Ons huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een grote woonkeuken en een complete buitenkeuken op de benedenverdieping. Wij zijn huis # 1, precies op de eerste rij. Loop de voordeur uit naar de picknickplaats of spring recht in de rivier.

River Road Villas (het deelgebied waarin je je bevindt) bevindt zich aan de rivier de Guadalupe, op 20 minuten van het centrum van New Braunfels aan River Road tussen de tweede en derde rivieroversteek. Geniet van het mooie uitzicht en de prachtige 100-plus-voet direct aan de rivier, direct voor de deur!

Buis verhuur en shuttle dienst wordt verricht naast de deur. U kunt de rivier hier binnengaan en op verschillende plaatsen op en neer de rivier verlaten en terugkeren naar de accommodatie.

Ook als u van livemuziek houdt, is ons huis slechts een korte rit naar River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. Als u van antiek houdt, is het huis minder dan 20 minuten verwijderd van de steden New Braunfels en Gruene, die antiekwinkels en vele unieke winkels bieden waar ambachtslieden hun waren verkopen.

Best place to stay on the river!

This house had everything we needed. But, the greatest thing about it is you are steps away from the river, you can watch your children playing in the river from the cabin and you can float right up to the cabin from you floating the river trip. We will be returning next Summer!!!

Good Location and setup for families

We enjoyed the house and being right on the river. Outdoor kitchen was great and even had a tv. Wish there were more skillets and knives, but otherwise stocked. One bedroom and bath are on the first floor and the master has an ensuite bath. The other 2 bedrooms which have the most beds share one bath. Good setup for 2 families.

Great cabin and great location!

We make this trip every year, and this location on the river is by far our favorite spot. This cabin is perfect for soaking up all the beauty and fun the Guadalupe has to offer, and the rental experience was top notch. We will definitely be returning again next year. Thank you for having us!

Always a Blast!

This is the second time we stayed in the Villas. We rented both Villa #1 and #2 because we have a large group of friends. The Villa was very clean and as a bonus, the linens on the beds were provided. Previously, everyone had to bring their own, so that was a nice upgrade. I would highly recommend staying here and will do it again. Thanks!

Good location for large gatherings

As far as location goes, it's great. The house backs to the river and has a shared backyard for the 10 unit gated community. The downside was that you had to bring everything with you, which made packing that much heavier. The photos should be updated with no pillows and blankets on the bed since that's not provided. You have to bring kitchen towels, hand towels, all your linens, hand soap, literally everything. And the kitchen amenities there were not the best and barely operable. The patio is the best part for hanging out and relaxing. However, when we arrived the outside was still dirty with trash cans filled with standing water and trash on the ground. If there are maids at the house, they should also tend to the outside. The communication was great and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely book again, but not a huge fan of having to bring basic amenities like sheets, towels and soap.

Nice large home with plenty of room for everyone to stay. It rained a couple times over the weekend, but with the large covered patios, outdoor kitchen, and covered carport, there was plenty of room to be outside and still have fun. Definitely will be coming back!

This is the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and accommodated our group of 14 well. The downstairs kitchen was great for cooking while enjoying the scenic view. Looking out on the water from the front porch is so serene and the river is just a few steps away. The host communicated promptly to all of our questions. We can’t wait to stay again!

The house was very nice but was not cleaned the floors where filthy, we did call and they sent someone out to clean who mopped the floor without rinsing the mop. Sewage cabs were all under our deck and we smelled sewage all weekend long

Nice property, perfect location, could improve on amenities

Very nice property right on the river. Property was very clean upon arrival and fit our group perfectly. A couple disappointments: 1. The refrigerator in the downstairs area was UNPLUGGED upon our arrival. As we had 8 people in our group, it was needed for our food. It took hours to cool down. 2. Photos show bedding. Our bad: didn't read the fine print - THERE WAS NO BEDDING IN THE UNIT. Guests are expected to bring their OWN bedding. Have never paid a reasonable amount for a unit in the past and had no bedding provided. Suggest putting this instruction (bring own bedding) IN BOLD LETTERS AND put pictures of the bedrooms with BARE MATTRESSES to emphasize the point. Caused some scrambling for our group.
