Amazing duplex sitting on the ocean! This four-story rental has two full kitchens and a wet bar with granite counters, travertine floors, a beachfront patio, barbecue, and patio furniture, a rooftop deck with more patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony. There is a 4-car garage and 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. With 11 bathrooms, everyone can have their own and there will be no fighting for space! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Perfect house for 9 guys, everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Plenty of living space for meals and hanging out. Fantastic view of the ocean and listening to the waves break along the rocks.

Nice House with Issues

Awesome house with plenty of space for socializing and for privacy. Very convenient to have a bathroom for every room. Super ocean views. Disappointed that there was no beach at the house. Recommend bringing hair dryers (only 1 for 11 bathrooms), shampoo and soap (furnished stuff stunk terribly), ground coffee (not 1 grain furnished), beach equipment if you plan to go to a beach as nothing is furnished. Host never responded to any of my messages via VRBO and I finally had to contact VRBO to get checkin access info. Check-in was complicated by their separate guest portal and registration process (designed to encourage guests to book directly with them instead of through VRBO). Only 4 parking spaces for 11 bedrooms was stressful, because the host would not provide info on where my guests could park until check-in day. Recommend ceiling fans on the 4th floor, and another night stand in the master bedroom. The host needs to fix the plumbing issues. 3rd & 4th floors had temporary water stops. 3 toilets on the 1st and 3rd floor didn't work (ran continuously or clogged). Overall I enjoyed the week but not sure that it lived up to its price-tag.

This place needs much better maintenance before they rent. One of the smoke detectors went off in the middle of night waking up everyone. I had to go up and down the four floor stairs to make sure there were no problems. Next morning the repairman came and replaced a bad/expired battery. Another smoke alarm was beeping loudly every 30 second in another day and it was the same battery issue. One floor also had an air conditioner not working and some of my family members had to open the windows to get cool air during nights. The front door and the beach access back door were not working creating security issues and concerns. Too many things not working! I had to contact the management company almost every day. Overall, we were disappointed with the conditions of this place after paying the premium rent. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Perfect gathering house with a view

Everything was perfect. We had many friends and family come into town for my husbands military retirement that weekend and needed a place for everyone. The best part was that every room had its own bathroom. Each room was cozy with a individual heater and fan for everyone’s individual comforts. I loved that there was two large tables for everyone to have meals together, and the views!!! It was absolutely amazing to wake up to your coffee with a view on a comfy couch, no matter what time of year. If we ever have the need for this kind of space we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again and would look forward to it.

Good for group of Friends, not immediate Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful house was too spread out for our immediate family. It was hard to keep track of what floor people were on and where stuff was located. We had to go to 3 different levels to make a sandwich. I'd have liked to have known this ahead of time. Also that the tile floors were very dirty and you needed to wear shoes or at least socks in the house at all times. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Could not get any TV on the beach level and internet and cell service was terrible. Baby monitor didn't work between levels either (which didn't make any sense and was very inconvenient). There was never any sand to sit on and watch the kids play in the waves as I'd envisioned... I had read this, but hoped it was just time of year. We were there in mid June. Had to walk close to a mile one way with chairs, sand toys, etc. to enjoy the beach at all. Most of these issues would have been ok if we had known them ahead of time so that's why I'm stating our issues - not to complain.

Fantastic property and location right on the waters edge. Open walls of glass on all levels allow the cool ocean breeze in. Plenty of space to cook, eat, gather, and sleep. Highly recommended.

Amazing property!

Best vacation rental I have rented! The property came fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful beach house. The property was very clean. Check in and check out were a breeze. Tons of space for the amount of guest this house sleeps. The hot tubs and grills were a nice touch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the beach house when we arrived. Even the couches appeared to have been steamed. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. Each level had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunsets. There was fairly easy access to the beach. Our families enjoyed being together in this 4-level unit on the beach. The adults, the teens, and the children had many opportunities to be together, to talk, and play. We appreciated having a kitchen on three of the floors, and tables and chairs for 16 on floors one and two. The younger children loved the hot tub and having some sand to play in just outside the porch gate. The fold-out couch hide-a-beds came in handy. An issue you should be aware of for families with toddlers - the second/parking level ocean view glass doors, when open, had sufficient room for the toddlers to side-step between the glass door and the 4' tall glass shield. If they had gotten to the edge of the wall, they could have stepped out and fallen one story down to the sidewalk between the buildings. We noticed that one of the units had a board or barrier placed on each edge of the building to prevent that from happening. We suggest that be put in for this unit's second floor. For the rest of our stay, we placed a pillow between the glass door and the glass shield to prevent the little ones from entering that space again. Thank you for providing this beach house for us to have an ocean side vacation. It was enjoyed by all.

The property was perfect for our group. We had a great time and plenty of room to socialize and get together. We did have to call for assistance several times, but the property management responded quickly. The staff at Beachfrontonly were very helpful along the way to find a place close to our boys lacrosse team and met the needs of our parents. Although we filled all of the bedrooms, there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the California sunshine. Having a 1:1 ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was a luxury that everyone enjoyed. It was more fun than having individual hotel rooms. The views were spectacular and the multi kitchens and large meeting spaces made it easy to prepare meals and hang out together. We would do this again!
