Regardez les navires internationaux occasionnels passer devant votre «fenêtre sur la mer» --- avec un bord de mer à moins de 100 pieds de votre balcon --- alors qu'ils entrent dans le détroit de St. Simons Island en route vers le port de Brunswick. De la grande véranda / balcon. et depuis la tanière, la chambre principale ou la piscine, observez des dophins jouant dans l'Atlantique. Cette unité centrale récemment rénovée au dernier étage (Penthouse) fait partie d'un complexe de 14 unités de condo (Pier Pointe) avec des entrées fermées, mais aucun obstacle entre elle et le magnifique océan. La piscine est également côté océan. Le bois de hêtre suédois couvre tous les sols à l'exception des bains, où les carreaux de porcelaine massif abondent. Tous les comptoirs des salles de bain et de la cuisine sont magnifiquement rehaussés de granit. Un canapé et une causeuse en cuir véritable complètent votre désir de confort en bord de mer. Profitez de la pêche à partir de la jetée voisine, des kilomètres de plages à pied (accessibles en face de ce complexe), ou du shopping ou des restaurants dans le "Village" voisin, célèbre pour ses boutiques et restaurants pittoresques! S'il vous plaît noter: Ce condo est l'une des 2 unités de ce complexe avec un balcon / véranda côté océan pleine grandeur. (C'est le seul de cette taille plus grande au troisième / dernier étage.) Les vues sont à couper le souffle et, en fait, ce balcon même a été présenté dans le numéro de novembre 2014 d'un magazine de voyage populaire.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo right on the water, wonderful, huge balcony and comfortable furniture inside and out. Steps away from restaurants, pier park, the light house, and the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and furnished with very nice linens - you feel more like a house guest than a renter. We do a lot of cooking and found the kitchen provisions slightly lacking in that regard, but we're likely outliers in that respect and we did make do. Everything else exceeded expectations in every way, and we particularly appreciated the very comfortable bed.

We loved it!

Wonderful views of the pier and the most gorgeous sunsets you’ve ever seen. Also loved that we could walk to dinner or shopping and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect Location

The property was the perfect location for our trip. It was right next to the fishing pier for easy walking access for our son. The property was well maintained and quiet with a perfect view of the water. We really enjoyed staying.

Great location

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It is roomy and is well equipped. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the pier, a park, and a walkway along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at St. Simons Island!

SSI paradise

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Pier Point (different unit). Perfect location!!! The view from this unit was marvelous!! Can't wait for next May to get here so we can go back!

Perfect for families in all stages!

We visited with our 17 and 20 year old sons. We were so pleased with the space, the accommodations, the locations, and the amenities. Shelia’s property is beautiful and is managed by a fantastic management group. We are so thankful to have had such a great trip and experience!

Anniversary/summer vacation

This is our third trip to Saint Simons Island and second time staying at Pier Pointe. We absolutely love it. The location is perfect. It is right next to the pier and walking distance to great restaurants. While at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony. The big ships coming and going is quite a site to see.

Balcony! Village Access! Clean&Updated!

Terrific third floor unit (no elevator but it was a short walk), beautiful direct ocean view from an amazing balcony. Very clean and well decorated! Will stay again.

Great Location

The penthouse condo is ideally located for easy walks to Pier Village (with several good restaurants and shops), the pier and Neptune Park. The view of St Simons Sound from the balcony is delightful, and access to beautiful public access beaches is less than 1.5 miles away. The unit is spacious, well-maintained and gets high marks for cleanliness. The pool provides a nice alternative to the beach, with good lounge chairs and view of the Sound. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay for a couple or a small family.

My Beloved St Simons!

We have spent several vacations in St Simons celebrating our anniversary, always near Pier Park and village. Fell in love with with it on our first visit. The shopping and restaurants are locally owned and within walking distance. The food was all delicious. This visit was the best because we stayed at Pier Point Condos overlooking the park, the ocean and pier from our balcony. Our condo was luxurious and beautiful, stocked with everything!

Great Rental!!

So happy we chose this rental! So comfortable, every amenity you can think of, views of pier and water felt like you were on a boat, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to east beach, it had it all! We enjoyed exploring, learning the history and admiring the beauty of this beautiful island. Would suggest the St Simons trolley tour, finding the tree spirits and a day trip to Jekyll Island (driftwood beach at low tide). Watching the huge freighter ships go by and sunsets from the huge balcony was a bonus! Loved this rental!

Family vacation

We had an awesome week. The condo is exactly as described and was well stocked with all you need. It has amazing sunsets and ocean views. We saw dolphins swimming by daily and even saw several barges go by. The lanai was relaxing and there was always a nice ocean breeze. We enjoyed reading and eating on it. The condo was within walking distance to the lighthouse, library, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Ocean watching! Daily Beach-walking! Reading! Entertaining family and friends! Shopping! Dining out! Golfing! Playing tennis! Learning more about the fascinating history of the Georgia Coastal Islands, the setting of many novels by former resident and author Eugenia Price. Meandering through frequent outdoor art and antique exhibits in Neptune's Park in the "Village" area. Listening to occasional melodies wafting through the ocean breeze via symphonic mini concerts in the Lighthouse area. My grandchildren enjoy the beach, shell hunts, swimming, and playing in the adjacent park. They occasionally enjoy trips to a water slide theme park on Jekyll Island, about 20 minutes away.
