'Relax at Crystal Beach' - Bella casa spaziosa con 4 camere da letto - Ottima vista sulla spiaggia

La nostra casa sulla spiaggia è stata costruita nel 2011, si trova al 3 ° fila di un terreno di doppio. Abbiamo una splendida vista della spiaggia che è raggiungibile a piedi o di un veicolo. La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni con grande sala un e cucina / sala da pranzo e un bar all'aperto. A ciascuna estremità della casa è una camera matrimoniale con due camere da letto nel mezzo che condividono un jack vasca n Jill. I maestri hanno entrambe un letto matrimoniale, mentre le camere centrali sono dotate di letti a castello su misura (che ha un headroom molto più spaziosa della cuccetta tipico). Una camera comprende 2 letti a castello e l'altro ha un pieno sul fondo e due sulla parte superiore cuccetta.

Si affitta a solo famiglie - siamo molto contenti di condividere la nostra casa sulla spiaggia con altre famiglie che potranno apprezzare e rispettare come facciamo noi.

I servizi includono: un ampio ponte con entrambe le aree coperte e aree prendisole, cucina completamente attrezzata, TV satellitare, Wi-Fi gratuito, grill a gas e biancheria da letto sono forniti; ma avrete bisogno di portare gli asciugamani.

Great House!!

This is a great house and great location! Love the layout of the house and the location! The Host was very helpful as well! Other than it raining hard every day that we were there, we would definitely want to come back to this house and would highly recommend it!

The house was roomy and comfortable. We were close to the beach, so going to and from was easy. The living area was spacious for movies and games.

Johnson’s family vacation

The house was amazing, and even better in person than the pictures showed. Very spacious and the open floor plan was perfect for our large family. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay.

One of the best VRBO hosts I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We stay in that neighborhood every year, and Kathleen and her house have been the best experience! Hope to do it again next year.

Perfect get-a-way for our family.

The perfect location and home for our weekend trip. I loved every minute in the home. The home was not only decorated beautifully but all the extra's really made it feel like a home away from home. The view, the location and the home were amazing. Highly recommend.

Another Fantastic Family Vacation

Great multi generation family getaway house

Wonderful floor plan all on one floor. Very well equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking facilities. Beautiful view of the water. Part of the outdoor deck is covered for sun and rain protection.

We planned our vacation right before the hurricane was going to hit... our bad luck.. BUT Kathleen went above and beyond!! She was very understanding and was very patient with me and my family, as we were very nervous about the whole situation. My family and I will rent from her any time we go back to Crystal Beach!

Annual Family Vacation

Every year our family goes to Crystal Beach for a family getaway. This is our second time to stay at this property and tried to get it another time but it was booked. We love the layout and views of the ocean. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The owners are excellent to work with and we highly recommend staying here. We will be back for a third time to this property if it’s available. It’s been our favorite place to stay in the five years we’ve vacationed at Crystal Beach.

Great Location & Cozy Beach House

Beautiful water views from almost every room! The beach is a very short walk from this lovely, well-appointed home. The neighbors are not too close so you don't feel crowded or that you have no privacy. The owner was responsive and very pleasant during the booking and arrival processes. We stayed Thanksgiving Week 2024 so the beach house had probably been closed for the season so there was a little dust but nothing of importance. A set of double doors leading to the deck didn’t open but there were 3 other options for accessing the large deck. The bathrooms were clean and fresh bed linens were provided. The kitchen was spacious, had nice appliances (loved the double ovens) and there was plenty dishware and flatware for serving Thanksgiving dinner to a large family. There is a cargo lift that made getting provisions up from the lower level parking deck much easier than taking the stairs. YAY!!! Great property with everything you need.

Beautiful home, amazing vacation!

The home was everything we could have expected and MORE! The pictures did not do the property justice. Its just beautiful! The owners were great! They called to check in on us after check in and were very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. The entire peninsula lost power for about 9 hours one night and Kathleen made sure to keep us updated and had flashlights available for us to use! Rooms were well spaced out and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Family Fun

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for families! We took both sets of grandparents, kids and siblings and the floor plan was amazing! There is plenty of room in the main area for everyone to hang out while cooking and eating. The rooms are separated enough that you get a little privacy when needed. The location was amazing for the beach! We set up camp and could see it from the windows all day. Easy access to walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking our meals. I would recommend staying here 10/10!! The one thing I would recommend is a TON of bug spray, the mosquitoes were no joke!!!

Girls Weekend

What an awesome weekend. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and very well appointed. I loved the deck, the views were wonderful, plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the breeze. The weather wasn't really warm enough to sit on the beach but on the deck we were able to sit out and enjoy the sun out of the wind. One real small negative - We didn't realize until it was time for us to go to bed that there were no sheets on some of the beds, we found the sheets in the drawers under the beds and made them up, but we would have done that much sooner if we had realized, rather than wait until we were all really tired. This of course did not in anyway take away from our wonderful weekend in a beautiful house which we would loved to stay at again, hopefully for our girls trip next year. Thank you for sharing your home

This was our second year staying at this property and again, it was perfect for our needs! The short walk to the beach...the various room layouts...and the double ovens come in very handy when cooking for two families!!

Annual Girlcation

We’d honestly like to keep this home a secret! It was so perfect for our 6th annual Girlcation! There were 8 of us and there was MORE than enough room. Close to the quiet end of the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped for our amateur chefs. Porch was great for relaxing as was the open concept living area. Just perfect. Not one complaint from us!

This place is great!

We loved the house. Perfect size, clean, had everything we needed. Only thing it didn’t have was an electrical hookup at the fish cleaning station but thats me being picky. 5 out of 5 stars and the owners were great to deal with! Definitely want to keep this place a secret!

The Treehouse

We rented the house (treehouse my grand daughter called it) for my 50th birthday. From the time we walked in we were pleasantly surprised, it is much larger than pictures show. So much room for our family to relax, visit, cook, play cards etc… The house was very clean & had everything we needed for cooking, grilling & just enjoying each other’s company.
