Host profile image
Grew up in this neighborhood as a child in the summers with my family. My experience here near the water had a significant influence on my life and decisions. It's the closest experience to living on the water without being on a boat.

Why they chose this property

This is the only one of the many "fingers of Falmouth" that is one way in and one way out which makes it very private. Additionally, this neighborhood has made significant investments in a new waterfront clubhouse, restaurant, pool & tennis court. Fabulous community!

What makes this property unique

Southern tip of the long beautiful peninsula. You see water everywhere in this neighborhood. Additionally, the guest scan use kayaks & canoes to paddle around beautiful Washburn island state park with a very short walk
