Great Stay
We had a great stay at this home. The location is great -- very close to the park and not far from town. It's a quiet location -- we had elk in the yard when we arrived which was so cool! The living area is very comfortable, and we loved having morning coffee on the deck. Would love to stay here again.

Pleasant Stay
It was a home away from home. There were plenty of tools to cook your own meals, great bathrooms, and very spacious bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place, and hope to stay here again soon.

It was so amazing to wake up with the mountain view and have coffee and seeing the snow capped peaks from afar. The drive into Estes Park was amazing. The house was perfect. Perfect location, perfect and restful and easy to access. Loved it and would stay here again.

RMNP Trip
We totally enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was perfect for many trips to the RMNP. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed having coffee on the back deck watching the herd of elk that would surface daily and the view of the mountains. We also highly recommend dining at the Bird & Jim Restaurant which is just a few blocks from the house.

Great Estes park cabin
This cabin had beautiful views of the mountains and was a great getaway in Estes Park. Perfectly located near the entrance to RMNP. The cabin had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub. The only downside was that the beds weren't super comfy.

Great Location
We loved the property. The view was great. The location was perfect for the park and for the downtown area. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking. We could see stars from the balcony. Awesome. The area was quiet. The kitchen is very disorganized. It made cooking awkward. The master bed is very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed downstairs. The recycling was full when we arrived. We were not sure if there was a trash day. I would stay there again. Overall, it totally met our needs as a family.

As advertised, Recommended
Everything was as advertised, nice place. We found the views of the Longs Peak range from the living/dining area a bit better than the pictures indicate. However, the windows were quite dirty, which is ironic, considering the 'Majestic Views" are touted in the property title. The host rep said they couldn't get anyone out to clean the windows during our Thanksgiving weekend stay, which is understandable. One annoyance was the electrical circuit in the kitchen becoming overloaded when running the microwave. This caused the microwave to stop working until it was unplugged/replugged. At one point the circuit breaker was popped. A quick message to the host rep directed us to the panel outside near the hottub to reset the circuit breaker. We enjoyed the deer and elk in the neighborhood, and walking to the grocery store. RMNP is super-close, which was a real plus. Overall, we recommend this accommodation.

Hot tub warning
Location is good and we enjoyed our time in Estes, but warning about the hot tub!! There are warnings listed everywhere about the filter lid and there’s a reason for this. It is clearly a very poorly designed lid and he’s obviously had issues with it because he specifically mentions it. We used the hot tub respectfully and appropriately as we always do when renting a home and have never ever had an issue before. Nobody (4 adults) sat on the lid, nobody abused it in any way. However, we got a note from owner that it was cracked and we were charged $284 for the lid. Owner sent a picture of a cracked lid so I investigated my photos. I have a photo without a cracked lid. I shared with him and sent to VRBO but heard nothing back. My family and I are very disappointed with this situation and how it was handled. Be careful! Apparently a photo can be sent and they can then just charge your account without any discussion or inquiry.

Beautiful Mountain view home
The home was spotless and well kept. The mountain views were amazing! The hot tub was perfect for cool nights. The only suggestion I have is to provide a full propane tank for the patio fire table (cost can be included in rental price), with the caveat that if a tank is used the renter is responsible to refill if continued use of the fire table is desired.

Great Place to Stay
This unit was very nice. It was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom, and bedding supplies. The location was near to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, and that was our main destination during the day; so it was perfect. Our family enjoyed the hot tub in the evening when we came home, and eating on the patio with mountains in the background was wonderful. The owner responded quickly to our phone call to get help getting the hot tub started. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Perfect Getaway Minutes from RMNP
Adult family members gathered for a trip to RMNP and this home was perfect! Beds and common spaces were comfortable, views were wonderful, and the decks/firepit/hot tub made our trip so fun. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We were so close from RMN Park entrances that we were able to explore the park in the morning, return back to make lunch, and head back into the park in the afternoon. Would highly recommend for any group!

Short Stay
My friends and I were in town from MN and stayed at this property. It was very clean and we saw elk and deer every day in the yard. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Houses are close to each other and there were many rules with the hot tub use but other than that, we had a great time!

Great location and beautiful views
We stayed here in June 2021 during a trip touring the national parks. This cabin is in a great location near the entrance to RMNP and a short drive from the center of Estes Park. The views here are amazing! We made it a point to eat dinner on the deck, and we used both the hot tub and the grill. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The property owner and manager were both very responsive to our questions before and during our trip. The only downside was that the windows in the master bedroom do not open. We like to sleep in cool air, and since the AC wall unit is in the upper area of the split level, it got a little stuffy. That's my only critique. This is a really nice property, and I'd stay here again.
