I have lived in Montana for 32 years starting in Eastern Montana's plains and falling in love with Western Montana's mountains and rivers. I enjoy sharing this beautiful area and rich history.
Why they chose this property
Higgins is a fairly busy road but the area is incredible and full of hikes out the front door. Bike paths and small neighborhood parks. With the University track and field across the street. It is an unobstructed view of Mount Sentinel. A short drive takes you to Pattee Canyon if wanting more hikes or Mtn Bike trails. Downtown is just north on Higgins. Easy to get around town from this corner of Missoula.
What makes this property unique
This property is designed to relieve stress and encourage exploration. I hope you go out and see all that the area has to offer. But come back to the property with an ease of mind and get a full nights rest.
