Charming Oceanfront Home, With Private Beach, And Stunning Views

You cannot find a better location for your family getaway! This beautiful oceanfront home has its own large sandy backyard, has private beach access and astounding ocean views. Sip your morning coffee on the large decks while watching the beautiful sunrise. Your kids can play in the sand right in front of you, while you cook up a delicious meal on the grill. Eat all your meals on the large deck with an outdoor table that generously seats 8, and has plenty of additional seating. Take a short walk over to Jenkinsons Boardwalk for food, rides and entertainment. You have private access to shared beachfront with other families on the block. Our beach connects to Bradshaw's Beach. No beach passes needed.

This home is ideally laid out for multiple families with its many bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on an oceanfront block with other young families with little kids, this is the perfect environment for a safe and comfortable family vacation. (More details below.)

Great house, great location, great owners

The pictures really do not do the inside of this house justice. Two big families stayed here so comfortably. The house is decorated nicely, and the owners have it thoughtfully stocked. The beach is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the sandy back yard and fire pit.

Another wonderful family vacation

This is the 4th year in a row we have vacationed at this house. It is perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 young children. The location can’t be beat- right on the beach with a private walkway. The house itself is wonderful. My grandchildren and I watch the sunrise from the upper deck and the lower deck is just right for gathering for dinner and drinks. I can’t think of a better place to make great family memories. We have already booked for next year!!

Family Vacation

Older home with some newer upgrades, but you can not beat the location. Host and Andyman the Handyman, who lives close by, were attentive to issues that did arise. Bedroom layout is ideal for close families with children. Lots of little amenities to help you enjoy your stay. We had a lovely week.

Kid friendly beach vacation

This house was spacious enough for “in house” quiet time and well as a sandy yard to watch kids from deck if not on the beach just over the dune… We loved every moment being together here with everything I wanted at our fingertips…. The house was well equipped and very clean! I’m looking forward already to our beach stay there!!

Perfect house for a family vacation

We loved the house, it was perfect for a family vacation with young kids. The house is spacious and clean, and the kids loved playing in the sand while the adults relaxed on the deck. The host was responsive and the house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. And it was an ideal location, quiet but a close walk to the boardwalk, even for little legs! We’re hoping to go back again next year!

Great place for family

A big, comfortable house with lots of room to spread out. Endless beach, and even more endless ocean. For us, lots of moon light. What could be better? We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving there.

Great house, great location

We loved our stay in this home. We were impressed by the welcome package of snacks and drinks. The house was clean and directions for access and maintenance were easy to follow. The owners keep the home well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and beach towels/chairs which is very convenient. The fire pit was an added bonus!

Perfect for a family vacation

This is a great spot for a relaxed family vacation. The sand in the backyard is perfect for younger kids while you grill on the deck. The views from the upstairs deck and bedroom are phenomenal. The private beach itself is lovely. If you're lucky, you'll get some tidal pools at high tide - again, great for younger kids. The house has all the amenities you need. The owners have really thought of everything you might need.

Beach House Memories!

1209 Beach Front, Point Pleasant Beach has a special place in our family’s “best vacation destinations”! The house is located right on the beach - the owners stock the house with everything you need and a lot of things always forget. Beautiful home in a perfect spot!

I recently rented this property with immediate family (14 of us) and this house was perfect. Plenty of room and many amenities which made our stay very comfortable. You can't beat the location or views from this amazing house! The owners are great. Very hospitable and responsive and were a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to go back in 2018 and definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach house for a large family.

Beautiful, large beachfront home close to everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

The property was perfect for our large group for a long weekend beach getaway. The house was nicer than the photos and the location couldn't have been better. Having a private beach was fantastic and being in walking distance to the boardwalk made this home all that much better. The house is very large, clean, and with 7 bedrooms and lots of bathrooms...it was perfect for our group. The owners of the home were a true pleasure to communicate with - very attentive and kind! I'd highly recommend renting this home to anyone looking.

Heavenly gem

Love, love, love this house! This was the second visit for our family at this wonderful beach house. The host is incredibly easy to work with, answering questions quickly and clearly. The beachfront location is perfect for any season, you can either enjoy the surf in the warmer weather or walk the beach/boardwalk in cooler weather. We have made some amazing family memories in this house and plan to make many more. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect family getaway

My husband and I booked this home for a getaway with my whole extended family - dad, mom, step-dad, aunts, uncles, cousins. The home was the absolute perfect location in Point Pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Private beach access. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, enough space for everyone to have their own area and catch some alone time if needed. We slept in the master bedroom and I’m still missing that view waking up in the morning. Thank you for a perfect week away!

Charming Oceanfront Home

This house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. We were in New Jersey for a Celebration of Life for our mother and sister who passed during the pandemic. This spacious property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. Great outdoor area with fire pit and private beach access. Kitchen was small, but very well equipped. Large dining table and outdoor table under covered porch. Would highly recommend this property. Welcoming snacks and toiletries were a nice touch.

Mostly great

We did enjoy our week, a leaking sink was addressed and repaired very quickly. The house was clean and very well stocked with necessities. The only disappointments were that the photos were misleading about the size of the kitchen and some of the bedrooms, which also did not have air conditioners. We like to prepare dinners for everyone and that was a bit challenging, my fault for not checking more closely on the size of the kitchen.

Great beach house - perfect for families!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. Not only is it in the perfect location - private beach and steps to the ocean, but it is also easy walking distance to the Boardwalk. The layout of the home is ideal for multiple families - in our case - the families with kids stayed downstairs, which allowed my brothers without children and parents to sleep in upstairs. There was more than enough room and bathrooms for everyone. Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked to allow doing so. The house also comes with enough beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for everyone - there was even a boogie board for the kids. When we arrived there was a welcome basket on the dining room table, and the owners checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation!

The house was amazing! We were a group of 13; my husband and I, our children and their spouses, my son in law’s dad, and my five grandchildren- ages 3, 2, 1, 1, and 1. The house was very clean and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Thomas answered any email I sent very quickly. The first night we went to bbq and the grill didn’t work. By the next day, there was a new grill for us. The location was perfect- so close to the beach with beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. The house is kid friendly- there is even a toy piano, a bucket full of sand toys, children’s books, and games. It was a perfect place for us, and we have already booked for next year.

A Beautiful Home For a Family Vacation

This is the third year in a row that we have rented this house for the same week in August. We are a group of 13- 8 adults and 5 children ages 5, 4, 3, 3, and 3. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and a better location! They provide so many amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, a very well stocked kitchen, a welcome snack bowl, a large washer/dryer and so much more. It cuts down on what we need to pack and makes things less stressful. The backyard is all sand and the kids have a ball playing in it. There is a private path to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Watching the sunrise from the upper deck in the mornings with my children and grandchildren is always a highlight. Anytime I reached out to the host, it took mere minutes to get a response and they were always so accommodating. We have already booked for year number 4 and look forward to making more wonderful memories!
