Mar Y Sol is a beautiful oceanfront condominium featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, located at 1800 Atlantic. Enjoy the balmy breezes from your 60-foot private wrap-around balcony, which offers a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The condominium includes renovated kitchens and bathrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while each guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Additionally, for extra guests, two inner spring roll-away beds are available for your convenience.

The historic district is less than 1.5 miles away, and you are just a one-minute walk from our amazing pool and bubbling Jacuzzi. We also have a sauna on-site. For tennis enthusiasts, we feature the only clay court on the island of Key West.

Beautiful sunsets from the pool area, and our balcony! The unit was roomy, well appointed, with many amenities. Close to some wonderful food options. We would highly recommend this property.

Mom just loved her stay!!!

The apartment was large and has a lovely view. The negatives are dishwasher which needs repair, the low water pressure in both bathrooms, the lack of enough drinking glasses and the living room couches which are ripping and should be replaced. We liked the pool and hot tub and the apartment was clean and tidy.

Great stay, property management is very responsive

We stayed here in mid July 2023. This was during a brutal heat wave in Florida. The property was very nice, however, the ceiling fan in the master bdr was shaking and we were concerned it might fall. Also, the floor fans which were in the closet were broken. We contacted property management the first morning and they were out the same morning to replace both the ceiling fan and floor fans. Very responsive! Thanks for a great stay for our family!

Great Experience

We loved this property! It's very spacious and the view is great. We sat out on the balcony every afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Close to ocean but a lot of seaweed and smell. Didn’t use. Nice pool area. View of pool and ocean. Difficult check in process. It would be a long walk for elderly folks unless you can park in garage. Only one car can park in garage. Dated furniture and decor. Floors were dirty. Comfortable beds. Large condo for families. Can only leave 2 loads of laundry or they charge. Had to do laundry. Dryer does not dry quickly. I recommend cleaning staff take all towels and sheets to wash with bleach. Don’t rely on guests getting them clean and sanitized.

This property is located in the first level. View is amazing but we couldn’t sit outside without being eaten alive by what locals call “no see ems” Tiny black bugs that leave itchy bumps (ours lasted almost 3 weeks!) It was miserable. Also, if you open the curtains to look at the view the rooms gets hot very fast. AC controlled by property management so can’t try to cool off inside. So with no view and not able to sit outside made this trip not so great. I recommend keep looking before you book this one.
