There are new 55" HD Smart TVs for the family room and Master Bedroom provided for your enjoyment with upgraded digital cable throughout.

Enjoy the updated pool within a 3 minute walk, or bikers and joggers of all ages will find paths that wind throughout Shipyard and across the island, providing a tranquil tour of the surroundings. Tennis players, the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club is conveniently located across the street. The Racquet Club offers private tennis lessons and clinics for both adults and children from beginners to advanced players. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, the former home of the Hilton Head Seniors International, offers 27 holes of golf.

We also have an arrangement with a local bike company to give discounted rates to our guests. Their bikes, which come with a basket and lock, are in great condition so you know what to expect - no surprises the day of your arrival.

A keyless lock has been added for your convenience. No worries about getting keys.

The villa has so many upgrades throughout. On the main floor, the villa has a totally renovated kitchen. The freshly painted living room is bright with lots of natural light coming from the patio doors. The new flooring and furniture makes you feel right at home where you can watch the large 55"' HDTV, read a book or use your computer at the desk with the free high speed WiFi internet access. The sleeper sofa has a new queen size bed for extra guests. The first floor also provides an updated ½ bath with vanity, Corian counter top with china bowl and freshly painted.

Upstairs the Master Bedroom has a new Stearns and Foster King size bed, ceiling fan, and a new 40” smart T.V. You’ll love the Master Bath with maple bead board vanity with Granite counter top and china bowl, and porcelain tiled bath/shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and a new 32” flat panel TV. The upstairs 2nd bath has also been updated, with new 18” Travertine stone walls and floor, maple bead board vanity with Granite top and china bowl.. Shipyard is a gated community with security patrols featuring lighted walking/bike paths and golf courses throughout the property. It is nestled between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes and only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse. Coligny Plaza, with over 70 stores, restaurants and coffee house is a close bike ride away or a 5 minute drive. For those who love to shop, the Tanger Outlets are only a 20 minute drive.

For an added bonus, we have a local agent to provide on-call service if you need assistance. Whether a problem is small (need towels, etc.) or big (clogged toilet, etc), they will assist you.. This should give you peace of mind if anything should arise on your vacation. Sheets and towels provided – just bring your beach towels. We also have beach chairs for our guests. Exterior motion detection Ring cameras are located on the shed covering the area of the front walk and parking lot.

This is a non-smoking unit. For the convenience of our guests, no pets are allowed.
