A frustrating stay.
There were several positives about this place. We were able to check in early and the apartment was clean. But that was about the extent of it. Communication was very difficult and we had numerous problems, most of which remained unaddressed or at least unsolved. When we arrived, the heat was off so the place was cold. Someone came by to fix the electronic lock but ended up breaking it so we were unable to lock the place for the first day. After several calls, we were told that it was fixed and asked us to interrupt our dinner out and check that it was fixed. It was not. We informed the management company that there was no hair dryer and they said one would be delivered twice - it never appeared. It is advertised as a two bedroom, but it is really a one bedroom with a bunk bed in the living room. So there was no privacy for our son as we had to continually walk through his room to get to the kitchen or the bathroom. We would not have booked it had we known only one separate bedroom existed. We informed management there was no remote for the TV in the main bedroom, so we couldn't use that TV. (We tried the other remote but it didn't work in the master.) The toilet only flushed half of the time. Parking was tough - it took me 20 minutes to find a spot a few blocks away. And the ceiling is paper thin, so the noise is very loud from upstairs. There was good ice cream and pizza downstairs.
