The Space:
The home is a mix between a bonafide cabin and a treehouse. The floor-to-ceiling wooden planks create an organic and warm ambiance, while the views trick you to feel like you’re a bird hanging among the treetops.
We have a feeling you’ll be spending a ton of time on one of the decks, and we don’t blame you - the views are incredible! Grab a morning brew and current book, take a seat on one of the rocking chairs, and relish in the tranquility and rich landscape.
Back inside, the living room highlights peaked ceilings, large windows, ample seating, and deck access. Cozy up on the couch or chaise lounge and continue watching one of your shows via the Smart TV. The fireplace is the cherry on top for peak relaxation.
Steps away, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchenware for your convenience. Between the appliances and grill outside, there’s not a bad meal to be had! Sit and enjoy meals together at the dining table inside or head outside to dine al fresco!
The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms with King size beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Bedrooms #1 and #2 offer private en-suites and Bedroom #3 offers a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
Bathroom #1 features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Bathroom #2 has a walk-in shower and Bathroom #3 is equipped with a shower/tub combo to accommodate all guests.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is parking space for up to 3 vehicles in the private paved roundabout driveway in front of the home.
- 4WD/traction control may be required in winter months.
- TVs are streaming only. Cable/Satellite TV is not provided.
- The fireplace is seasonal and available for use from October through March.
The property is located in the rural part of Sevierville, a city in east Tennessee that is popular for its authentic downtown (14 miles), shopping options, and proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (15 miles). Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located under 10 miles from the home. If you’re looking to shop till you drop, the town and surrounding areas are dotted with galleries, boutiques, antique malls, flea markets, and so much more! Whether you’re chasing waterfalls, seeking out the best southern BBQ, or just wingin’ it, you’re sure to make lasting memories in Sevierville!
