped with a TV and refrigerator, a gas fire pit with a propane tank, two seating areas, and various games suitable for all ages. Great Place in Seabrook

This is a very nice property on one floor with a great kitchen and room to hang out. The ground floor tiki bar, grill, hot tub and game area also allows for some fun.

Seabrook Escape

This is my second time staying at the property. I’m just as satisfied as I was during the first stay. It was easy to reserve, check in, and check out. The owner is very responsive and makes your stay great. The property is in a great area, clean, spacious and a lot of amenities. The outdoor area is a relaxing oasis within itself. Great place for your family, or to Just get away from the hustle and bustle.

Family Thanksgiving

We were over for a family reunion/Thanksgiving and stayed at your home. It was wonderful! We enjoyed every inch of it. It had everything you needed plus some! The only change I would make is add some chairs to sit on in the bedrooms. Other than that 10+

Beautiful New Home

This is a beautiful new home with a spacious family room, gourmet kitchen and four bedrooms all on one elevated level. It was perfect for our sailing crew in Seabrook for a regatta and is very well-located to get anywhere you need to be in the Seabrook-Kemah-Clear Lake area. The hosts are very responsive and made check-in and check-out very simple.

Hidden Gem!!!

This property was just perfect for our family and friends. It was definitely beyond what I expected. Clean and attention to detail. I feel like I found a hidden treasure here. I’ve rented different places around Houston, Galveston, and Crystal Beach but this one is worth the come back. Communication for the owners fantastic. Someone even help my dad ( which is an older gentleman) with their luggage. Mom called him an angel. Definitely worth a stay. Close to everything.

Amenities, Comfort and Location

The house is beyond comfortable for adults and kids alike! The house is roomy and in excellent condition. It’s in a great location that is quiet but close to the water and all the necessities. We had a great time in the outdoor space. Check in and communications were super easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We enjoy going to Kemah Boardwalk to watch the boats pass by.It brings us joy to watch boats pass by at The Seabrook area offers great fishing spots, and we love how easy it is to get to Houston or Galveston. There's so much to do around here—amazing restaurants, entertainment, or just relaxing!
