Our private cove at Lake Norman offers a peaceful, relaxing get away with all the amenities and coveniences of home. Just outside of Mooresville (Race City, USA) and 30 minutes from Charlotte. A short drive into town for groceries, shopping, and local banks. Visit the local restaurants in town or on the water and enjoy great food and live entertainment. Boat rentals are available nearby at Aquaventure, Lake Effects and Lake Norman Boat Rental.

Relaxing Getaway

What a great place! It has plenty of room for lots of guests - cozy corners to relax in, but also has great common areas for everyone to enjoy time together. Sharon, the owner, is very responsive and helpful, and has clearly put a lot of love into this place. Highly recommended!!

The home was so spacious and had everything we needed. Only negative I would say is the master shower water pressure. Hot tub was great, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room! Will for sure go back!

Great Thanksgiving Trip to Lake Norman

We had a great Thanksgiving visit to lake Norman with family. The property was well kept and well stocked. There was plenty of room for family to gather and to spread out, especially the extra room downstairs with TV and the fridge was amazing. It's always a plus when you have more than one refrigerator in a rental house, especially with family. We didn't necessarily need it this time, but it came in very handy since we were prepping food for Thanksgiving. Outdoor spaces were fantastic as well as the hot tub. Plenty of fresh towels and a nice washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this to others..

Great family getaway

My family of 10 loved this beautiful home on Lake Norman. Plenty of space to spread out, plenty of room in the driveway for all 4 cars as well. We loved that this side of the lake is less congested than other areas.

Spring Break Getaway

We took a trip over spring break and had a great time. The fire pit and hot tub were a hit with the young ones. The view and deck were a hit with the adults.

Life long friends weekend

Four of us had friends weekend. The house everything that was advertised. Great location. Close to grocery store, fuel on the water. House was well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Plenty of towels and hot water showers. Screened in porch was great for morning coffee.

Convenient and comfortable stay at the lake!

Great accommodations for our group of 10 at the lake. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Our group was five couples in our mid 30s, and each pair had a room. Even the downstairs "extra sleeping area" is a nice separate space with a door and its own bathroom. The check in process was easy, and you can't beat the convenience of a lakefront property for a lake trip!

Fantastic Family Weekend

Spacious home

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the spacious family room/kitchen upstairs as well as the screened in porch. We were very grateful for the hot tub since the weather didn’t cooperate. Great location, too.

50th Birthday with Family

Your home is very beautiful!. It was comfortable and spacious. My family enjoyed themselves and we did as well. Everyone felt very relaxed there. The colors when you walk in are inviting and you feel at home right at the entrance. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home. My family and I had a great time. It was a wonderful feeling, thanks again! We would love to come back again this time of year if not before if you allow us the opportunity to.

Homey, comfortable, lakeside retreat

Our stay at this comfortable retreat was perfect. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the house is updated. The views from the deck are good, and there is a nice firepit available. The only slight downside is water access, which is limited due to boats taking up available space.

Wish we didn't have to get back for work

Loved the paint colors and artwork. The downstairs part was perfect for the loud snorer in the family. Spending the afternoon on the deck was delightful!
