You will have access to the private entrance exclusive residences building as well as access to amenities offered by the W-Hotel Fort Lauderdale. As well as the private pool area of the W-Residences that is reserved exclusively the condos.

This property is professionally managed by Short Stay Florida, who specialize in providing top notch service with a personal touch. They are accessible to you 24/7 & will be happy to answer any questions you might have before & during your stay.

Located in the center of the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach area and walkable to shopping, restaurants, & nightlife. Close to Las Olas Boulevard which offers upscale restaurants, shopping & entertainment venues.

This property is within walking distance of everything you will need during your stay; shopping, world class dining, & nightlife. If you would like to venture out beyond the central beach area there are many modes of transportation at your disposal.

The required daily resort fee of $62.15 includes:

Pool is Swim at your Own Risk. No running on the pool deck & no diving into the pool

Children who wear diapers are not permitted in the pool

Please keep doors to the balcony closed, if left open they will affect the operation of the air conditioning system, which could freeze-up and take up to 24 hours to recover

Please shut off lights & lock doors when leaving the property
