Amazing View - Haystack Rock e gli aghi

Questo tesoro non ha eguali per un ritiro tradizionale per la spiaggia. Un miglio a sud del centro di Cannon Beach e meno di passeggiata di un isolato per la sabbia, si può godere di un facile accesso a tutto ciò che il vostro cuore desidera.

La Horner Beach House è stato costruito nel 1928 per sfruttare la migliore vista di Haystack Rock and Needles. Una delle case originali sulla collina, la vista comprende un panorama espansiva del mare e un facile accesso alla spiaggia. La casa ha appena subito una completa ristrutturazione, conservando l'atmosfera da cottage spiaggia, garantendo nel contempo che i comfort moderni rendere la vostra esperienza confortevole.

The Rock ospita anche l'allevamento Western gabbiano, Pelagic Cormorano, Piccione Guillemot e Beccaccia di mare nera, Halequin Anatra, Pellicano bruno, falco pellegrino e visto in estate e Moretta grigia e Orco marino dagli occhiali in inverno.

Beautiful house and view

This was the perfect spot to enjoy Cannon Beach! Beautiful view from the house, and a quick walk down to the beach and Haystack rock. Also very close to restaurants downtown. We loved it and hope to be back in the future!

Amazing Property

This was a girlfriend trip and we had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautifully furnished and well cared for. Beach access is steps away and the view of Haystack was fabulous.

Love this little house

This is a darling, immaculate, updated 1940 cottage. Small, but perfect for us. And room for many to sleep, which would work especially well in the summer when most of your time would be spent outdoors. The view of Haystack Rock is awesome, though there are electric wires and homes blocking it a bit. Beach access is easy. It seems clear that the owners have invested in the inside; the next step might be to improve the parking, which is not ideal. Still - we are hoping to visit again. It has become our new favorite Cannon Beach hideaway.

WE came to attend a wedding

Our stay was really nice. The house was darling and well-appointed. We were very close to everything Canon Beach had to offer. Even though we had a car, we could walk everywhere.

A little slice of Cannon Beach paradise

We had a wonderful time at this charming beach cottage, and it was a great spot for all ages in our family. With a beautiful and well stocked kitchen, amazing views of Haystack Rock and the Needles, fabulous and easy beach access, and an overall wonderful feel - we loved it and would stay here again without question!

Relaxing, great view

The view of the beach and Haystack Rock are great. We watched surfers in the morning from living/dining room area. And the waves all afternoon. There was enough room for 5 of us. Even though there’s only one full bath downstairs and half bath for upstairs it all worked out. I would book this house again in the future.

Incredible Stay

This was our first stay with family at this incredible location. The cottage is immaculate with outstanding views and very well appointed. Enjoyed a very quiet cliffside neighborhood setting with close beach stair access to Haystack Rock. You may hear elk bugling in the evenings with an occasional elk siting right off the driveway. We look forward to returning in the future! We want to thank Peggy & Amy for this memorable experience.

Lovely property, great location and view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay at this lovely, well-stocked, comfortable beach house. It has a beautiful view of the iconic Haystack Rock and was a short walk to the beach, where we took a number of long strolls to enjoy this unusual scenery and take many pictures. If ever we are able to return to Cannon Beach, we’d certainly enjoy staying here again.

End of Summer

Very comfortable …and relaxing spot ..this is our second time here. The house is well equipped .everything you need is in the kitchen.! the view is amazing and a short walk to the sand. We are so grateful to have been able to stay again. Hope we can come again.!

4-day getaway October 2024

This adorable restored family home clearly had a lot of love put into it and attention to details. It had plenty of room for our family of 4. Very short walk to the beach, lots to walk to in town both north and south. Didn’t do a lot of cooking, but kitchen was very well stocked. Super clean and beds were very comfortable. Easy gas fireplace to keep the house warm during the cooler nights. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends. Thank you!!

Gorgeous view to wake up too!

This property has a gorgeous view of haystack rock! We enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening very much. This is a very clean property, with chairs and beach toys you can borrow for the beach. A short walk to get to public access to beach. Only drawback was that the beach access closest to the house is closed. We would stay here again ;)

When we were kids we used to go to Cannon Beach because our neighbors had a house there. Relatives from North Dakota were treated with trips to the beach whenever they visited. After the death of our father, our mom bought this house in 1974 looking forward to spending her retirement at the beach she so loved. It was a favorite spot for family and friends alike.

Mom wanted to share this beautiful spot with friends and began renting. We are happy to continue making the house available for others to enjoy.
