This complex is the perfect getaway for couples or families. The ranch features many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.

T-Bar- M 101 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sleeps and allows 10 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs-
2nd Bedroom: Queen with Twin Trundle -downstairs-
3rd Bedroom: 2 Double Beds -upstairs-
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs-

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

Nice comfortable place, close to pool, & tennis court, had everything we needed, close to H‑E‑B, lots of restaurants… But the best thing…lost my glasses, checked w property mgr to check if by chance there were there, she let us know they were, mailed theme promptly. Super excited about that.

We really enjoyed this place.

I was happy that they didn't require a ton of checkout instructions. Everywhere else I've stayed they want you to do so much cleaning before the cleaning crew comes in. Even though they charge you $150 cleaning free. cleaning free

Family Stay in Hill Country

Nice stay with everything provided. The accommodations were nice, the pool and picnic areas were well kept. We had three families visiting and there was room for everyone.

Cute and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy property. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect relaxing get away. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pools were closed for maintenance during our stay and I was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub.

Family getaway It was

It was the perfect place for all ages in our group. The pool was excellent! Several of our group enjoyed playing tennis. Our condo was roomy even with 3 families! Highly recommend anyone staying there!

The stay was great but on last night we had people park in both of our parking spots. Since there were no parking passes nothing could be done.

Perfect for our family

We just slept there as we spent most of our time at our Son and Daughter in laws home whom we were visiting. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the beds were very comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo Unit was in great shape and shared with family. We had a family reunion, so several condo units were rented by family. Facility was nice, well maintained, and pool was perfect for family gathering. We did grill out as they had two grills located on a nice hard surface for us to gather. It was a two story unit with nice size bedrooms and nice living area.

Family Stay

We rented this property for our family to stay together when traveling for a wedding. The property was clean, and well maintained. The downstairs kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The upstairs bathroom could use some aesthetic updates, but is clean and functional. The a/c worked great, as it was over 100° every day of our week long stay. The pools were great too! Love the wading pool for littles. The community was very quiet and it felt safe. Beautiful area! Would definitely recommend this property!

River Getaway

Overall the property was fine. The age of the property was part of its charm. However, a few modern amenities should be standard like a more efficient HVAC. It was hot. We couldn’t even cook down at night.

Chosen for location

Space was exactly what we needed for multi-generational stay. Plenty of bedrooms for all. Grateful for ceiling fans! Would stay here again.

Great for a Frat Party

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your looking for a property that’s not krpt up at all or clean, this is definitely the place for you. It looks like there’s been a constant college party there for a few years, stained furniture, holes in walls, dirty bathrooms, etc.

A little dark

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit, along with another in the same building, for an 8 ladies tennis weekend. The condo was spacious but was a bit darker than the other. It’s probably from the darker color floors and blue wall paint. It also felt a bit more dated and perhaps would do well with a little “freshening up.” All in all it was a fine and convenient place to stay to do a tennis weekend at the Newks Tennis Ranch.

Great time in New Braunfels

Nice condo in a wooded setting. Deer present and very nice landscaping. Check in was as advertised. Condo was clean, a/c and refrig were on. All utensils and plates were present. Only maintenance issue was the master bedroom on the first floor didn't have enough A/C coming through the vent for cooling. Left the door open and that made that a non issue.
