Med privata trappor till din egen torra sandstrand i en vik med surfing, bad och fiske, på en återvändsgränd, har detta bekväma hem allt för att göra din vistelse till ett av dina bästa semesterminnen. Det finns ett nytt gourmetkök, stort rum, matsal med plats för 10, den och två sovrum, alla på vattnet. Rummen vid vattnet framför har fönster från golv till tak med spektakulär havsutsikt och alla har sitt eget däck.

Inredning är gott och bekvämt, inklusive intressanta, handgjorda sittplatser och bänkar, antikviteter och konst. Det finns takfönster i korridorerna och badrummen. Det finns eldstäder i vardagsrummet, den och sovrummet. Det finns en varmvattendusch precis vid stranden. Det är bra för familjer med barn.

På avskilt Latigo Cove, bort från Pacific Coast Highway, är havet fylt med fantastiska fåglar, marsvin och valar. Det finns en bra surfavbrott, ett barns badkanal och tidpooler vid punkten. Det är på en lugn återvändsgränd, vilket gör den perfekt för bad, båtliv, fiske, surfing eller bara koppla av. Kajaker (om du vet hur) ingår. Ta en fantastisk vandring i Solstice State Park till vattenfallet i Corral Canyon eller gå längs stranden vid lågvatten till Paradise Cove och dess ofta fotograferade Beach Cafe och local's bar. Vi är bara två mil till Pepperdine, Civic Center och den berömda Malibu Colony, Surfrider Beach & the Pier.

Beyond wonderful!

Everything about this Malibu home is so so lovely.. the location and beach are outstanding, the home is comfortable and beautiful. And the hosts were extremely accommodating! Just perfect.

Beach Front Nirvana

They property was charming and warm, we felt like we were part of their family. Coffee and cocktails overlooking the Pacific, walking for miles along the shoreline, family game night and simply relaxing were our goals and wow! did we score. Thank you.

The ultimate Malibu experience

This property instantly immersed us in the very best Malibu has to offer. A truly, one of a kind location on a gorgeous, quiet (feels almost private) beach, dry even at high tide. Waves crashing and dolphins playing right in front of the house. A fun, surfing point break right off the beach. Pace of life here immediately slows down, yet Malibu Colony with all its great amenities, restaurants and stores only 8 minutes away. The house was comfortable and well equipped; very much the owners' beloved home with their personal effects and memories shared trustingly and openly with their guests. The owners were easy to contact, very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended for a family holiday in great comfort, with a truly privileged location. Having previously lived in Los Angeles, we returned with our family of six to experience the Malibu way of life and this really delivered.

Wonderful beach location

Perfect for our family of 6, and the location can't be beat. Sitting out on the deck as the sun comes up with a cup of coffee, the tide rolling in and playing guitar ... lovely.

A wonderful week on the beach

We spent just under a week here with our 3 children and had a total blast. The owners were fast to communicate and the property could not have worked out better for us. Convenient location and you feel like you have your own part of the beach. Highly recommend.

Great location, well-appointed home, great hosts

Our family was in Malibu for a destination wedding in the area. Our kids are all College age and we wanted a home to get the family together (rather than separate hotel rooms). The beach location is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. Dennis and Leah were great hosts. We would definitely rent here again.

Amazing setting

Big family event to celebrate a graduation. Dennis made us feel very welcome. The views and spot are just perfect. Wonderful hours were spent on the decks, watching the surfers and waves. Lots of space to visit and play games.

A Wonderful Getaway

We recently rented this house with two other families and it was fantastic! This house is one of the few houses that still has a terrific beach during high and low tide. We had friends who rented another house down the way but ended up enjoying the beach outside our house during the day because it was so fantastic. We look forward to renting this house again.

Beautiful ocean view

We had a lovely time. Beautiful ocean views from every level. Comfortable home. A bit remote for us, but we don’t know the area. Definitely need a car for everything. Hosts were extremely lovely and attentive.

Absolute pleasure and amazing.

This is an amazing home on a beautiful special beach. Our entire family was happy and loved being in this family oriented home. there is something for everyone. Surfing, boogie boarding, hiking, bike riding - all is here. We have rented this house on a few different occasions and would do so again.

Outstanding beach house, perfect location

We loved staying at this house. It's right on the water, the waves are right out the window (and just below the deck), and the beach is wonderful. The house is great, lots of room and very nicely appointed inside. The decks are fantastic, both on the main level and off the upstairs bedrooms. The beach is easy to get down to and really nice. The hosts are great, easy to work with and thoughtful. Very easy access to dining options and nice sights nearby. Close to LAX, and all that LA has to offer, but far away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The home was everything we hoped for and more. We have stayed in many places and this home was the most remarkable. This home tells a story and leaves room for you to tell yours. This home’s story is one of subtle luxury and meaningful travels - both of these ideas inspired our trip. The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive, and reasonable. The dolphins greeting us upon sunrise each morning were a bonus!

Once in a lifetime experience in Malibu

Our family regularly rents homes on VRBO, but this was the most beautiful location of them all. It is right on the ocean, walking distance from Malibu amenities. The home is fully stocked for cooking and ocean activities. There was plenty of room for two families to stay and reconnect. Dennis and Leah were wonderful hosts. And the property managers were nearby if we needed anything. Book immediately if you are lucky enough to find this home available.

Most memorable family vacation

Woke up in the morning to the most gorgeous ocean view - we enjoyed our coffee while watching porpoises and pelicans from our deck. Home sits on a beautiful calm beach that is perfect for relaxation, freebie and football throwing. We went to sleep listening to the ocean waves. Home is spacious, nicely furnished with a great kitchen and well stocked. It was the most memorable getaway ever for our family gathering. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you Dennis and Leah for sharing your home with us.

A Place of Dreams

I cannot imagine a more perfect location than this home. Beachfront. Sand no matter the tide. This little stretch of beach is protected by wind. Kind neighbors. A very well loved and cared for home. And Dennis and Leah could not possibly be more kind, straightforward in all communication, and just overall ideal hosts. My family stayed here for 6 weeks Feb-March 2021 and never wanted to leave. I could not recommended this place more highly, especially for families with young kids.

Wonderful family spring break

We just got back from a 6 day stay at this house and were very sad to leave. The home is everything you could ask for to have a wonderful vacation- well situated and well appointed with a beautiful view. We were so impressed with the beach, very secluded but you could walk around the point at low tide and keep going for awhile. They had all of the items we needed for days at the beach, even all of the toys for our young children. In a word, the entire experience was comfortable, and that's great on vacation with 4 kids! You really can't beat the location, Malibu is secluded and has terrific restaurants, but you're only 30 min away from the larger towns. The owners were very responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING!!!

This house is wonderful! I've stayed up and down the coast and this little pocket is my absolute favorite. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The house is warm and welcoming. The set up is perfect for either a small or large group. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The beds are comfy, plenty of towels and the master bedroom is quite large. The decks are perfect for coffee and cocktails. 2 large Tv's, one in master and one in den. They have every beach toy, board, kayak you would ever need. The views are spectacular. But more importantly, the owners are lovely. Very prompt, extremely kind and my deposit was returned promptly. My month went way too fast!

Wedding

My daughter, who lives in California, wanted us (from back east) to have a California/Malibu expierence for her wedding. This house provided that perfect setting. Access to the beach, lawn chairs, surfing and kayaks added to this house. My mom, who does not like the sand of the beach, could also be a part of the beach action by just sitting on the deck. Low tide we could walk the beach for about a mile. Everything needed seemed to be within decent driving distance. Santa Monica Pier was only about 20 – 30 minutes away. Restaurants (Neptune’s Net from Fast and Furious, Spruzzo’s Italian and Twisted Oak Tavern) are very accessible. Walking in nearby Solstice Canyon was a bonus. A lot of other features that helped with the stay. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away and/or loves the beach and ocean.

Leah and I have lived here since buying the house in 1979; we raised our three children here and loved every minute; I am a retired maritime lawyer (recently Of Counsel to Parker Mills LLP) who has always loved the sea; Leah is a pediatric neuropsychologist; we have a second home in Aspen so when we are not in Malibu we are often there; we love our home and enjoy sharing it with others
