This beautiful lake home has been newly remodeled in 2023 all new flooring, Beds, Bedding, Dishes etc. Appliances are from 2016 It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway.
Just bring your clothes, toiletries and Beach Towels and food!
The master bedroom has a King size bed while the second and third bedrooms both have 2 full size bed's each.
2 Bathrooms include a tub shower, also a half Bath by the Living room
Beautiful big yard on the road and lake side.
Enjoy the 4 season room and Sun Room that overlooks the 40 yrd wide channel.
Fish from the Pier or Sea Wall or head out on the lakes
Explore all 5 connecting Lakes (Witmer, Westler, Dallas, Hackenburg and Messick).
A beautifull sandy beach perfect for swimming for all ages.

Was absolutely HEAVEN ON EARTH! Such a relaxing peaceful place right on the water. Barbel was wonderful to work with.. very friendly and accommodating. Look forward to renting in the future.

Extra room for family on Thanksgiving

We have a 2 bedroom home on Dallas and when our kids and significant others come for holidays we don't have enough beds, etc. This place was perfect for what we needed. Clean, owners take care of the place. We'll use it again!

Beautiful home

It is a beautiful home and location. Great for a larger group. We would love to stay here again in the future. Quiet, peaceful and right on the lake. It is close to all the Amish areas and lots of history around the county.

This is our 3rd time staying here and it was excellent as usual. Relaxed outside a lot, did a lot of fishing and caught the most this trip. Had many fires and made many memories. Will be back!

Cottage

This cottage has everything that you could possibly need as far as kitchen, linens, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, papertowels, Tupperware containers to store left overs. I could go on and on, just pack your bag and pick up groceries and you're set. I have only positive things to say about this cottage and the owners.

Comfortable, clean and quiet

This was the perfect home for us to to enjoy some quality time with extended family. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the six of us could all enjoy meals together at the dining room table, screened porch or outdoor patio. My teenage son spent hours catching channel catfish and we kayaked most days. While the lake was busy on the weekend (July visit) it was very tranquil all week. There are a couple close places to get dinner or ice cream and the neighborhood is quiet. It was really the perfect getaway.

Perfect Spot

The little shallow Sandy beach area was perfect for our little ones who came last trip (and came for a few hours this trip). The teens enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks- Addis the adults. I especially loved that we could rent a pontoon boat and go out on the lake and see the sunset every day. The others liked swimming off the boat. I like that the canal is quiet and has no wake and feels safe for our swimmers and kayakers. We also loved being close to a really fun ice cream shop with horses next to it, and restaurants like Coody Browns where I could get a real Indiana pork tenderloin sandwich! How I have missed those! My grandfather used to make them! Enjoyed the glassed and screened porch too. The new windows were wonderful!

Our 13th cousin get together!

What a fantastic place! Cleanest place we have ever rented. Kitchen was complete like it was your own. Comfortable beds, all bedding was very nice, more than enough towels for the 7 of us. We enjoyed meeting with the owner, very nice! Would recommend this house to everyone! Thank you Barb for letting us stay!

Great Stay!

Our visit was wonderful. The property owner was really nice and easy to work work. The house was very very clean. The dart board arcade was a hit for all of us The house had everything you would ever need plus some. Lots of entertainment there's always something to do there even if it's outside or inside. We could not experience any lake activities but we enjoyed the games, puzzles, and modies. Overall great stay and would 100% stay again.

Relaxing at the Lake

We had a great time at this home. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us. The beds were comfortable and although we wanted to spend time together we each had a private space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The countryside was beautiful and the location was very quiet and peaceful. We will probably be back next yer.

Excellent family get-away

Our family had such an amazing time at the lake house. So many amazing memories were made that we'll all cherish for the years to come. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the house had EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. We all enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and the fishing was incredible! We caught several bass off of the pier and even more out on the lake! Barbel was so friendly and accomadating....we couldn't be any happier with our stay!
