This beautifully furnished and stylish period property has just been refurbished throughout in March 2023. Sleeps up to four in two double bedrooms, one of which can also be a twin. The first and second floors have retained original features alongside contemporary décor. It is tranquil and luxurious, and benefits from a car-parking space for one car, and all that Bath has to offer practically on your doorstep. * Please note that large vans or trucks (transits and above) are not allowed to park in the car park, thank you.

Uncork the champagne in the sparkling black granite and glossy cream kitchen. There is a dining area for 4 and it is well equipped with plenty of cookware, china and glass, a huge fridge/freezer, a gas hob and double electric oven, a microwave, and a combined washing machine and dryer.

Live the life of riley in the lustrous living room with a 2 large sofas to languish on and two leather chairs for casual seating. There is a smart TV with sky TV, DVD and movies and games to ensure you never get bored. Two large sash windows are framed by graceful curtains.

Recline in the elegant bedrooms - the master bedroom has a king-sized 5 ft bed and Vi-sprung mattress, a built-in wardrobe and lots of drawer space and is finished in a stunning floral wallpaper. The second bedroom is contemporary chic, with twin beds that can zip together to become a super king size bed.
The classic bathroom has been completely tiled in limestone with a long bath (with shower over), a wc and generous hand basin set into drawers.

Although you certainly do not need a car when in Bath there is a private parking space for 1 car out front the property. Alternatively the train and bus stations are just a ten minute walk away.

Wonderful home!

We had a great stay at the Orchard Cottages. Everything was just as described in the listing, very clean, and we appreciated the little touches like cookies and milk left for us when we arrived. The beds were comfy & the house is well appointed. The only downside was that we should have booked a longer stay!

Cozy apartment in the heart of Bath

The two bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bath with easy walks to all of the restaurants and attractions of the city. The furnishings, linens and kitchen are all very high quality and make for a very comfortable stay. The apartment comes with a private, off street parking place which is a very important benefit for those renting a car during their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bath and the flat was lovely! Well appointed & clean. Towels, sheets & beds were good. Really fantastic location with a nice view. Only negative was the window in twin beds room is painted shut which made for a hot night (fan in room is very loud). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment for Bath

The booking process was easy. The information provided in relation to the apartment and also Bath in general was the best I've ever received for any booking. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Situated off the Main Street so it was very quiet, no problem with parking even with a very large car and it's an easy few minutes stroll in the town centre. If we ever return to Bath we definitely still stay here again.

A truly lovely flat

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in this lovely flat. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings and eclectic artwork. The proximity to Bath city center and onsite parking cannot be beat. The management company provided quick and effective service in response to our inquiries. The restaurant behind the building periodically empties loads of glass bottles into bins on the side street which can make quite a racket - even as late as midnight. Although this could be a nuisance, the positives of the flat more than compensate and it is otherwise quiet and peaceful.

Great flat in a great location

We had a fabulous time in this charming and comfortable flat in bath. We were very impressed by Alex and her staff. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. We arrived later than we had planned and we in the dark managed to get a little lost. Lanie stayed on the phone with me until we got ourselves headed in the right direction. She even went outside (on a cold January night) in order to make sure we found our way. The flat itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms were very nice as was the sitting room. We appreciated the supplies (milk, cereal, chocolate and wine). We also found Alex's list of recommended list of restaurants very helpful and detailed. This was our first trip to Bath but it won't be our last. Overall, a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay!

Quiet, well-organized rental

Great apartment in a great location. Quiet as it was away from the street. Being from the US, I was a little nervous getting in and out of the narrow lane that led into the parking lot, but after a day, it was no problem. Water pressure was good. Robert, our greeter, was wonderful. He even brought us milk, cereal, wine, cookies, and chocolates! Nice touch. Alexa was great with communicating with us and informed us of some construction next door that was happening during our stay, which wasn't a problem as we were out most of the day. Very professionally organized with clear instructions for appliances and checkout procedure. Apartment had a binder of recommendations for restaurants, etc. Wifi speed was excellent. Short walk to Waitrose and other Bath attractions. All in all, great stay and would rent from them again.

3 night stay December 2022

The property is in an excellent location, five minutes walk from the abbey & all shops & restaurants. However the decor of the property itself was very tired looking. The lounge/kitchen/main bedroom were ok but the second bedroom is very small, would be ok for children but not adults. Also the bathroom had mould in places on the ceiling & the toilet brush was on the wall at the front of the toilet which wasn’t very pleasant. Myself & my two friends enjoyed our trip but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

A nice flat but very hot in July

The property is nice and offers all of the amenities except only one fan available between the two upstairs bedrooms. The flat gets awfully hot in July as a result even with windows open for air flow.

Beautiful flat!

We enjoyed the flat very much-it was clean and cozy and very close to the sites of Bath. The hosts very graciously provided us with a welcome kit of cookies, milk, cereal, sparkling water and tea and coffee. The parking spot in the lot was very much appreciated. We are picky travelers and would definitely stay here again!

The most comfortable stay!

This property was fantastic! When we return to Edinburgh again i will definitely book here! It was a short walk to the tram and Sainsbury (The grocery store) was close and convenient ! The host was so very friendly (as well her sweet mother!). She checked on us every step of the way to make sure we didn’t lack anything ! We slept so well and comfortably and had all the conveniences of home! Thank you so much!!

Incredible apartment & team

This apartment was perfect, the location was great for walking all over Bath. We had four people stay comfortably in the apartment, and we used the space (I.e. we cooked in the kitchen, ate at the dining table, watched TV in the den, etc.). The Bath Holiday Rentals team was incredibly kind and responsive. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Bath.

A lovely flat with beautiful views and location

Definitely hidden away but the instructions given by Laine made it very easy to find. Upon arriving at the property we explored the rooms (as you do) and my 2 year old decided which was going to be his room during our 4 night stay and he made himself comfortable for his nap time, thankfully it wasn't the master bedroom! The decor is neutral and welcoming with a touch of Bath and it's glass work present (these items were placed out of reach just in case!) along with some lovely paintings by a local artist. The property had everything needed for self catering with good quality utensils available. The location of the property was perfect and we didn't need to use the car at all as the Roman Baths, Abbey and other attractions are literally 10 minutes walking distance with Morrison's a 6 minute drive and Waitrose literally on your doorstep with a 5 minute walk. Would I book this property again? Yes, I would suggest a few safety measures to make the property more child friendly and have emailed the booking agent with feedback but these are suggestions and not essential to make your stay enjoyable. Bath is a lovely City and we would love to come back again in the near future along with booking flat 4 again. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location for a trip to Bath

Naja, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Küche ist zwar groß aber zum Kochen eher nicht zu gebrauchen.

Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Fenster sehr alt, es zieht und nachts wird es kalt. Betten sehen zwar toll aus aber vom schlafen her, sind diese etwas unbequem.
