Loft bedroom is a low ceiling and good for agile adults or young adults over 14. There is also a sofa sleeper on the main floor. This charming retreat is perfect for two couples or parents with young adult children. The bathroom is equipped with a full size shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. The property also offers amenities such as full kitchen, AC, WiFi, apartment size washer and dryer. Enjoy the night time sky, star gazing in the hot tub or on the outdoor sitting area. We took a quick weekend getaway to the Black Hills and stayed in this adorable tiny home. Check in was great, the house was clean and the beds were comfy. Great locstion near everything the Black Hills has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

This cozy bungalow was exactly as described. Very fresh, clean and plenty of supplies to save you sress of overpacking. Hot tub was private and in perfect working order.

Great time in the hills!

We enjoyed the location which is close to town yet in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching deer in the area. Everything was as stated and wonderful.

Relaxing get away!

This place was private, serene with views of the hills and stars at night, hot tub was very welcome after a day of hiking, grilled great food and ate outside on the log table bar. Jim was a great host! We would come here again!

We stayed for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year’s. We used the bungalow as our base for seeing the regional attractions. It was perfect in every way! Cleanliness, convenience, privacy, comfort, and location. If we’re ever this way again, I’d definitely re-book!

Thank Jim and June for our stay at your cabin. We loved the easy of getting to the cabin. The view was spectacular and the hot tub was great 😊 We enjoyed several places in our short stay and we would definitely come back and stay sometime in the future.

Hill City Hillside Paradise

Great location-Great view-Jim was very personable & accommodating. Love the Hot Tub. Modern and all amenities. Perfect for 2-4 adults. Deer and turkey walked by as the beautiful pine trees blew. Anything you need is there, close to shopping, amazing food, nightlife and Black Hills attractions!

Black Hills get away

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights in the Hills. The accommodations were perfect for us. Site seeing by day and enjoying the hot tub and star gazing in the evenings. Jim was an excellent host and was there to greet us when we arrived. The tiny house was cozy, clean and fully equipped for our stay. The location just above Hill City was perfect spot to get to all the areas of the Black Hills. We would definitely return.

Superb stay!!

I just arrived back home today from spending five nights at this property, in literally a perfect location in the central Black Hills. Spotless, cozy, and fully furnished with everything you could possibly imagine. Great deck, great views, the hot tub every evening on the deck. Close to everything! Jim was fantastic to work with, just a great host! I will most definitely be staying here again. If you want to stay in the central Black Hills, Hill City is the place to stay, and this property is just fantastic. Highly, highly recommend, and just a superb value!.

Hill City Cabin

This cabin was a very nice place to call home during the week we explored the Black Hills area. The cabin is cozy and suited our needs very well. My husband and I plus our 13 y.o. son were very comfortable. The hot tub came in very handy after days of hiking and exploring. The hosts pay very nice attention to details. Thank you, Jim, for your kindness. We look forward to returning!
