Questa casa vacanza è perfetta per tutta la famiglia per godersi le viste del fairway Country Club in estate e la neve in un paese delle meraviglie invernale (a soli 30 minuti dagli impianti di risalita). Questa casa dispone di 2 livelli con più spazi abitativi, 2 caminetti 2 camere da letto formali (e soppalco aperto) e 2 bagni e un ulteriore stile a castello che dorme con 2 letti queen aggiuntivi e 2 futon singoli aggiuntivi. I materassi e le lenzuola di qualità garantiscono il massimo del comfort. Il proprietario può prendere accordi per l'utilizzo del Centro ricreativo Pinetop su richiesta a un costo aggiuntivo. Ho affittato diverse proprietà in tutto il paese tramite HomeAway e VRBO. La mia più grande esperienza è come affittuario non come proprietario, quindi penso come te! Abbiamo fatto di tutto per far sentire questo noleggio come a casa. Dal momento in cui entri, dirai "Siamo a casa".

Da quando abbiamo iniziato a affittare questa proprietà del Country Club Fairway su un terreno di 1/2 acro, abbiamo imparato alcune cose:
1) L'immagine non rende giustizia, secondo il nostro ospite.
2) È come avere 2 case in 1 perché il suono dal piano superiore non viaggia al piano inferiore.
3) La pulizia è avvisi. È molto ben mantenuto e si sente sempre fresco e nuovo.

Great Location

We had such a nice time at this cabin. I loved the. Ack porch swing, walking the golf course in the mornings and my boys loved the game room upstairs.

A perfect cabin for a family ski trip!

This cabin was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. The owner, made sure we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay including sleds, firewood, and a gift basket. We are looking forward to our next stay in this cabin!

A great stay

The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. Upon walking inside we found a nice gift basket filled with goodies. The beds we comfortable and overall the home was a delight to stay in!

Jill was kind, attentive, and friendly. The property is highly maintained and very well appointed. The location is spectacular. We look forward to returning.

Winter wonderland

We had such an amazing time at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and the owner is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We got about 16” of snow while we were there and had fun sitting by the beautiful fire places and sledding. I would recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

A wonderful getaway spot

Everything we thought we might enjoy was available in this charming, very well kept house. Clearly there was lots of planning and foresight in making it available for a vacation rental. It was extremely comfortable and the owner was very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Stay

This is a great property with a magnificent view of the eighteenth fairway at Pinetop Country Club. Very comfortable lodging. We would recommend this property unconditionally. The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. A real plus.

We had a great time. Everything was clean and the cabin was well stocked from the kitchen to all bedrooms. My only regret is not staying g longer.

Geronimo cabin in the woods highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the cabin! We wanted the kids to have a place to see snow and go sledding. The cabin was right on the golf course and we were able to step out from the back door and start our sledding adventure. We would definitely go back.

Clean and cozy

Nice place. Clean, modern amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Everything in perfect working order. Owner gracious and accommodating with well appointed beds and cozy blankets for snuggling. The open upstairs is great for the children.

Perfect for what we were looking for!

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The house was even better than we thought from the photos, with, great furniture and decorations, on a golf course, with tall pines. Close to town but very quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was wonderful and our hangout every night with wine a s'mores. We will be back soon!!

Perfect location!!!

This home was more than we could ask for!! Very clean and well equipped. We had such a great time. The view from the deck is amazing!! The owner was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. I feel she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Jill!! ;-)

Beautiful Cabin in Pinetop Country Club

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin with my family of 6. It is so spacious. Our 4 kids (ages 14-23) stayed on the open second floor and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We all took baths and showers in the upstairs bathroom. This is a dream bathroom! The jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful! We watched movies upstairs, roasted smores outside, took very long walks in the beautiful neighborhood and cooked all of our meals. The bbq was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a very relaxing stay here for fall break- just what we needed!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was truly beautiful and everything was very user friendly. The only thing I would change is the way the bedrooms are situated. The loft area is ALL ONE ROOM. There is no door dividing the MASTER SUITE and all the extra beds in the loft. Making the place a one bedroom really. The lack of privacy was the only bummer. Otherwise nice place.

We are from Phoenix and purchased our 1st home in Pinetop with anticipation of minimal usage, however after last summer we have fallen in love with the community and the Four Seasons which lead us to the purchase this for our Extended Family and Rental Vacationers like yourself!

We have set this property up for group or multi-family enjoyment. Plenty of space for large group eating, playing games, sitting in front of a fire or watching TV.
WHAT SETS THIS PROPERY APART FROM THE OTHERS: It is competitively priced with other homes with same size, rooms, etc; but it has a 1/2 acre lot with beautiful views of the PTCC fairway. Perfectly situated off of road and the course. Large covered deck and upstairs has wonderful balcony patio. Our guest say, "the picture do not do the property justice!"

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This home is on the Pinetop Country Club Fairway, so in the summer you backyard is always green in the tall pines. In the winter the fairway is a sledding, cross country skiing haven! Beautiful views year round with lots of privacy on the nearly 1/2 acre lot!
