This luxury 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is fully air-conditioned (new system fitted 2023), and furnished to a very high standard.

One of the largest apartments on the development at 195 square metres, the spacious living area contains dining table and 6 chairs, sofas, coffee table, side table, 40 inch LCD TV, Digibox, DVD/CD player.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment and is free to guests. The lounge has the benefit of two balconies, both south facing, with table and chairs overlooking swimming pools and landscaped gardens. The L-shaped living room can be divided by extending the concealed full height wooden dividers to create a totally private sleeping area which has its own sofabed, air-conditioning unit, bedside table and lamp.

The property meets all the rental requirements of the Portuguese authorities and has been granted Rental Licence, no. 13343/AL. Parque da Corcovada is served by local cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the famous 'Strip' with its numerous bars, discos and restaurants. Absolutely brilliant

Cannot fault a thing.Huge apartment with all facilities.We went mid Sept pool was a little cool but fine.Quite a few people staying but always got a sunbed . Great cmmunication with Tony and transport check in with Wendu Nick Kylie etc. Will stay again TOsunbed

The best apartment!!!

We have stayed at different properties in the Corcovada complex before but this apartment was by far the largest and the nicest too. We had such a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent - Exactly as described

We loved this apartment. Very spacious and well equipped with loads of cupboard space. You turn into the wrong rooms for a few days until you get used to the layout there is so much room! Exactly as described and communication with Tony was first class and really prompt at all times. Nothing was too much bother for him. Wendy the property manager was there when we arrived from the airport as arranged and was always available when we had to call her to ask a question or two. 1 large balcony at the rear off the main bedroom and 2 smaller ones off the living area overlooking a really good sized pool which was never too busy and always plenty of loungers available. Tony was wonderful and understanding when on our last night we asked for help when my daughter had a medical emergency due to a nut allergy reaction and offered us to stay on a few nights. Thankfully all was resolved at hospital and she was okay to fly the following morning. All round a great apartment and I would definately stay here again. Superb.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful and spacious apartment. Really couldn't of asked for more. From communication with owner to checking in process. Apartment is situated in lovely grounds with plenty of beds and a lovely pool. We will definitely be returning. Thanks again.

Excellent property , excellent location

From start to finish the property owner Tony was a pleasure to deal with . Property is in an excellent location just down from the Bullring meaning access to the Strip or taxis to the Old Town is just a short walk away . The apartment has everything you need for a great stay , the bonus of a washing machine saves much hassle when you get home . No hesitation in recommending this property or owner

Family holiday

Had a fantastic stay in the apartment could not fault anything about it . Have stayed in these apartments for a few years and this was the biggest. Unfortunately it wasn't as quiet as it normally is large groups and families staying in different apartments having parties. Also some days it was difficult to get sun loungers people would put towels down in the morning and not actually sit on them till late afternoon. Still had a fab holiday and was so nice to be away.

Stunning apartment

Beautiful apartment, much larger than expected, would be ideal for a large group. It is On the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool which was beautiful. Cleanliness was 5*. Such an easy check in, was met at the apartment and shown around. The owner had made contact prior to us arriving so we knew exactly where the apartment block was and to see if we required anything else. Have stayed in this complex many times, it’s extremely safe and secure and I will continue to return. The apartment really has everything you could possibly need and more.

Perfect family stay

There isn't much to say about this place that isn't already mentioned in previous reviews. The first thing that strikes you is that the place is massive! The published photos don't do it justice as to how huge this apartment is. It takes a couple of days to remember the layout! Communication with Tony and his reps was excellent - both so accommodating and friendly ensuring that everything was in place for a perfect break. Location was perfect for us. Quiet, but close enough to plenty of life at the strip and only a short drive/ride to the Old Town. Plenty of parking if you're renting a car too. Kids absolutely loved the pool area. The pool water was a bit cool, but perfectly clean and checked by the attendant every day. Can't wait to book another stay at the Corcovada!

Amazing apartment!

We booked a 7 night stay in Corcovada as we had stayed here previously in different apartments on the site. The photos do not do this apartment justice, it is huge! It is well laid out with plenty of space and has everything you need. There are two balconies facing the pool area. The pool area has loungers situated around two pools (one is a kids pool). It was like staying in a home away from home! The beds were comfy, plenty of seating both in the living area and dining areas, plenty of storage and it was quiet and well secure. A safe is also provided. Tony was a great host and kept in regular contact with me before, during and after our stay. The property manager Wendy was also great. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. It is in a great location, close to shops (including a new aldi), restaurants, and still within walking distance of the strip but far enough away that you are not bothered with any noise. We had a great stay and didn't want to come home so soon! Thanks

Fabulous apartment

we stayed 10th to 21st September 2021 and were amazed at the size of the apartment for starters. It is so much bigger and nicer than the online pictures. Location is perfect, opposite the largest pool in the block. There are 3 sofas in the apartment, 2 tables and a decent kitchen. Wifi and Tv with limited channels but enough to get by. A substantial Dvd and book collection made the apartment perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and can’t fault it in any way. Comfortable and with all the appliances you could need and in the best location at Corcavada, overlooking amazing grounds and pools. Great correspondence with the owner and his agent who is on hand should you require anything. No hesitation in recommending this apartment and will be hoping to stay there again next time in Albufeira!!

Huge property with every convenience

Very impressed with the size of the property. Tony and his team were very helpful and professional, the airport transfers were very efficient and the correct child restraints were installed in the vehicle. The apartment was faultlessly clean and tidy and everything you could wish for was provided. Highly recommended with small children as they loved the small pool and grounds. The famous ‘Strip’ is a short distance away and the Old Town is a must visit with plentiful shops and restaurants and small alleyways where you can wander and discover the real Algarve. A great holiday and highly recommended.

Fantastic, already booked for next year!

Myself and 3 friend's visited from September 5th to 12th. The apartment was huge, bright, and most importantly clean. The bedrooms are large with plenty of wardrobe space and 2 more wardrobes in the passage. 2 bathrooms and a seperate toilet room was great for 4 women all trying to get ready at the same time. The 3 Balconies were ideal for sitting on relaxing in the shade or topping up the tan overlooking the pool. One balcony had the clothes dryer so perfect for drying beach towels. Kitchen is large and bright with everything you could need. The pool area was always clean and we never had a problem getting 4 sun loungers. The closest convenience store is just a few minutes walk away and a lovely chicken/pizza takeaway (I think you can also sit in) is just next door. The apartments were really peaceful and we felt safe and secure with the electric shutters on all windows. There was also a security guard walking around at night. We visited some nice restaurants on the strip which was a 10 minute walk away. The old town was a 10 minute taxi ride which cost around €6, with lot's of lovely little shops and restaurants to visit. Be warned if taking younger children the strip and some parts of the old town are rather wild but there's lot's of lovely places to eat and drink if you'd rather avoid the party scene. If I had to make any suggestions I'd say better lighting in the double bedroom near the wardrobe would be great and possibly extra sheets and pillows left in one of the wardrobes in case you wanted to make up the sofa bed. I hurt my back (old injury) and wanted to try out a different bed to see if it eased. A quick text to Wendy and sheets arrived that night. Great service but would of preferred not to bother her for something trivial. Overall we had a fantastic time and couldn't fault Tony and his team. Every email or text was responded to quickly and efficiently, Tony is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. The man that collected us from the airport and took us back again was great. Friendly, on time and showed us around the apartment and gave recommendations on where to visit. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to anyone. It has something for everyone.

Nice apartment maybe not such a great location

Positives * Large apartment * Bonus third ‘bedroom’ * Perfectly positioned for the pool. We enjoyed sitting there, reading and watching our kids in the afternoon whilst we had a drink (no alcohol by the pool) * All the equipment you need in an apartment (except never found the dryer) * Tony was very helpful throughout. He also organised transfers and a later check out * Five minute walk from the famous Strip, if that’s your thing. Albufeira definitely has a brits abroad/Benidorm feel. Things to consider * The apartment is situated near some very busy main roads. Beaches, restaurants, shops etc are not too far but only accessible by walking alongside these busy roads. Didn’t always feel safe with young children * It’s quite far from the old town and the marina area unfortunately * We went in the middle of August and as the other apartments are let by other owners, who knows who your neighbours will be. There were some large noisy parties whilst we were there. One took over the pool with large inflatables. Yes there are security guards, sometimes. But no good if the holiday maker argues back * Finally, we found the apartment block to be noisy. There seemed to be very little soundproofing so could hear other apartments as well as noise outside. People ringing the door buzzer at 3 am on the last night was a particular low. We went home for a good sleep.

Exceeded every expectation

Tony and his team were absolutely brilliant from the beginning and throughout. Responses were super quick and explained everything very clearly. The apartment is gorgeous, much bigger and more impressive than the pictures. We went late June-early July and the pool was never crowded, just a family here or there so plenty of space round the pool. The apartment is in the perfect location with everything you need within walking distance. The strip is a 5min walk away and offers a great and cheap night out, there are several supermarkets within walking distance (however they're all quite small so I'd suggest getting a taxi - which is very cheap and quick - to a bigger more commercial supermarket if you want to do a bigger shop/have more variety) The apartment is right next door so a peri peri chicken restaurant, a nice bar and restaurant as well as another pool and a 24hr snack shack. There is a booklet in the apartment with an abundant amount of information of local amenities and directions as well as useful numbers. Taxis are very cheap - we got a taxi from the old town straight to our door for €5 (and as the corcovada building is quite well known all taxis knew exactly where to find us) Tuk Tuk's are more expensive (it cost us €10) to get to the old town but was a fun experience and can usually haggle a lower price than quoted. The apartment was great, with air con, 3 toilets and 2 baths/showers and beds to fit up to 7 people. There are many beaches nearby, we took a €5 taxi to the beach 'Praia los aveiros' which was one of the smallest beaches (more of a cove) and wasn't too busy which was nice. The weather was lovely and only rained briefly once during the night. I would not reccomend thin heels as all the pavements are cobbled. Overall a wonderful experience, would 100% reccomend.

Would recommend this apartment highly very spacious clean everything you need in a self catering pool great quiet grounds very clean well looked after and not far from shops and nightlife should you wish plenty dvd and books should you wish to chill most enjoyable stay for 4 retired female friends had a ball

Fantastic apartment that is much more than expected.

We had a brilliant holiday last week. The description of the apartment does not do it justice as when we arrived and got into the apartment we were amazed by the sheer size of the rooms, and the space throughout the apartment. The double room has an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and a balcony with table and 4 chairs, there is plenty of space. The twin room is massive, 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. There is no shortage of hanging space and cupboards in the hallway as well as the bedrooms. There is a family bathroom next to the twin room as well as another toilet at the other end of the hallway. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, washer/dryer, microwave/oven/cooker and loads of cupboards that contain just about every item you may need throughout your stay. The living room is great and even with 6 of us there we never felt under each others feet - 2 large sofas and a chair in the main living area, a sofa in the back area that was a sofa bed and a large dining table with 6 chairs so somewhere for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted to. There were 2 smaller balconies off living room, one with 2 chairs and one with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the pool which was lovely. We would definitely go back to this apartment as it offered us more than we could have asked for. Location for the pool, shops and eating out as great too. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thanks Tony
