Melhor localização de cabo frio, próximo de padaria, supermercado, farmácia e a melhor vista da orla da praia, só atravessar a rua para se deleitar no mar!!! Anfitriã super atenciosa e preocupada, segunda vez que me hospedo e voltarei com certeza!!

Foram 4 dias maravilhosos! Tudo impecável, desde a proprietária Cristina, muito atenciosa, solícita e extremamente compreensiva, pois infelizmente tive que remarcar meu período. Not worth the price

The apartment is listed as 3 bedroom, but it is actually 2 bedrooms. The furniture is very old and dangerous; my daughter in law was seated and the chair broke and she fell on the ground. The mattresses is torn and dirty. The kitchen dishes, silverware and pans is old and broken. The good things about this property is the beach view and that is near to store and restaurants. The property is pricey compared to other units in the some building. Only a suggestion: Hospitality is a business, please reinvest some money to update the unit because costumers deserves better for what they are paying.

Apartamento Maravilhoso!!!

Aluguei o apartamento para o fim de semana passado, 25/09 a 28/09. Chegamos ao apartamento, encontramos tudo limpinho e bem arrumado. O Sr Kleber nos recepcionou, muito atencioso e solícito. A localização é perfeita, com uma linda vista para o mar. O Apartamento super espaçoso e arejado. Não tenho nenhum ponto a reclamar, só elogios pois o apartamento é muito bem cuidado. Agradeço a proprietária Cristina, muito solícita e atenciosa!! Com certeza alugarei mais vezes!! Esse apartamento não deixou nada a desejar, passamos um fim de semana incrível!!

Nossa estadia foi ótima!! O apt. é exatamente como mostra o anúncio, aconchegante e com uma belíssima vista para o mar. A dona mt atenciosa e gentil. Valeu muito a experiência, repetiremos com certeza! Como possível ponto de melhoria, sugiro apenas a aquisição de um microondas e um filtro, questões que pelo que entendi, já estão sendo tratadas pela dona!!!

Perfeito! Excelente estadia.

Eu e minha família ficamos em férias no apto da Sra. Cristina e do Sr. Beto, com vista total para o mar de 07/08/18 a 16/08/2018 e foi tudo maravilhoso, não podia ter sido melhor. A Sra. Cristina desde o começo foi super atenciosa conosco e o Sr. Beto que nos recebeu e nos deu todo suporte de que precisávamos para todo conforto da família, agradeço aos dois pela oportunidade de passar momentos incríveis com minha família em um lugar tão aconchegante e agradável. Apto muito limpo e com tudo que precisávamos. Uma vista encantadora, tomávamos café da manhã sentados a mesa e olhando para o mar... Já estou com saudades disso..rsrs Maravilhoso! Obrigada mais una vez aos proprietários! Espero que ter a oportunidade de retornar outras vezes.

Voltar em Cabo Frio é sempre mto bom, sou apaixonada com essa cidade! Nós ficamos hospedados 1 semana no 408 D, estávamos em 4 adultos e 4 crianças. O apartamento é super agradável, espaçoso, confortável e nos atendeu muito. Eu estava super insegura devido aos inúmeros golpes que vemos na Internet e a Cristina foi super atenciosa e prestativa desde o início. Clodoaldo, o moço que nos recebeu, tbm foi super prestativo e nos tratou super bem. Graças a Deus correu tudo bem e foi uma viagem maravilhosa. Com certeza iremos voltar e indicar tbm. Abraços!
