Recently renovated 230 sq feet independent studio in Clearwater. The unit is close to multiple beaches including Clearwater Beach, Belleair beach, Honeymoon Island and Indian Rocks beach.
The studio is only 4.5 miles from Clearwater Beach. It is close to restaurants, bars, pubs, groceries stores, tourist attractions, local parks and more. Guests have access to the unit by an independent entrance, with independent driveway/parking spot and own private patio!
The space is equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water dispenser with cool and hot water. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The bed size is queen, shower and beach towels are available for guests. For your convenience, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, a small desk and chair are available for your enjoyment.
We welcome well behaved pets up to 50 lbs. The unit is not suitable for children younger than 12 years of age. The place is only suitable for a maximum of 2 guests. Smoking/vaping is only allowed on the street with a minimum of 20 feet distance from doors and windows. Parties or events are not allowed. No underage drinking allowed in the premises. Guest should not bring candles or any open flames into the unit.
