Excellent location

The house is close to beaches, including a private beach in walking distance. The deck is amazing. Perfect for dinners with the family and relaxing at night. This was out third time staying at this house.

Amazing House and Family space

Great property in the neighbohood of other family we were visiting. Easy walk down to the beach. The deck is the perfect place for a family dinner and relaxing.

Family Winter Retreat

We had a great getaway at Justin’s home. Well- equipped, very comfortable beds, and views of the water- what more can you ask for.We loved being able to walk down to Cockle Cove Beach each day for a brisk walk. We have stayed in many rentals in Chatham over the years and this one was definitely a keeper! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your lively home.

Excellent Family Home/ Chatham Vacations

Impressive, comfortable, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. This property is central to all locations (restaurants, shopping, beaches) in the Chatham area. Hosts have a very well kept home on a manicured property and add their own touch’s. Everything about the home is convenient, well maintained and taken care of. Wonderful side porch and outdoor shower for the kids. Highly recommend this home for your next Chatham vacation!

Amazing week on the Cape!

We had a great week on the Cape and found this rental to be perfect for our family. With two kids under 4, the crib and toys made it very comfortable and easy. The outdoor area is very comfortable with a large table that we ate around daily and the furniture was very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. Would highly recommend it!

Excellent Location and Homely Feel

The property was close to everything we needed and wanted. A quick walk to the beach. The landscaping was beautiful and the deck was perfect for a family dinner and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time

Thank you Justin & Jamie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home It is tastefully furnished with quality and chic decor, and the beds were absolutely comfortable and fitted with high end linens. Your deck was a particular highlight of our stay and we enjoyed relaxing, dining and cooking on your gas grill. By the way, you've outfitted your kitchen with terrific kitchenware! All in all, we enjoyed our vacation immensely and we hope to come back again. Cockle Cove beach is so close by-its' one of our favorites!

Charming cape home

Nice quiet stay

We enjoyed staying at the property, it was very clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable, and is quiet. We really enjoyed the deck, landscaping is great. Location is what we were looking for, central to the cape from ptown to Hyannis. Owners great to work with!

Amazing Stay

Overall amazing stay. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, and the landscaping was awesome with the fresh flowers and green grass. Loved sitting outside each morning having our breakfast! The house is a perfect size and had everything we needed. My kids took every shower in the outside shower and they couldn’t get enough! Hosts were super responsive and accommodating as well. Overall a 5 star stay!

Absolutely beautiful property with stunning gardens. Short 15 min walk to a quiet beach. Close to great restaurants and a short drive to Main street. We will keep this property in our VRBO favorites for future stays!

Beautiful rental want to rent again next year

We have vacationed in Chatham for many years but never at this home. It was beautifully kept both inside and out. The location was perfect …minutes to The beach and where my sister was staying with her family. The fact that the house had sheets and towels for us was huge. So many years we had to load our car up with those items. Deck was beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the quiet surroundings.We are hoping to rent the same house Next year as soon as we get dates together with all the family. We Created such beautiful memories that we will always hold dear in our hearts.Thank you so much for opening up your home.

Great location on the Cape

The home was well located between Harwich and Chatham, right off Rt. 28 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Several beaches were very nearby. Three very comfortable beds, a bathroom on each floor, and welcoming living room and dining area. The porch was a good size with dining table and extra chairs and a bench for seating. Owners were very helpful. Would love to visit again.

You'll love this home!!!

This is a beautiful home perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated. You will immediately feel right at home. Every square inch is immaculate! We loved sitting out on the side deck, surrounded by gorgeous flowers, enjoying time with our family and friends. The beach is very close by and it is a nice smaller private feeling beach. But there are also many different beaches you can drive to and are still very close by. You are minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping, on the Cape. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

House was perfect in every way and had everything we needed. It is completely immaculate and felt like a well loved home from the moment we walked in. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck, and the kids loved the great back yard. Just a few minutes away from several beaches and quick ride to downtown. The owners were great and responsive and left a binder in the house with lots of great info. We would definitely rent again next year!

Such a well-loved home

This home is so well loved and does not have the feel of a rental. The proximity to the beach and its location on a private road close to a cul-de-sac is a treat to young children who love to bike. There are so many beautiful upgrades and quaint features that are so carefully preserved that makes this house such a unique find. Loved the picture perfect deck and outdoor shower. The inside of the house is so cozy with such beautiful furnishing. Our experience in this home is absolutely something we'd love to repeat every year.

Wonderful vacation spot!

We loved staying at this house - the neighborhood was quiet and wonderful for walking our dog. Easy access to the beach. Close to the rail trail for bike riding. Lots of restaurants nearby and a close drive to down town Chatham. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Loved the open floor plan of the first floor and the beautiful deck outside with space to relax and a large table to enjoy dinner under the stars. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental Property

Perfect home for our girls getaway

The house was perfectly cleaned, lawn meticulously manicured. Great side/back deck for lounging and cooking out. The central AC was much appreciated given the temperatures that weekend! Plenty of room for all of us to sleep and a great location in the Chatham area. The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this house if you are looking to stay in Chatham!

I am from Hingham, MA and love being able to share my family home with other families to share quiet evenings on the deck, enjoy the wonderful beaches in town or cozy up in front of a movie in the living room with some ice cream. All of these things I have done with my wife and 3 daughters over the years making this a home filled with love and very family friendly, while still being nicely accommodated with modern touches and amenities.

The quiet cul-de-sac road is great for walking or riding bikes with little to no cars coming by in a weeks time. The ocean views from the second floor are what really sold my family and I on this house being our dream Cape location. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly should anything be needed.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The large landscaped yard is the only one of its size in the neighborhood. The huge, two level deck is ideal for enjoying the outdoors and staring out over the Nantucket sound. Taylor’s Pond is so tranquil and is a 5 minute walk down the hill from us. This property is a gem.
