Main Level

Living Room:
As you walk in, you are greeted by a spacious family room featuring a complete wall of windows with stunning mountain and lake views. The living room exudes modern luxury, offering an electric fireplace, rustic-chic furniture, leather couches, swivel chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. This cozy space is perfect for savoring your morning coffee, watching the mountain sunrise or sunset, gathering with family and friends, and enjoying your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV. The combination of breathtaking views and stylish, comfortable furnishings creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It features a wide array of pots, pans, and utensils for all your cooking needs. When you’re on lake time, morning coffee is a must, so we provide both a Keurig and a coffee pot. Evening drinks are also essential, and you'll find wine glasses, bourbon glasses, and a mixology set to enjoy them.

Dining Area:
The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests, perfect for enjoying family meals or gathering with friends. Additionally, there is a modern bar top that accommodates 6, offering views of Douglas Lake and the surrounding mountains. With ample seating for everyone, this space invites you to come together and enjoy meals in the same dining area.

King Bedroom:
The Master Suite features a luxurious King bed, set against a custom accent wall and enhanced with modern decor, creating a serene retreat for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku TV and unwind beneath the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan. For added comfort, an electric tower fan provides both cooling and heating options. With two spacious closets and a dresser, you'll find ample storage space to keep your belongings organized and your environment clutter-free during your stay.

Bathroom:
Just steps away from the master bedroom is a full bath featuring a shower/tub combination, heated light-up mirrors, and a luxurious rain shower head. This well-appointed bathroom offers convenience and comfort, providing an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day of adventures.

Poker Room and Game Room:
Just off the kitchen, you'll find the poker room, offering a unique gaming experience on our front screened-in patio. With charming string lighting and picturesque views of the mountains and lake, it's the perfect setting for an unforgettable poker game. Connected to the poker room, the garage has been transformed into an outdoor game room, providing endless entertainment options. Enjoy a friendly game of foosball, ping pong, or basketball, or let the kids play in their own playhouse. Additionally, you can challenge friends to a game of cornhole while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room features a modern stackable washer and dryer, along with a spacious countertop for folding clothes. Additionally, there are two large dog crates provided for your furry friends, ensuring their comfort during your stay. Conveniently connected to the screened in back patio, this setup allows for easy access to both indoor and outdoor spaces while attending to laundry needs.

Enjoy the screened-in backyard patio, featuring an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and charming string lighting. Whether you're gathering for a delicious meal or engaging in outdoor games, this cozy space provides the perfect setting for leisure and entertainment.

The Loft Suite:
Ascend to the loft where you'll discover a supremely comfortable full-size memory foam bed, complemented by bedside lamps featuring a convenient charging port.This loft also features a family game chest. Here, you'll be treated to the most breathtaking view in the house, overlooking the tranquil waters of Douglas Lake and the picturesque Smoky Mountains. It's the ideal spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty all around you.

Upper Level Bedroom:
Welcome to the Trundle Bed Suite, located upstairs! This custom-built double queen suite offers unparalleled comfort and convenience. Each queen bed comes equipped with its own outlets, including USB and USB-C charging ports, ensuring all your devices stay powered up. With dedicated phone shelves, dimmable lamps, and twin trundle beds tucked underneath, this suite is designed with your utmost comfort and relaxation in mind.

Bathroom:
Step into your newly renovated bathroom and experience the height of luxury. This space boasts a walk-in full-body rain shower, ensuring a rejuvenating bathing experience. You'll also find modern amenities like a light-up heated mirror, sleek shower panel, and even a towel warmer, adding an extra touch of comfort and indulgence to your stay.

With direct access to the front patio and front yard, you can easily step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The lower level offers a personal workspace equipped with a large curved monitor, a comfortable chair, and a smart lamp with a charging port.

Dive into lakeside bliss! Our exclusive Douglas Lake private access ramp is just a leisurely 5-minute stroll away. Or, rev up the excitement and embark on a boating adventure right from our neighborhood's private ramp. Whether you prefer a tranquil dip in the lake or an exhilarating day of water sports, our convenient access ensures endless aquatic fun awaits!

Surftide is located in Dandridge on Douglas Lake, a prime spot for summer activities. Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and various water sports in this beautiful area.
